Nobody misses Islam or Israel.
Nobody even notices the loss of sub-Saharan Africa. Not much grist for the CGI mill there.

Just saw it today. The director said they didn't show the implosion of any Muslim holy sites in the movie because they feared a fatwa being issued.
No kidding. Even in CGI, you can't be dissin' Islam.
