Does anybody on 4um believe that they may have had the swine flu?

I'm thinking that I have it. It started out like a normal cold, coughing, plugged up head and nose. It seemed to be lasting longer than normal, as I'm generally extremely healthy. However, I have kids in gradeschool, attend college and have been student teaching at the high school. Plenty of places to contract a nasty bug. Precautions had been taken as I upped by vitamin D over a month ago.

On Saturday I took a turn for the worse. Chills came on. I ate little breakfast then began to have horrible back pain with stomach cramps. This was awful, to the point where I was laying on the tile floor rolled up in the fetal position. My breakfast and I soon parted ways. I slept for about three hours and then felt a little better. Tried a tiny bit of homemade chicken soup a couple of hours later, but the cramps and back pain returned.

Now, I'm afraid to eat a thing. Feeling a tad bit light headed. Still battling the head and chest congestion with a slight fever. Frankly, if this is swine flu, I'm glad to take it on and get it over with, hopefully build some immunity. I know that many 4um folks are highly educated on the swine flu. I'm wondering if my symptoms fit the bill.

I think I had it and am finally over it. All of the symptoms the same as yours except for the extreme stomach issues. I had em for a few days, just not as bad.

It took about 3 weeks to get to feeling almost normal again, though I only had a total of 4 or 5 days of real discomfort, where I stayed in bed rather than work.

I've heard the sxs come on like a freight train - 6 hours in some cases. I've also heard some kids at the university getting sick, becoming well, only to fall sick again in a week. There seems to be no uniform set of symptoms.

Was that three weeks from the first cold like symptoms? Initially, I really didn't think this was more than a cold.

What did your "real discomfort" entail? Fever, chills and minor stomach issues? It's my third day for the stomach and back pain. Friday it was less severe and I merely skipped dinner. I'll be glad to be done with it. : )

Three weeks from the first symptoms. It hit me for a few days, settled down, then came back hard for 4 or 5 days, then trailed off. I just now feel that most symptoms are gone.

Real discomfort: fever, diarrhea, aches, chills etc.

Lots of sleep really helped I think.

Don't forget the Vitamin "D" which is a powerful anti-flu preventative, and still works once you have it - as validated by studies in Australia - but of course the AMA/Big Pharma never heard of it - nor the Feral Goobermunt.

And remember a 60 pound goat produces 12000mg of Vit C of it's own each day. So why our gov thinks a typical adult human can get by on 60mg is beyond me.

Many symptoms of "normal" human aging mimic exactly the symptoms of scurvy. AND no other animal species other than fellow Vit C nonproducer primates and guinea pigs, age in a similiar fashion.

Last year the wife and I both got what could only be some kind of Swine Flu.

Both of us are pretty healthy people. One day the wife got ill, and lost her voice for about 3 weeks. It started like a normal cold, except that immediately all of her glands were enlarged, nose ran, sneezing coughing, upper respiratory congestion, which invariably led to bronchitis. She was also horribly fatigued, tired, achy, and nauseous. This went on for about 3 weeks, and then after wards, the lingering chest cold that wouldn't seem to go away. That took roughly 3 months to finally be completely gone.

I had the same thing start up within 3 days of her, lost my voice, got sick, the whole kit and kaboodle. Took me a good 3 months to shake off the nagging cough that would not stop. The wife eventually got anti-biotics for hers, where as I cured myself through nutrition, and avoiding human contact with other people.

My thoughts were, that I've had bad flus before, but nothing like this. My heart hurt, and I felt about as bad as I ever had. I actually thought that at one point I was going to be checking out. The wife had the same things.

With that said, Swine Flu is no joke if you get it. I wonder how immune I'll be now that it's been nearly a year since I had it.

Better to be hated for what you are, than loved for what you are not.

Live Avian Flu Virus Placed in Baxter Vaccine Materials Sent to 18 Countries

* Is Big Pharma trying to heal us or kill us ? Toronto Sun reports :

The company that released contaminated flu virus material from a plant in Austria confirmed Friday that the experimental product contained live H5N1 avian flu viruses.

And an official of the World Health Organization’s European operation said the body is closely monitoring the investigation into the events that took place at Baxter International’s research facility in Orth-Donau, Austria.

“At this juncture we are confident in saying that public health and occupational risk is minimal at present,” medical officer Roberta Andraghetti said from Copenhagen, Denmark.

“But what remains unanswered are the circumstances surrounding the incident in the Baxter facility in Orth-Donau.” The contaminated product, a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses and unlabelled H5N1 viruses, was supplied to an Austrian research company. The Austrian firm, Avir Green Hills Biotechnology, then sent portions of it to sub-contractors in the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Germany.

The contamination incident, which is being investigated by the four European countries, came to light when the subcontractor in the Czech Republic inoculated ferrets with the product and they died. Ferrets shouldn’t die from exposure to human H3N2 flu viruses.

Public health authorities concerned about what has been described as a “serious error” on Baxter’s part have assumed the death of the ferrets meant the H5N1 virus in the product was live. But the company, Baxter International Inc., has been parsimonious about the amount of information it has released about the event.

On Friday, the company’s director of global bioscience communications confirmed what scientists have suspected. “It was live,” Christopher Bona said in an email.

The contaminated product, which Baxter calls “experimental virus material,” was made at the Orth-Donau research facility. Baxter makes its flu vaccine — including a human H5N1 vaccine for which a licence is expected shortly — at a facility in the Czech Republic.

People familiar with biosecurity rules are dismayed by evidence that human H3N2 and avian H5N1 viruses somehow co-mingled in the Orth-Donau facility. That is a dangerous practice that should not be allowed to happen, a number of experts insisted. Accidental release of a mixture of live H5N1 and H3N2 viruses could have resulted in dire consequences.

While H5N1 doesn’t easily infect people, H3N2 viruses do. If someone exposed to a mixture of the two had been simultaneously infected with both strains, he or she could have served as an incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people. That mixing process, called reassortment, is one of two ways pandemic viruses are created. There is no suggestion that happened because of this accident, however. “We have no evidence of any reassortment, that any reassortment may have occurred,” said Andraghetti.

“And we have no evidence of any increased transmissibility of the viruses that were involved in the experiment with the ferrets in the Czech Republic.”

Baxter hasn’t shed much light — at least not publicly — on how the accident happened. Earlier this week Bona called the mistake the result of a combination of “just the process itself, (and) technical and human error in this procedure.” He said he couldn’t reveal more information because it would give away proprietary information about Baxter’s production process.

Andraghetti said Friday the four investigating governments are co-operating closely with the WHO and the European Centre for Disease Control in Stockholm, Sweden.

“We are in very close contact with Austrian authorities to understand what the circumstances of the incident in their laboratory were,” she said.

“And the reason for us wishing to know what has happened is to prevent similar events in the future and to share lessons that can be learned from this event with others to prevent similar events. … This is very important.”

* Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor writes in Vaccines as Biological Weapons? Live Avian Flu Virus Placed in Baxter Vaccine Materials Sent to 18 Countries :

Deerfield, Illinois-based pharmaceutical company Baxter International Inc. has just been caught shipping live avian flu viruses mixed with vaccine material to medical distributors in 18 countries. The “mistake” (if you can call it that, see below…) was discovered by the National Microbiology Laboratory in Canada. The World Health Organization was alerted and panic spread throughout the vaccine community as health experts asked the obvious question: How could this have happened? …….. Or, put another way, Baxter is acting a whole lot like a biological terrorism organization these days, sending deadly viral samples around the world. If you mail an envelope full of anthrax to your Senator, you get arrested as a terrorist. So why is Baxter — which mailed samples of a far more deadly viral strain to labs around the world — getting away with saying, essentially, “Oops?”But there’s a bigger question in all this: How could this company have accidentally mixed LIVE avian flu viruses (both H5N1 and H3N2, the human form) in this vaccine material?

Was the viral contamination intentional? The shocking answer is that this couldn’t have been an accident. Why? Because Baxter International adheres to something called BSL3(Biosafety Level 3) – a set of laboratory safety protocols that prevent the cross-contamination of materials. As explained on Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biosaf…):

“Laboratory personnel have specific training in handling pathogenic and potentially lethal agents, and are supervised by competent scientists who are experienced in working with these agents. This is considered a neutral or warm zone. All procedures involving the manipulation of infectious materials are conducted within biological safety cabinets or other physical containment devices, or by personnel wearing appropriate personal protective clothing and equipment. The laboratory has special engineering and design features.”

* It is bad enough that governments all over the world have been warning about the likely pandemic flu. Now we find out we cannot trust Big Pharma to handle such bio-hazardous material in a safe manner.

* Who knows whether it was intentional? But I sure would like to know what really happened? And I sure would like to see the people responsible fired!

* Paul J. Watson adds in ‘Accidental’ Contamination Of Vaccine With Live Avian Flu Virus Virtually Impossible :

Czech newspapers are questioning if the shocking discovery of vaccines contaminated with the deadly avian flu virus which were distributed to 18 countries by the American company Baxter were part of a conspiracy to provoke a pandemic.

The claim holds weight because, according to the very laboratory protocols that are routine for vaccine makers, mixing a live virus biological weapon with vaccine material by accident is virtually impossible.

“The company that released contaminated flu virus material from a plant in Austria confirmed Friday that the experimental product contained live H5N1 avian flu viruses,” reports the Canadian Press.

Baxter flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1 – otherwise known as the human form of avian flu, one of the most deadly biological weapons on earth with a 60% kill rate – were received by labs in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovenia.

Initially, Baxter attempted to stonewall questions by invoking “trade secrets” and refused to reveal how the vaccines were contaminated with H5N1. After increased pressure they then claimed that pure H5N1 batches were sent by accident. This was seemingly an attempt to quickly change the story and hide the fact that the accidental contamination of a vaccine with a deadly biological agent like avian flu is virtually impossible and the only way it could have happened was by wilful gross criminal negligence. …. According to a compiled translation from Czech newspaper stories, the media over there is asking tough questions about whether the contamination was part of a deliberate attempt to start a pandemic.

“Was this just a criminal negligence or it was an attempt to provoke pandemia using vaccination against flu to spread the disease – as happened with the anti-B hepatitis vaccination with vaccines containing the HIV virus in US? – and then cash for the vaccines against H5N1 which Baxter develops? How could on Earth a virus as H5N1 come to the ordinary flu vaccines? Don’t they follow even basic precautions in the american pharma companies?” states the translation.

The fact that Baxter mixed the deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses is the smoking gun. The H5N1 virus on its own has killed hundreds of people, but it is less airborne and more restricted in the ease with which it can spread. However, when combined with seasonal flu viruses, which as everyone knows are super-airborne and easily spread, the effect is a potent, super-airbone, super deadly biological weapon. …. Spreading bird flu would create an instantaneous surge of demand for bird flu vaccines. The profits that vaccine companies such as Baxter International could reap out of such a panic are astronomical.

In addition, as we have previously reported, those that have a stake in the Tamiflu vaccine include top globalists and BIlderberg members like George Shultz, Lodewijk J.R. de Vink and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.

Authorities in both Europe and the U.S. have openly detailed plans for martial law, quarantine and internment should a bird flu pandemic occur.

The other motivation, as we have exhaustively documented on this website for years, is the fact that elites throughout history have openly stated that they want to see a world population reduction of around 80 per cent. Shocking stories like this take the plausibility of that narrative out of the realms of conspiracy theory and into the dangerous reality of conspiracy fact. ….. This is not the first time that vaccine companies have been caught distributing vaccines contaminated with deadly viruses. In 2006 it was revealed that Bayer Corporation had discovered that their injection drug, which was used by hemophiliacs, was contaminated with the HIV virus. Internal documents prove that after they positively knew that the drug was contaminated, they took it off the U.S. market only to dump it on the European, Asian and Latin American markets, knowingly exposing thousands, most of them children, to the live HIV virus. Government officials in France went to prison for allowing the drug to be distributed. The documents show that the FDA colluded with Bayer to cover-up the scandal and allowed the deadly drug to be distributed globally. No Bayer executives ever faced arrest or prosecution in the United States.

I'd caution against gatoraid because of its high fructose corn syrup content, in fact the only isotonic I've found where I live (coastal bend) is Quench (which is the store (HEB) brand) that does not list high fructose corn syrup as an ingredient all others list it as the first ingredient. if one is going to ingest high fructose corn syrup they may as well get vaccines, the mercury levels will be comparable.

I think my kids have it this week. My 18 year old is pretty well on the mend. The 13 year old is doing better but I need to get more stuff down her.

We have and are using the following

Colloidal Silver-Natural Antibiotic helps immune system. I make my own.

Acidophiles-To make sure they still have good bacteria in their bodies

Star Anise-The active ingredient is Tami-flu without all the garbage.

Hyssop Oil-Great for the lungs. I put it on their chest and pillows at times. The other day when my son said his lungs hurt I steamed it for him along with some peppermint. He got the junk out and felt better within a few hours.

Cayenne Fruit-I get this in pill form at Walmart. It raises the body temperature and helps the immune system.

Vitamin D-3- I have it on order. I don't have any yet.

Best of luck. I hope you feel better soon. We really need to learn to take care of ourselves and not rely on doctors or the pharmaceutical industry.

Even if someone could get you some peppermint, cayenne fruit, and vitamin D3 I believe it will help you some. Especially steaming the peppermint for congestion and if you can get some hyssop oil from the vitamin store it really helps also. I also put it on my youngest pillow when she has a cough and lung junk. It quiets her cough down for the night.

I am attempting something with my Thyroid to kick it in. I have had an under active Thyroid for years. The FDA is playing games with the company that makes Amour Thyroid (a natural thyroid) They want everyone on the synthetic thyroid. There are shortages all over the country of natural thyroid. I had to order my last prescription from a Walmart in another state.

What I am attempting to do can be dangerous as if my thyroid or the other natural stuff kicks in my thyroid it can cause a heart attack. I am blessed in the fact that I have some muscle relaxers and as I had to do yesterday can take one if my heart starts (as it did yesterday) beating rapidly. Today I will lower my dose of the thyroid medicine or attempt to take none at all.

I know with cholesterol they had put my husband on Staten drugs. After hearing what the Staten drugs did to the liver we changed and put him on Red Yeast Rice and Fish Oil. His level of cholesterol was VERY high but since he has been taking the Red Yeast Rice and Fish Oil he is fine without killing his liver.

Get Well SOON!

I'll try the peppermint in the humidifier though. That sounds good to assist with coughing. One other remedy that seems to be helping is Vicks on the bottoms of my feet with warm socks. Sounds strange, but it really helps.

I'm making a list to have the remedies you shared on hand if my girls come down with this. You're assistance is greatly appreciated. : )

My father has that CPOD and some cancer in the lungs. Would Hyssop Oil be helpful for him as well? He's on the oxygen and keeps getting holes in the lung, which is very painful.

I hear that Glenn Beck uses that remedy in real time on his show with FOX.

I forgot it had that corn sweetener, because I make my own without any sweetening added from a formula I buy for the cows.

It's worse than nausea, although I feel the same as you do about it. I can only describe the backache combined with stomach cramping as similar to back labor. That's no exaggeration on that analogy.

With this crap it's the worst just before I have to vomit. All clammy and flush with cramps and backache so bad I can't stand. I want to sleep but even that is proving difficult due to the backache and cramping.

I have heard that about using Vicks on the feet just recently from a friend of mine. I haven't tried it yet. I was telling her about putting oils on my feet and she told me about that.

From my experience the hyssop oil has helped with my cats when they had been wheezing badly, my young deer last year, and children the animals don't care for the smell when I rub it on their chest but it really helped them. Then I would usually put colloidal silver in their water.

Here is something that I just received last Wednesday. I had ordered some stuff for my attempt at restoring my thyroid from this place and ran across this product. It really seems to be helping my joints and muscles. I am amazed with the results of this product so far and gave a jar of it to take with him. This has a section regarding lung health. Whether it will help it is hard to say but it may be worth trying this and hyssop. And I was using the Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth before I began using the oxygen stuff for my thyroid and noticed results rather rapidly.

This is from the website were I ordered from.

Food Grade Micro Fossil Shell Powder 84% Silicon Dioxide (Silica) Diatomaceous Earth There is no life without Silica !!

In 1939, the Nobel Prize winner for chemistry, Professor Adolf Butenant, proved that life can not exist without Silica. In the 2003 book "Water & Salt" Dr. Barbara Hendel states: "Silica it the most important trace mineral for human health!"

Silica plays an important role in many body functions and has a direct relationship to mineral absorption. The average human body holds approximately seven grams of silica, a quantity far exceeding the figures for other important minerals such as iron.

Lower High Blood Pressure! Of the thousands of people that are using Fossil Shell Powder, everyone that has high blood pressure has reported that it has gone down. I am not just talking a few points---I am talking about LIFE-CHANGING numbers. Doctors are amazed--customers are amazed---You will be too.

Lower high Cholesterol! Just as Fossil Shell Powder has been lowering blood pressure--it has also been lowering cholesterol! Most are reporting 40-60 points lower after only 2 weeks. I know it sounds too good to be true, but it works!

Joint Health! Osteoporosis is a symptom of the aging process. As calcium in our body system depletes, our bones become brittle and weak. Taking only a calcium supplement can not correct or stop this threatening and crippling disease because the body cannot assimilate and make use of the calcium without the presence of silica. Evidence suggests that, instead of affecting healing, supplemental mineral calcium, on the contrary, accelerates the leaching away of bone calcium and thus hastens the degenerative process of osteoporosis and similar diseases that affect the supportive and connective tissues in the human body.

For osteoporosis, silica can stop the pain and even restore the bodies self repair process. Osteoporosis symptoms attack women primarily after menopause but the degenerative process starts much earlier in their younger days. More women are dying of fractures caused by osteoporosis than of cancer of the breast, cervix, and uterus combined.

Silica is responsible for the depositing of minerals into the bones, especially calcium. It speeds up the healing of fractures and also reduces scarring at the site of a fracture. More and more research evidence shows that through a transmutation process, silica is turned into calcium when it is needed. That is why some scientists refer to silica as a precursor of calcium. Even when calcium is insufficient, the body can turn silica into calcium that the bones need.

Natural Weight Loss! We have been getting hundreds of reports from all over the United States that Micro Fossil Powder is helping people lose weight. Everyone is saying when taken in the morning it helps to curb their appetite throughout the day. Just one more reason to take it everyday!

Nature's Internal Cosmetic! In Europe and Asia FSP is used extensively as a health and beauty product for hair, skin, nails, bones, and joints.

Tissue degeneration accelerates due to aging when connective tissue develops an increasing inability to retain moisture when left unassisted. Silica can help slow the degenerative process of connective tissue. With silica, vitality and life, which are often lost as the years accumulate, can be naturally maintained or even restored to your skin. Collagen, largely made up of silica, is the glue that holds us together. If our body has enough silica glucosaminoglycane, the collagen will make us look younger. Silica helps with skin problems and injuries including itching, rashes, abscesses, boils, acne, callouses, warts, eczema's, burns, frostbite, benign skin sores, insect bites and bed sores.

If you regularly follow a silica regimen, your skin will keep its young look. A good silica supplementation program works far better than other products for maintaining healthier and longer lasting collagen.

Hair That Grows! Hair is natures greatest beauty enhancer. Hair deserves to be pampered. Hair at 90 micrograms per gram is almost as rich in silica as are healthy bones, which contain 100 micrograms per gram. Silica is a major component of hair. Using a good silica supplement should be part of your ongoing hair care program for revitalizing hair. Silica helps to prevent baldness, stimulates healthier hair growth and assures beautiful shine, luster and strength.

Teeth and Gums! By hardening the enamel, silica prevents cavities and preserves teeth. Silica also prevents bleeding gums, gum atrophy, and recession that causes the loosening of teeth, which could ultimately lead to tooth loss. Silica effectively fights ulceration and the decay of bones, teeth and also lessens inflammation.

Tough As Nails! Your nail plates are complex protein structures that grow four to five millimeters per month on average. With silica supplementation, fragile nails become normal within a short period of time. Silica will beautify the appearance of your nails and improve their hardness, making them shinier and less prone to breaking.

The restorative effects of silica will be most noticeable on your hair, skin, nails and teeth. Our skin and hair require silica essentially for the same purpose as do other tissues. As we know, the supporting collagen underneath the skin enhances elasticity and beauty. Collagen owes that quality to silica, which provides a beautiful complexion that is more than skin deep.

More Benefits!

* Silica lowers bad cholesterol and raises good * Silica fades age spots * Silica stimulates metabolism for higher energy levels * Fossil Shell Powder has a negative charge and bacteria has a positive charge. It is believed that FSP earth sweeps bacteria out of the body by trapping it in it's honeycomb shaped skeletal form.

* Silica supplementation helps repair and maintain vital lung tissues and protects them from pollution. By maintaining or restoring the elasticity of lung tissues, silica reduces inflammation in bronchitis.

* It acts as a cough decreasing agent. Silica tones the upper respiratory tract (nose, pharynx, larynx) and reduces swelling because of its positive action on the lymphatic system.

* Silica supplementation keeps menopause free of stress and helps to prevent many unwanted side-effects of menopause * Silica works with other antioxidants to prevent premature aging and to preserve youthfulness.

* Silica can help prevent kidney stones and heal infections of the urinary tract. It is a natural diuretic which can increase excretion of urine by 30 percent, thus flushing the water-excreting system and restoring normal function to these vital organs.

* The presence of sufficient silica in the intestines will reduce inflammation of the intestinal tract. It can cause disinfection in the case of stomach and intestinal mucus and ulcers. Silica can prevent or clear up diarrhea and its opposite, constipation.

* In regulating and normalizing the bowels, silica has a pleasant side effect; it can alleviate lower back pain, which often troubles the elderly.

* Silica proves effective with female discharge, abscesses and ulcers in the genital area and cervix, as well as mastitis (especially for breast feeding mothers). * The intake of silica acts as a supportive treatment for inflammation of the middle ear. Because of the beneficial effectiveness on the lymphatic system, silica can be used for swelling of the lymph nodes in the throat.

* Has anti-inflammatory disinfecting, absorbing and odor binding effects.

* Silica can normalize circulation and regulate high blood pressure (hypertension).

* Silica can decrease vertigo, headache, tinnitus (buzzing of the ears) and insomnia.

* Silica can help diabetes by promoting synthesis of elastase inhibitor by the pancreas.

* Silica can help arterial disease by strengthening the blood vessels. Studies confirm that with age, silica disappears from the aorta, the heart's key blood vessel thus weakening its critical connective tissue and resulting in a greater cardiac risk.

* Silica can help prevent Tuberculosis.

* By improving the elasticity of the joints, silica helps rheumatism.

* Silica has inhibitory effects on coronary diseases.

* Silica can help avoiding or alleviating Alzheimers disease by preventing the body from absorbing aluminum and may flush out aluminum from the tissues. Silica can stimulate the immune system.

This was only $17.00 a jar and as I said I am really pleased with it. I find I am able to stand with my shoulders straighter and not having issues with aches in my back and neck. My sense of smell is also coming back since I began taking this.

The Cayenne Fruit can be purchased from Wallmart for about $4.00 a bottle. It is a very bizarre type of thing. I take two a day and most of the time never feel a thing but if I have a sore throat or something is wrong inside I feel it burn when it is going down.

I just gave one to the 10 year old. I think she is coming down with this now. The other two are doing pretty well now just the tail end. Time to make more Colloidal Silver.

My ten year old when she was a baby and got colds she would have almost a whooping cough sound from her lungs, they attempted to put her on Albueterol. My son took that when he was a baby a few times and I did not care for it so with her the Colloidal Silver has really be great. It always clears that up. And the Hyssop has made it even shorter and she doesn't need any cough medicine with the last few colds since I put the hyssop oil on her pillow.

Hope you are feeling better when you read this!

Ok if you won't go to the hospital there is an alternative that might help despite your stomach. In the children's/baby section there is popsicles that replenishes your electrolytes. Freeze them and suck on them slowly.

Curious about your thyroid "recipe." Iodine part of it?

This is what I am going to attempt in order to kick my thyroid in. Whether it will work or not is yet to be seen but I do know that when I drank Kombucha I did end up having to lower my thyroid medicine.

I am purging my body and getting it up to health by doing the following

1. Taking 17.5% food grade H2O2 This is like putting extra oxygen in my body

2. Doing the Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth. I really like this stuff and will continue on with it throughout and after I am done with some of the other stuff.

3. Fucoxanthin-Fucoxanthin is an all natural pigment found in Wakame Seaweed from the Sea of Japan. Fucoxanthin, when taken in small doses, targets abdominal fat and breaks it down allowing the body to metabolize it. This breakdown is known as metabolic thermogenesis and it's discovery has intrigued doctors and scientists everywhere. Study after study verifies that fucoxanthin is a safe, effective way to combat fat accumulation, especially in the stomach and abdominal regions. Fucoxanthin is a new and innovative way to reduce excess body fat and increase energy while still allowing you to go about your normal lifestyle.

Evidence shows that Fucoxanthin is a powerful antioxidant and protects cells from free radical damage. It may also support your: Cardiovascular Health Inflammatory Response Optimal Cholesterol and Triglyceride Levels Optimal Blood Pressure Levels Healthy Liver Function Thyroid Health Fights against Diabetes & Cancer

I imagine that it does contain some iodine and what caused the heart to react due to over stimulation of the thyroid. Although I would be ecstatic to loss some weight this is not the main reason I am taking this it is for my thyroid.

After two weeks I will stop the Fucoxanthin then I will go on HCG

HCG Diet Frequently Asked Questions

What is HCG and how does it work? HCG is a hormone naturally produced in the body. It has many functions and is used medically to treat a variety of conditions. It is the pregnancy hormone. This hormone allows the body to metabolize fat and use it as energy for both mother and fetus. This acts as a “fail-safe” mechanism when energy is needed immediately. For weight loss, we use only a very small amount of HCG to capitalize on this same mechanism. Using HCG in this way does not mimic pregnancy; in fact, it can be safely used by both men and women.

I guess it is a big diet thing and can be very costly but I got it for $40.00 a bottle. My main reason for this is I found it doing a research on the thyroid. And on the website it has this below.

What is the Hypothalamus? The hypothalamus is involved in your metabolism "setpoint". With age, the hypothalamus builds up toxins & begins to malfunction. It may explain part of why our metabolism goes down with age, we have more & more sleeping difficulties, and hormonal/ovulatory disturbances as well as other symptoms.

The Hypothalamus is the control center of all autonomic regulatory activities of the body. It has been said that the hypothalamus is the brain of the brain. It is the hub for automatic and endocrine homeostatic systems such as cardiovascular, temperature, and abdominal visceral regulation. It manages all endocrine hormonal levels, sensory processing, and organizing body metabolism, as well as ingestion behaviors. It appears that almost everything the Hypothalamus does is related in some way to the management of brain and body connection, linking the psyche (mind) to the body.

The hypothalamus controls:

Pituitary gland regulation Blood Pressure regulation Hunger & Salt cravings Feeding Reflexes Thirst Body temperature regulation Hydration Heart rate Bladder function (hcg can remedy prostate problems) Water preservation Hormonal/neurotransmitter regulation Ovarian function Testicular function Mood & behavioral functions Wakefulness Metabolism Sleep cycles Energy levels

In addition, homeopathic hcg on it's own is used for:

Increasing energy Increasing muscle tone Reducing excess body fat Rejuvenation of necessary structural fat Lowering cholesterol levels Improving adrenal gland function Maintaining progesterone levels

With this I am suppose to be on 500 calorie diet for a month. If I can get my pituitary gland to kick in I believe this will help my thyroid.

After a month I go off this and will go back on to the Fucoxanthin if needed. Then in a month back on the HCG if I have lost the weight I desire to the second time I will not diet but just take the HCG.

So this is my plan. Time will tell if it works or not. I am sick of the FDA and having to go to the doctors every year for my thyroid. If I can get off the medicine I will be happy.

I don't know many hospitals that don't make all patients wait in the waiting room for hours with a bunch of other sick people.

Then, you gotta' wait at the next "check-point" for quite a while in big room, seperated only by cloth drapes, Right.?

So, the patient is exposed to a variety of unknown airborn viruses before even seeing a quack. Right.?

And, chances are, most ER will be sizzlin' crowded with sick folks too. Right.?

So, all I can say, is, avoid hospitals and clinics at all cost unless the fever is really extreme.

Food Grade hydrogen peroxide? I've used it sparingly. Have you used it effectively? If there are possible ulcers, it can't be good.

Did the Kombucha Tea noticably jack up you thyroid THAT much? I've intended to try some but failed to for whatever reason.

Never heard of Fucoxanthin-Fucoxanthin. You just wonder how cost-effective that will be.

Diatomaceous Earth - how is that effective?

It's my understand here that HCG stimulates the hypothalamus...never heard of it, but I'll check it out. Please let me know if/how it's affective for you.

Just curious do you still have your appendix? When mine ruptured in 1999 I thought I just had the stomach flu since it had been going around. Those severe cramps sound like when I had food poisoning once. If you have a pain in the lower right side when it is pushed on you may want to have your appendix checked out.

Intriguing regimen you've set up.

I had to have it lowered by one I believe at that time I was on Levoxyl I think 125 mg. The only other stuff I was taking was Cayenne and HGH. But the levels did seem to change after I began drinking the Kombucha a couple times a week.

Then I switched to the Armour the natural thyroid. Man I had major problems with my doctors office. I began having severe heart palpitations every time I took the dose. His nurse who had now became his wife decided since then lowered my dose, and then switched to Armour that two switches were enough. I told her I would cut one in half every second day and that I was not going to have a heart attack. I mean one night it was so bad if I had not had the muscle relaxer I would have ended up at the hospital.

I would love to hear about your experience with Food Grade hydrogen peroxide and any success you feel that you have had with it, or any adverse effects. This is my first time with it once I purge I will only use maybe 4 or 5 drops daily.

As far as the Fucoxanthin it was the most expensive at $60 a jar. I do not intend to take it as I would the thyroid forever. I am hoping it will somehow help stimulate it and with the other it would kick it in.

The Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth is wonderful. The muscle relaxers I get very usually very few are for the times when I sleep on a pillow wrong and get horrendous headaches, or read to much with my head in a certain position. My muscles get so tight and knotted up and are normally that way from an old whiplash I had. Since I have begun using the Diatomaceous Earth I feel much more relaxation in my muscles. Little cracks here and there as it is going into place. I noticed my shoulders are straighter. I really like this stuff it is great at least so far. My sense of smell is also coming back.

Are you taking thyroid medicine currently? If so are you taking natural or synthetic? I really don't want to go back on the synthetic and I think they may stop manufacturing the natural.

I tend to stay away from doctors, but you might want to listen to some of the posters. It might not be the flu that's causing all your problems. I also agree you need to get some fluid and electrolytes in you stat. If you don't go to the ER look up taking fluid by enema. It will bypass your stomach yet be absorbed by your body.

Here's one: www.health-information-fi...com/dehydration-enema.htm

More tips: ask.metafilter.com/106070...-vomiting-and-diarrheaing

Pain can be caused by dehydration: www.watercure2.org/pain.htm

Water [and sea salt] Cure overview: www.spiritportal.org/water-cure.html

Salt Water was not enough in this case. "muscle cramps were ironically the result of dehydration and a lack of sodium, magnesium and calcium." www.watercure2.org/cramps.htm

"...Magnesium Deficiency Can Seriously Impact Your Health
Magnesium is nothing short of a miracle mineral in its healing effect on a wide range of diseases as well as in its ability to rejuvenate the aging body. Symptoms of magnesium deficiency may include agitation and anxiety, restless leg syndrome (RLS), sleep disorders, irritability, nausea and vomiting, abnormal heart rhythms, low blood pressure, confusion, muscle spasm and weakness, hyperventilation, insomnia, and even seizures.....

5. When a doctor’s patient dies of influenza, it is not the virus that is deadly, but the patient’s compromised immune system due to chronic, long-standing deficiencies of vitamin C and magnesium intake, combined with the drugs and vaccines that doctors use that send old and young alike to their graves. ....." www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/magnesium.htm

If you don't have magnesium oil, take an epsom salt bath. It is not as long-lasting, but should help to get some magnesium into you right now.

If that stops the cramps, you might want to try taking some Emitrol for the nausea.

If you try these and they don't help, get to an emergency room. You HAVE to get some fluid and electrolytes in you for starters. You HAVE to. The safest thing would be to go to the ER now. Dehydration can be life-threatening. Needless to say, a burst appendix is as well.

Just noticed your tagline ... if there's ONE SINGLE THING responsible for the tragedy unfolding in America and the world, it's central banking/private- fiat currency and credit created and distributed by banking vultures ... THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANKING SYSTEM and its replacement entity the IMF !

I wish we were able to increase the awareness level to the extent that a few billionaires like Mark Cuban would join together to create a metals backed economic system that would be a partial cure for the fake system we have now. We also need to bring back production of goods to America so the people have real employment.

When Jefferson and others commented that the fiat system's owners could crush the people by inflating and deflating the currency, they were describing exactly what we're witnessing today.

If those fellas were still here the bankers wouldn't be.

The U.S. Govt is a tyrannical butcher; U.S. taxpayers are accomplices to international murder and mayhem. If you satisfy your fears by bowing to this butcher, you forfeit your humanity and possibly your soul.

That's what the Lisbon Treaty's been all about?

What specifics are the worst? Wait - lemme guess: Accepting Third World freeploaders....er I mean freeloaders?

Unbridled immigration ISN'T the worst thing about it - it's the fact that the sovereignty of the 27 Member States has been surrendered to the EU.

And that Lisbon is a blueprint for a totalitarian state - the most powerful executives will, like the preceding European Commission, will be unelected, only they'll officially be the government of the EU with absolute power.

ICC will rule on Irish matters?

We unfortunately already voted for that, few Irish voters actually realised it was an embryonic organ of world government. I voted against it, a majority of Irish people didn't. I suppose, maybe, you mean the European Court of Justice? The answer is yes, they can rule on Irish affairs, and on issues where the Irish Constitution is in conflict with the EU - the court will rule in favour of the EU as is the terms of Lisbon.

same here. i don't think i've ever had the flu and i can't remember the last time i was even sick. looking for wood to knock on.

I have had family members with flu over the years. Once my husband and child had flu at the same time. I never got it. It's got to be some natural immunity to it. However, I am susceptible to other things. Oh, yeah, I have had other health problems.

IOW, the EU is being run like a Corporation...or Dictatorship. Lovely.

You have your pods, we have ours....Thus if/when eventually the Irish citizenry passionately do NOT concur an ICC judicial ruling and refuse to be compliant, I reckon the penalty will either be an EU police action OR a blockade OR economic sanctions.

Yes, but it's being challenged the way the Irish government conducted itself during the Referendum campaign - several breaches of Irish law. Even the possibility of electoral fraud.

IOW, the EU is being run like a Corporation...or Dictatorship. Lovely.

Effectively, yes.

You have your pods, we have ours....Thus if/when eventually the Irish citizenry passionately do NOT concur an ICC judicial ruling and refuse to be compliant, I reckon the penalty will either be an EU police action OR a blockade OR economic sanctions.

Well, when you consider that some of the above were used as threats in the campaign, I suppose so!

Throughout the centuries, Abraxas has also been variously claimed to be an Egyptian god, a demon,[1] and to represent God and Satan in one entity and the dual nature of its essence.[2]

Hi all. Wanted to hop on with an update. I was worshipping the porcelain god up until about midnight last night. Slept for about seven hours after that go round. Woke up very thristy. The water went down well and didn't cause any cramping. So, I ventured for seven saltines. Held them down too. Went back to sleep for about three hours. Ate a banana and kept it down while continueing to drink lots of water.

Had some hot Zoom cereal and that's staying down too. YIPPIE!! Having food in my tummy makes me sleepy so I've been dozing in and out all day.

I was reading some of the commentary on the possibility of food poisening. I hadn't thought of that and I've never had it before, but that would make sense with the awful stomach cramping. Maybe I just hopped onto blaming swine flu because that virus is all the talk of all the towns. Guilt by association perhaps.

Just wanted to let everybody know that I'm alive and well, even had a smile return today. Thank you all for your wonderful advice and best wishes!!! You folks at 4um are the best.

You had me worried as you seemed to be getting worse, with the body cramps and all. Swine flu does cause them in some cases, which is why some go into kidney failure when the blood volume becomes too low from dehydration. Glad you are over the hump! But make sure you also continue to monitor your voiding habits for any changes.

Family of swine flu victim has regrets about treatment

11:58 PM CDT on Monday, October 5, 2009

By SHERRY JACOBSON / The Dallas Morning News

sjacobson@dallasnews.com

Heather Provorse's family spent eight days beside her hospital bed, hoping and praying that she would wake up after contracting the swine flu two weeks earlier.

"They had her on a ventilator for eight days," her mother, Deborah Hatchel, said Monday. "And they were telling me that she might get better. They wanted her lungs to rest."

But the 25-year-old Lancaster woman died Friday of complications from H1N1, leaving behind an 8-year-old son.

In their grief, Provorse's survivors are wondering if the hospital and doctors who treated her initially could have done more.

In particular, the family wonders if she should have been given Tamiflu, one of two antiviral medications that can treat early flu symptoms.

"The doctors at the hospital told us that Tamiflu was only for high-risk flu patients," said Hatchel, who declined to name the hospital.

"If you looked at my daughter, you could see she was high risk. She was 5-foot-4 and she weighed over 400 pounds."

A flu expert with the Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services said obesity alone is not considered a risk for severe flu symptoms.

"A physician seeing an obese patient with the flu should be very careful to ask about underlying conditions such as diabetes and asthma," said Dr. Wendy Chung, chief epidemiologist for Dallas County.

Patients with such chronic ailments typically are offered an antiviral drug when they contract the flu.

Provorse had suffered from asthma as a child and from sleep apnea and periodic breathing problems as an adult, Hatchel said. Her asthma also had flared up a year ago.

Hatchel recalled that she had asked the doctors specifically for Tamiflu but was told it was too late for her daughter to take it.

The drug is most effective when given within the first 48 hours of flu symptoms.

Provorse attended Lancaster schools, eventually earning a GED.

Last year, she completed a business management program at Cedar Valley College in Lancaster, her mother said.

"She was trying to lose some weight, get a job and move forward," Hatchel said. "But it didn't happen."
