Dick Cheney In 2012? Daughter Liz Floats Idea On Fox News

Dick Cheney for president in 2012? His daughter Liz floated the idea on Fox News Sunday this morning -- though it's not clear that she was being serious.

Liz Cheney was a panelist on Fox News Sunday today. Near the end of the show, Chris Wallace showed video of President Obama slightly bowing to the emperor of Japan, and said the "internet is abuzz" over what Wallace referred to as "bowgate."

"By way of comparison, when Vice President Cheney met the emperor in 2007, no bow," Wallace said over video of Cheney greeting the Japanese emperor.

Bill Kristol, laughing, said that "Sarah Palin would never bow to the emperor of Japan. She wouldn't even curtsy to him."

Then Liz Cheney jumped in.

You could also look at the comparison and think, Cheney 2012.

Wallace and the panelists immediately all started talking over one another. Liz Cheney followed up with "That's all I'm gonna say" and "that's all."

Dick Cheney In 2012?

Hey maybe he could choose Goldi-Lox as his running mate. I'm sure the two would get along quite well.

"The real deal is this: the ‘royalty’ controlling the court, the ones with the power, the ones with the ability to make a difference, with the ability to change our course, the ones who will live in infamy if we pass the tipping points, are the captains of industry, CEOs in fossil fuel companies such as EXXON/Mobil, automobile manufacturers, utilities, all of the leaders who have placed short-term profit above the fate of the planet and the well-being of our children." - James Hansen

Damn right she wouldn't. Hell, she wouldn't even know who he is.

Dick Cheney In 2012?

Is there anything in the Constitution stating that a person has to be alive to be President?

If Cheney Runs and wins, it won't be long before the Apocalypse.

Seriously. If he takes office, I'm moving to Antarctica, because it will be the only place in hell cool enough to live.

Better to be hated for what you are, than loved for what you are not.

never happen...he's not the selection and even if he were, they could never rig up enough votes for him to make it look like a legitimate election.

Ah, but you have to remember that the daughter who brought this up is considered an up and comer in Republican circles.

Now there's a candidate actually with one foot on a banana peel and the other in the grave. EGADS! A defibulator President! Has the GOP no shame?

We mustn't under estimate the power of Diebold or the sheer idiocy of the republicans......they have a history of putting complete dicks into office. : )

I would really enjoy seeing the debates. Our current Mongrel-in-Chief would be completely shredded by the Darth Cheney.

A defibulator President!

I think you mean defibrillator.

What you describe here would prevent someone from lying and I don't think that's possible. In fact, it is a prerequisite for the job and few do it better than Darth.

Dick Dastardly is the closest thing I have seen to living proof that there IS an actual Satan prowling the earth inhabiting human beings with demonic spirits. He makes the Chimp and Chimp II look literally like choirboys in comparison. This man tried to start a nuclear war outside the chain of command on August 30, 2007. There has never been a doubt in my mind that he was in on 9/11. He probably looks back on it as the best day of his life.

LOL, I was half asleep when I posted that.

He has an implanted one to keep that ticker ticking. Not physically healthy enough for a pres and I don't even want to get into the mental aspects.

Not qualified even with a BC.

Obama is below 50 percent. Lowest approval for any president at this point. He is beatable. It is by no means certain but any Republican with the right message can defeat him. Well I should say any non liberal Republican.

So if it is O vs Palin. Do you sit out and let Obama have a second term? You know what happens to Presidents in a second term don't you? They become less accountable to the voters. Or totally unaccountable.

I'm voting for Sarah.

She has a good heart, loves the country......... wants to use all of our available energy sources, she's smart enough to hire the correct people for places of power ........

........ and she's got a great spirit and honest sincereity from every pore.

Most people here don't like Palin. They think she is as they say "an israeli firster". A ridiculous and unfounded charge by the way. So are you pulling my leg or do you really like Palin.

I kind of like her and may vote for her. But I do worry if she can defeat zero.

A defibulator President!

In NY it's a dafibilata.

Let me get this straight.

Obama's health care plan shall be written by a committee whose head says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that hasn't read it, signed by a president who smokes and has no birth certificate, funded by a treasury chief who did not pay his taxes, overseen by a surgeon general who is overweight and financed by a country that is nearly broke.

What could possibly go wrong? - buckeroo
