He's measuring his progress against his own goals, not the actual job he's supposed to do. In his ego inflated mind he's descended from heaven above and blessed us all with his greatness, so that's at least a B right there. Add in the pretend things he's accomplished (in his own mind) and that gives you the "+".

The guy is so full of himself it's a wonder he has room in his bed for his wife, what, as his ego takes up at least half a bunk by itself.

But when you think about it, in a hypothetical kind of way mind you, it is precisely "leaders" with severe meglomania who are the ones with the largest weaknesses to exploit.

You almost made the connection. He's measuring his progress against the goals set by the people who put him office - which is NOT the American People. Let there be no doubt that Oh'bummer was INSTALLED in office NOT elected to office.

He is doing the job he was sent to do:

Continue the Wars.

Install Socialist control programs e.g., National Hellthcare (to benefit Big Pharma and eventually administer mass kill programs for eugenics population reduction).

Funnel the U.S. Treasury into the Coffers of the International Bankster Cartel.

So, he IS doing exactly what he was sent there to do.

Make no mistake about it - Oh'bummer is a front man - a puppet. He decides nothing about policies and executes the orders he is given. Anyone who thinks otherwise has no idea how this country is really run.

Actually I think he fully believes his own bullshit. Lots of folks go on about him being a controlled puppet, but I take a different view. I think that if he was "put into place" by some nefarious "controlling entity", he was chosen because of his self-blindness and arrogance. It lends plausible deniability. "They" don't have to tell him what to do or direct him to do these things, because he's been raised and groomed from day one to be this kind of statist radical. He's not given orders, he's simply functioning as designed, if that makes sense.

With the power Obama and his circle of friends have, it doesn't matter what's on the original. No one will ever see it. If he ever did decide to show it to the rest of the world and there was anything recorded he did not want people to know, he and his clan have the power to alter such records.

If Frank were his father, he would probably tell people because that would definately put an end to the Natural Born question.

Too late in the game to do that. They would have had to do it early on and what they put out was so piss poorly done that any subsequent release not backed up by verifiably unmodified original documents will not be believed. As well they cannot be certain that someone has not surreptitiously copied the original and put it away for safekeeping.

Also the Birth Certificate is not the only document that throws question on his legitimacy. As well there are his College Admissions, Financial Aid (or who paid for him), and Student Housing. Remember - some of his Collegemates said they did not recognize Barack Hussein Obama because they knew him as Barry Soetoro - a citizen of Indonesia i.e., a foreign student. If he came in as a foreign student he is guilty minimally of fraud and is possibly, because he held an Indonesian Passport and Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship, an illegal alien serving as President.

The other reason is - it represents a "handle" on Oh'bummer should he "get ideas". The behind the curtain controllers can destroy him any time they want to and he knows it. That is a control handle.
