I'm not gonna lie. Too pop for my taste. I prefer my bluegrass straight and unadulterated.

Born agin', I am.

Not to discourage -- I'd much rather listen to it than 98% of what's on the radio or tee-vee.

And anyway I'm sure it could be used to reduce crime. ;)

The vocals, bass, and tempo stick out to me and remind me very much of some pop group whose name I can't recall at the moment. Counting Crows?

I like it straight too, but since I kinda grew up with it...well, you know how it goes.

I'm always open to new marketing ideas. : )

There's a small business near downtown that plays nothing but Wagner on its external speakers all night long to keep the riff-raff from hanging out. It works.

Ya ever hear this one? Doc Watson, Tony Rice and Norman Blake all on one guitar piece:

Lost Indian

Thanks for the comments, bubba.

That's a VERY nice song. A smiling song. Happy, not ecstatic. Energetic, but not hyper. A "good day" song.

I have a version by Don Reno & Red Smiley. I think I like this one here a little better.

And with Audio Hijack it is now mine. Mine!

Jerusalem Ridge hits the same place in the minor. Just my two denarii but in 50 years, the era of late 20th American bluegrass and its offshoots will be perceived as American blues began to be in the 1950's and 60's.

Audio Hijack

I miss my Macbook. Best damn tool of the 21st century thus far.
