Or it simply means that the yukon perona's tactic of disruption through name calling and agitation has been reduced in effectiveness to the point where it is no longer productive in preventing discussion.

Probably that too especially when even one's chief enabler isn't biting anymore. Psychopaths will usually find each other but they tire of each other quickly as they find each other so damned predictable!
