Since they were already paid for with our tax dollars, why aren't we putting homeless families in them?

One of the reasons they are going so cheap is that they used a toxic insulation in them. A lot of the people forced to stay in them were getting sick. The only way they are useful is to pull all the insulation and replace it or strip them for parts.

if not the insulation just the fact many of these trailers sat down wind of toxic vapors from an exxon refinery would make a pigeon cote a safer habitat.
