im almost positive its voice over work by a youtuber michelle really did apear on sesame street though wich is just wrong on a lot of different levels but not suprising

Michelle Obama appeared on Sesame Street to get kids enthused about victory gardens, which is a good thing. Someone who could do a really good imitation of Carrol Spiney's voice overdubbed for this prank.
