I always enjoy surfing around youtube because sometimes I find channels filled with great information that I won’t find anywhere else. Yesterday I came across such a channel which is run by radioam232 http://www.youtube.com/user/radioam232 , he does electronics on the cheap, literally. His channel has over 150 videos that cover a range of improvised electronic components and devices. In the following video he shows you how to use pins instead of solder to piece together electronic circuits.

For the novice who has done electronics you know from experience that creating a circuit from a schematic can often be frustrating if not difficult. But the ideas outlined in the video above show you an easier way to put together a circuit without spending a lot of time on it.

A lot of people reading this may find the study of electronics boring but it can be fun and rewarding. Besides that if our economy gets bad enough we could find ourselves without the money to buy new consumer electronics which means we would have to repair our electronics or make do without them.
