It's now being reported that Charlie Sheen's third wife Brooke Mueller was legally drunk when she called 911 on her husband on Christmas morning.

And that choking allegation? She's told police that it's bogus.

TMZ's sources say cops gave both Charlie and Brooke blood alcohol tests. Brooke was .13 while Charlie registered .04. How is that even possible?

The legal limit is .08 for a first driving offense in Colorado so thank heavens she wasn't behind the wheel of a Range Rover.

A once proud nation can storm across an arbitrarily chosen, non-threatening nation slaying women and children by the thousands with little or no moral outrage here or on other forums but Charlie Sheen blows .04 on his egg nog and we're shocked, shocked?

Well, I guess the old maids (of both sexes) deserve a chance to blow off a little steam once in while. I hope Charlie gave her good ass kickin after the cops left.

little or no moral outrage? have you been reading us over the past 4 yrs, icon? and give me a break. i have and do post 100s of articles of a serious nature on 4um. Charlie Sheen is of interest because of his 911 activism. i and others here met him and his then fiance' when we attended the 911 Symposium he co- sponsored with Alex Jones in LA 3 yrs ago. btw, what have you done with your moral outrage?
