Science/Tech See other Science/Tech Articles Title: Hurricane Katerina caused by H.A.A.R.P The thread starts: According to the source, the World Health Organization revealed secretly to governments of the most technologically advanced countries the findings of its studies, according to which climatic developments, in conjunction with reduction of ozone in the atmosphere, will eliminate life from the face of the earth within the next 75 years! The governments agreed to a secret plan for intervening in the climate known as 'Shield' (The Shield Project), so that on a case-by-case basis the most sensitive regions can be inoculated with artificially created ozone. The objective is gradually, by the year 2050, to reverse the Earth's downward trajectory. For this to be accomplished, he says, the atmosphere of the earth is being sprayed by aircraft from the collaborating countries (and these include the USA, Canada, the European Union and Russia) with particles of barium, aluminium and titanium. This creates the required second pole, the first being that of the ionosphere. HAARP discharges into the ionosphere the necessary energy which, recycled, returns into the atmosphere to the 'pole' of the sprayed particles. From the electrical stimulation produced there is artificial production of ozone, blocking the carcinogenic effects of the sun in the area unprotected by nature... If this is being done, why the secrecy? On the one hand, says the anonymous source, because panic from knowledge of what is about to happen would trigger uncontrollable situations, on the other hand because the particles are claiming, and will continue to claim over coming decades, millions and even billions of victims, chiefly from diseases of the respiratory system. As breathtaking as this scenario may seem, in the absence of charges from an identifiable source and corroboration of evidence, we are obliged to regard it as a figment of the imagination. But we cannot ignore an identifiable and official allegation that was lodged in August 2002. The Russian parliament, the Duma, presented to President Putin the findings of a study by commissioners of international relations and defence, signed by 90 parliamentarians, in which the following statement is made: 'The United States is developing new integrated geophysical weapons which can affect the atmosphere of the earth. The importance of this qualitative leap is comparable only with the transition from the age of iron to the age of gunpowder, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons. This new type of weapon differs from previous types of weapon in that the atmosphere is instantly transformed into both an object directly influenced by and a component part of the weapon. " What happened in the wake of this denunciation and what the reason is for Moscow's current silence, is not known to us. Was it persuaded of the superior importance of the wider goal and indeed now participates in the secret spraying of the world that is slowly dying? Does the silence have some connection with the recent news of 29th March 2004 that Russia has developed a 'revolutionary weapon' that can neutralize the United States 'anti-missile shield'? Also unknown is the role of China in this story. Is it true what some are whispering that the Chinese embassy in Belgrade was bombed because some antennas equivalent to those of HAARP were hidden there, which would have helped to shoot down the Stealth bombers of the US? Or, even more far-fetched the scenario according to which the decision for intervention in Yugoslavia was taken in the 1980s when emissions of this type were detected coming from there? According to the whisperers, the secret notes of Tesla found their way to his native land and....someone read them zealously. Very many questions, to which we will perhaps start to get some answers in the immediately coming years. And in the meantime we will continue to look suspiciously at the once innocent lines behind aircraft in the sky'. P.S. Eastlund has worked since 1998 for the European Space Agency, on a satellite project. Named Thunderstorm Solar Power Satellite, this satellite will transform solar radiation into microwaves to disperse typhoons and break up storms. A HAARP in outer space. World renowned scientist Dr. Rosalie Bertell confirms that "US military scientists are working on weather systems as a potential weapon. The methods include the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor rivers in the Earth's atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods."[2] Already in the 1970s, former National Security advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski had foreseen in his book "Between Two Ages" that: "Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised. . . . [T]echniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm." Marc Filterman, a former French military officer, outlines several types of "unconventional weapons" using radio frequencies. He refers to "weather war," indicating that the U.S. and the Soviet Union had already "mastered the know-how needed to unleash sudden climate changes (hurricanes, drought) in the early 1980s."[3] These technologies make it "possible to trigger atmospheric disturbances by using Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radar [waves]."[4] A simulation study of future defense "scenarios" commissioned for the US Air Force calls for: "US aerospace forces to `own the weather' by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications) From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. . . . In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels.[5] http://perdurabo10.tripod.com/id116.html This Military Project May Be Controlling Us And Destroying Our Planet Have you noticed a strange overwhelming feeling of dread, or possibly a strong wave of nervousness that takes over your body when you least expect it? Most of the time it begins late in the afternoon or early evening, sometimes continuing throughout the night. Some people. . . mostly men I have discovered. . . have this feeling and are silently suffering from it. Some are going to their doctors for treatment. A lot of people are getting prescriptions for sleeping pills because they can't get a good night's rest without them. The problem for most of us is a military project called High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). Like the much-publicized Hanger 51 UFO story, the project is locked under tight security. However the existence of HAARP is well known. Look it up on the Internet and you will find lots of web sites from which to download information. Many of the web sites go blank within days after they are posted. I suspect they contain information government agents think is too sensitive for the public to know. Most of what we know about HAARP is revealed by Dr. Nick Begich and Jeane Manning, co-authors of a book titled "Angels Don't Play This HAARP." Unfortunately, the book was published in 1995 and I fear that the people at HAARP headquarters have taken it to new heights since then. Because it has been in existence for over a decade, I also suspect that Russia and possibly even China have versions of HAARP operating in their countries too. HAARP is an expansion of a wireless system of transmitting energy invented by the late genius Nikoli Tesla. Tesla, one of the most brilliant inventive minds of our time, gave his secret to the military during World War II for the possible development of what he called a death ray. Scientists for the U. S. Navy and Air Force have been working together to expand Tesla's device and learn its potential not only as a military weapon, but as a machine capable of altering the weather and changing the way people think. The U. S. version of HAARP is located in Gakona, Alaska, and I believe a second type of HAARP, a Navy project known as ELF, can be found near Marquette, Michigan. These machines, linked to a complex series of antenna, send energy radio waves both outward into space, and inward through the Earth, possibly at the same time. The rays have been found to be capable of heating the ionosphere surrounding the Earth to boiling levels while at the same time are suspected of causing powerful earthquakes on the opposite side of the globe. Who knows what other damage it is causing in all of the areas in between. The military is experimenting with HAARP as a weapon capable of sending the destructive force of a nuclear bomb against enemy targets, altering weather patterns through the heating of the ionosphere, destroying and controlling world communication systems, and controlling human behavior over large areas. HAARP may be a prototype for the much touted "Star Wars" weapon system proposed by the Reagan Administration. Star Wars was to be a way of defending the United States against incoming intercontinental ballistic missiles. While politicians publicly are still arguing whether we should even build such a system, it is my belief that HAARP may actually be part of the Star Wars project. There also is speculation that HAARP will be utilizing the new space lab now under construction. According to Begich and Manning, HAARP is the reverse of a radio telescope. It is a large antenna that shoots radio signals, usually into the Earth's ionosphere, an electrically-charged sphere that surrounds the planet's upper atmosphere. The beamed signals heat the ionosphere. Nobody knows just what effect this is having on the planet, but some scientists believe it may alter the world's weather. Others suggest that it opens holes in the ionosphere that allow dangerous ultra violet rays from the Sun to hit the Earth full force, cooking all plants, animals and humans that get in their way. The electromagnetic waves also bounce back to Earth, penetrating everything, including us. Because it is so secret, little is known about the effect HAARP is having on the environment, the animals, and the humans that live on this planet. Begich and Manning note that some studies have shown that the device definitely effects the reproductive systems of insects and interferes with migratory patterns of birds, butterflies and creatures of the sea. HAARP is so powerful it actually heats the ionosphere to boiling. Some critics worry that the military is recklessly misusing these power levels, giving the ionosphere "a big kick and see what happens." They warn that the experiments could have cataclysmic effects on the Earth's environment and may already be one of the causes of the strange changes going on in our weather. As part of the experimentation, the military has also exploded neutron bombs and released large quantities of tiny copper fragments in the ionosphere, just to see if the electromagnetic energy out there can be altered or controlled. I wrote that Tesla promoted his invention as a way to send energy through the air without the use of wires. HAARP is, in effect, an extension of this research. Interestingly, enough, the patents for much of the technology used in HAARP are controlled by private interest groups that are contracting with the U. S. government to build secret black budget projects. But they also have other interests, including oil exploration. According to Begich and Manning, these companies include Atlantic Richfield (ARCO), one of the biggest oil companies in the world. Its subsidiary, Power Technologies Incorporated, was the contractor that built the HAARP facility. In 1994 ARCO sold this subsidiary and the patents to E-Systems, one of the largest intelligence contractors in the world. E-Systems works for the CIA, defense intelligence organizations and others. From there, E-Systems was bought by Raytheon, one of the largest defense contractors in the world. The bottom line in all of this is that companies like ARCO can envision enormous profits if they can use this technology to beam electrical power from a powerhouse in the gas fields to the consumer without wires. In other words, someone has found a way to profit from the Tesla invention. The concept frightened the power brokers in Tesla's day so much that they destroyed the man. They never let him build the transmission system that would prove this invention worked. Tesla died a poor and broken man after investing all he had in a system and the subsequent litigation brought against him. The power structure succeeded in preventing him from using it. But the military picked up where Tesla left off. Just exactly how they are doing it, or why, is only subject to speculation at this time. By using psychic functioning coupled with remote viewing, however, we do know what is being done. As mentioned above, the manipulators of HAARP are experimenting with weather control. During the fall of 1999, when dangerous hurricanes were lining up off the Atlantic coast and threatening to strike the US mainland, HAARP transmissions were used in an effort to steer them back out to sea. The power blasts might have worked to some degree. If you remember, it was at about this same time that two powerful earthquakes struck highly populated areas of Turkey. Last week, when dangerous solar energies were being hurled toward the Earth, the engineers at HAARP were experimenting with their big toy just to see if the rays could be diverted. Pushing against energy from the sun apparently takes a lot of power. If you remember, earthquakes occurred in Sumatra, Turkey, Japan, Russia, China, Northeast India and Taiwan that same week. The experimentation with human mind control also is troublesome. The authors of the book claim HAARP may have the potential of manipulating and disturbing human mental thinking through pulsed radio frequency radiation over large geographical areas. As early as 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski, then National Security Advisor to the President, wrote about this kind of technology. Brzezinski predicted a "more controlled and directed society" which could be dominated by an elite group. He wrote: "Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control." Is this what America has become? Is this why so many people act like zombies today? I suspect that HAARP already has the power to change the behavior of a large number of people. But not everyone. A few of us respond to the impulses in other ways. We get nervous and take a pill to calm down.

in 1992 - at Ruby Ridge 80 federal soldiers crept onto private land and murdered two US citizens not accused of any crime, one a 14 year old boy, one a pregnant woman with another baby in arms. in 1993 US government flew helicopter over church building in Waco TX and murdered 4 citizens without warning, then proceeded to murder another 85 people by other means. in 2001 the people who rule us purposely demolished the WTC buildings from the inside while thousands of people were inside. so it is logical to think that our government might've caused this hurricaine to meet its own dark goals.
I wonder if Rove is behind this HAARP theory? It certainly does a fantastic job of marginalizing the people who point out Bush's sub-par response to the crises. If Rove can lure enough people into taking the bait, I can see the sound bites in a few weeks: "Yeah right, and I assume you're one of the loons who claims Bush started the hurricane too." It's almost as if the Bush spin machine is constructing a tight little sound bite to deflect dicussion of Bush's miserable response to the emergency. All the elements are here: A looney conspriracy theory without a shred of credible support, aircraft contrails, Illuminaite, etc. They only thing missing is an assertion that putting tin foil in your hat will protect you. I suppose whoever is pushing this story knew this would be taking things a little too far.
