He's measuring his progress against his own goals, not the actual job he's supposed to do. In his ego inflated mind he's descended from heaven above and blessed us all with his greatness, so that's at least a B right there. Add in the pretend things he's accomplished (in his own mind) and that gives you the "+". The guy is so full of himself it's a wonder he has room in his bed for his wife, what, as his ego takes up at least half a bunk by itself. But when you think about it, in a hypothetical kind of way mind you, it is precisely "leaders" with severe meglomania who are the ones with the largest weaknesses to exploit.

You almost made the connection. He's measuring his progress against the goals set by the people who put him office - which is NOT the American People. Let there be no doubt that Oh'bummer was INSTALLED in office NOT elected to office. He is doing the job he was sent to do: Continue the Wars. Install Socialist control programs e.g., National Hellthcare (to benefit Big Pharma and eventually administer mass kill programs for eugenics population reduction). Funnel the U.S. Treasury into the Coffers of the International Bankster Cartel. So, he IS doing exactly what he was sent there to do. Make no mistake about it - Oh'bummer is a front man - a puppet. He decides nothing about policies and executes the orders he is given. Anyone who thinks otherwise has no idea how this country is really run.
