Saw that trailers that cost $18K were sold at aution by USGov for $5K for 10.

One of the reasons they are going so cheap is that they used a toxic insulation in them. A lot of the people forced to stay in them were getting sick. The only way they are useful is to pull all the insulation and replace it or strip them for parts.
