Not buying this man.
If, as Mr. Dershowitz says, Vincent Bugliosi is such a great It seems that the Bush administration weren't the primary or only architects of this crime (the Iraq war) either. Why doesn't he say that? Just the same, Bush and pals should fry.

Bugliosi is accepting 9.11 as a fait acompli, and is going after what the administration unlawfully did in the aftermath. It seems to me.
And you're correct, they should fry on so many different counts, it's tough to enumerate them all.
It seems to me. Yes, of course, but just because it may be a fait accompli doesn't mean it wasn't a crime and not punishable. There is no statute of limitations on murder. Maybe, like lawyers often do, he is going after them for a crime which he sees he can successfully convict them of. Maybe he doesn't think he would be successful in finding them guilty of 9/11.
