kenyan dodges another legal bullet.

Bullet? That wasn't even a spit wad. The brief, the whole case, it was like a bad joke.

How would you propose to get any court to hear a case attempting to get kenyan to prove his qualification to be potus?

It seems that almost every angle has been attempted, and still no hearing.

Like sands through the hourglass...

In 2007, the FBI reported on concern about white supremacists recruiting soldiers, saying "hundreds" of neo-Nazis were in the active military. But in April, a Department of Homeland Security report on extremism that reiterated much the same point was widely criticized by veterans groups and some conservative politicians as being unpatriotic, leading the Justice Department to retract the DHS report.

Critics acknowledge that extremism in the Army is a touchy political subject.

If you're going too go to court with a hope of winning ya gotta have some credible evidence; something more than a BC acquired from a guy with forgery convictions under his belt.

With nothing more than a hunch, ya gotta go to Congress and get them to investigate. However to do that, you hafta do some long term planning. You can't rely on astro turf organizations to enlist a bunch of screaming mimis, ya gotta act like credible opposition with arguments and ideas with an aim to winning elections.

When a whole society keeps saying "It's not about race," the person who BELIEVES that will be seen as an idiot. Even by children. Even by ILLITERATE children.

Pass laws in some states requiring a long form BC to run for federal office.

This, you could do. Wouldn't work until 2012 against bamster.

Constitutional arguments require standing in a Constitutional court ... neither exist in the current U.S. Inc.

BHO is the CEO of a legal fiction. (Fiction = pretend).

As the Constitution requires a silver and gold based monetary system, and has never been repealed, whatever exists today is not it. A new Sovereign authority was created in FICTION when an alternative currency was introduced.

The U.S. Govt is a tyrannical butcher; U.S. taxpayers are accomplices to international murder and mayhem. If you satisfy your fears by bowing to this butcher, you forfeit your humanity and possibly your soul.
