It's now being reported that Charlie Sheen's third wife Brooke Mueller was legally drunk when she called 911 on her husband on Christmas morning.

And that choking allegation? She's told police that it's bogus.

TMZ's sources say cops gave both Charlie and Brooke blood alcohol tests. Brooke was .13 while Charlie registered .04. How is that even possible?

The legal limit is .08 for a first driving offense in Colorado so thank heavens she wasn't behind the wheel of a Range Rover.

sorry, Clean, Brooke's onboard with 911 truth. we sat right behind her and him at the 911 Symposium that Charlie co-sponsored with Alex Jones 3 yrs ago.
