I woke up thinking about it this morning, and while I have not contacted them, I think I might know what is behind it, and if I'm right, it is not a scam....it's Christian, someone utilizing their credit at the US Treasury to help out their neighbor....and for some strange reason I think it possible [although I could be wrong] the PTB may have seen this [maybe even contacted truthsetsusfree] and it spooked them.
