The court mailed back his $220 bucks bail. His insurance rates were not raised. He did not pay the state a dime. We love to brag about these victories and show people that it's very easy to do. We have a red light camera at a busy intersection here in my town that takes up to 3 snaps per red light, one for each lane. There is a turning lane to the left, and two other lanes for straight or a right turn, if in the right lane.
One photo is taken when the very first vehicle, in each lane, pulls up to the white line. It seems to me that the camera is profiling cars. Checking to see if certain cars are repeatedly going through this intersection.
At say, 3 pictures every 2 minutes, 90 an hour, it would be around, 2000 photos a day.
My only conclusion is drug trafficking or transport.
