Some of these pissy reviews miss the point of LP.

It's an online gay bar, full of repressed Republicans just dying for the chance to come out. The owner, Goldi-Lox, is a full-on bull dyke with a whole stable of girlfriends.

Yum.

Check it out. It is restricted, though. Blacks need not apply, which is sad considering their package size.

Be discrete at first. They'll seek you out in time.

I strongly suspect yukon is not a real person, but software. Noone could post that much, that often and be so consistently stupid. It has too much predictability as well.

You're close. I suspect, and have for some time, that yukon is a composite persona played by more than one individual. Somewhere, possibly on a military base, is a personality profile book called yukon. When I was still posting on LP there were one or two little slips - like not being aware of every prior exchange - that gave it away. Whoever is running it is very very good but not perfect.

I dunno, that seems to violate Ockham's Razor about unnecessarily multiplying entities, ie, to what end would one do that?

As for LP, I had to step away. That thread is mind-numbing. As an aside, is diva betsy ross just playacting, or is she truly that vapid and shallow?

yukon's function is PsyOps - as a disruptor. I posted over there for at least 4 or 5 years and yukon always followed the same pattern - disrupt by name calling, snide insinuations, etc., ... - and it was/is done nearly 24/7. His function is to prevent intelligent dialog from taking place. One estimate I read, something over a year ago, placed the minimum number of such individuals at 40,000 worldwide. That IS a minimum. The sheer number of hours yukon is present on the site is one of the other giveaways - no one individual could put in the number of hours on the site that the yukon persona is present.
