Living off the grid is difficult. Living on it, is even more arduous. Given the choice of living on, or off of it, I would choose OFF if I could. The thing about the whole disappearing thing is pretty funny because if you live in a large enough city, you can disappear and hide in plain sight. That's how funny things are where disappearing goes. You can become anonymous with minimal effort.
Better to be hated for what you are, than loved for what you are not.
