Sure it's fast. So is Safari.

It's really just a browser environment. You use a generic Redhat Linux config under VMware and then boot up with it and all you have is the Chrome browser.

It's nothing special really. Not yet anyway.

If you have a fast connection like 7Mbps or faster, then a fast browser really is nice. If you have a standard 1.5Mbps DSL connection, it's far less interesting since your ISP can't fill the pipe fast enough for the browser to show its speed.
