Title: The 911 Zombie Movement

I suggested on this forum a couple years ago that the 911 "truth" movement had peaked.  This peak coincided with the rise of the first "Loose Change" shlockumentary.  After "Loose Change" was debunked and its theatrical version scrapped, it and the "truth" movement lost momentum.

The 911"truth" movement is dead, or should I say, undead.

Today 911 "truth" is a zombie movement; it's not growing, not progressing and not accomplishing anything.  It just staggers around bumping into walls while it slowly decays.

The 911 "truth" movement has produced no new investigation, no indictments of the "real" perpetrators, no convictions and still has not offered proof to support its theories.  After nearly a decade, the "truth" movement has had zero success in advancing its cause.

Not even the great Charlie Sheen can revive this zombie.

Do you live in a cave?

No, a cubicle in Langely Virginia.

I'll give you an example. MAAD has pushed for and achieved tougher drunk driving laws around the country. THAT is an accomplishment

And of course you would cite an example that was in line with the government push for the greater regulation of the public.

Yes hundreds.

Where are the lists so I can count up the hundreds of professors, scientists, architects, engineers, military officials, and intelligence officials who are calling for a new investigation?

They are out there. Do your own research. You are simply trying to disrupt, confuse, and lead onto false paths.

Tell your supervisor that you are having trouble debating people more knowledgable and intelligent than yourself. Maybe he/she will have mercy on you and send you off to argue in a forum "more suitable" to your abilities.

CREDIBLE CRITICS OF THE OFFICIAL ACCOUNT OF 9/11

I don't believe that just because a firefighter might have heard something that sounded like an explosion means there was indeed an explosion.

There was more than just one firefighter who reported explosions...

9/11 Firefighters: Bombs and Explosions in the WTC

Yes because that's exactly what happened.

Only way for it to happen that way is for explosives to have taken out the lower floors as the upper floors fell onto them.

Did they suggest 911 was an inside job? Did they suggest anything close to that? No, they didn't. They are not "truthers."

They said that they were not given the evidence they requested, and that they were lied to.

Now, if the government itself lies to members of Congress in regards to an investigation concerning 9/11, it is obviously the government itself that has something to hide.

It is obvious that the government and media have undertaken a massive campaign of obfuscation and have covered up what really happened on 9/11. It is a glaring fact that terrorists CAN and DO use explosives in their actions, yet it was instantly dismissed as "conspiracy theory" that explosives were used in the WTC collapse. That wreaks of complicity.

Standard Disinfo tactics.

Twenty-Five Ways To Suppress Truth: The Rules of Disinformation

3. Create rumor mongers. Avoid discussing issues by describing all charges, regardless of venue or evidence, as mere rumors and wild accusations. Other derogatory terms mutually exclusive of truth may work as well. This method which works especially well with a silent press, because the only way the public can learn of the facts are through such 'arguable rumors'. If you can associate the material with the Internet, use this fact to certify it a 'wild rumor' from a 'bunch of kids on the Internet' which can have no basis in fact.

9. Play Dumb. No matter what evidence or logical argument is offered, avoid discussing issues except with denials they have any credibility, make any sense, provide any proof, contain or make a point, have logic, or support a conclusion. Mix well for maximum effect.

Not the least of which is the numbers of people awoken to the reality that they are being manipulated via Psychiatric Psych Warfare techniques.

How many more people do you need to wake up in order to get to the "truth?"

There you go.

Seems to me, the government is trying to hide a lot more about the health care takeover than 911.

While I think that is true to an extent, it's not really my point.  My point is that the "truth" movement is going nowhere and accomplishing nothing.  Truthers have been repeating the same crap over and over for 8 years and nothing has changed.  Their message has not and will not resonate with a majority of Americans and they will never be able to claim any success in their agenda.

To accuse you of being a plant is out of line, imo, because of one topic you posted, and for expressing your opinion. But these things happen. It happened to me. LOL! And I'm sure there are some here that think I am sitting next to your Langley cubicle, typing away...

I think its hilarious and demonstrative of the narrow mindedness of the typical Truther.  Anyone who challenges their little belief system must be a government agent or an Israeli.
