Substantial???? I would say 165 million Americans voting FOR more war is more than substantial. Add to that $700 million dollars showered on ONE man to buy the presidency, and we have more war.
A $700 million dollar shower. Can you imagine that? Heck, I'd be tickled pink to receive a $10 million dollar wipe down with a damp sponge.
MapQuest really needs to start their directions on #5. Pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood.
Yes there is. Quit voting for Republicrats and Democans and begin voting for parties that are willing to dismantle the warfare-welfare state. It really is that simple.

There are at least 165 million programmed Americans. Deprogramming them is impossible, out voting them is impossible. The solution does not lie within the ballot box.

That only works on men who can be bought. Some men are not for sale. The hard part is locating them in this distrustful world.

People who call themselves libertarian but defend torture, are not libertarian in any form. I can call myself Christian and then go out and rape, pillage, murder and torture babies and kittens. My words in that case say "Christian" my actions say "not Christian". But that doesn't detract from my point. There are men who cannot be bought. More than one. We need to find them. They used to exist in droves. They're still out here, they're just being discounted or ignored.

The only thing which will stop this is the collapse of the dollar, which could happen soon. It's been in a downtrend for this cycle since 2002 with only the blip up for eight months or so during the deleveraging last year. Even then, the poppy and oil revenues will be tapped to "Great Game" on for a while longer. "I'm proud to be an American, where at least I know ... uh ... never mind."
