number one my cell phone is not a ball and chain to me, nor did I stop every five minutes to dial up and yak on pay phone before cell phones were in the public domain. two, I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know (all unknown numbers get processed through anywho.com's reverse look up.) I have found the telemarketers will use number spoofing but as I don't know anyone who lives in Erie PA those numbers go to the block number list built into the phone. in fact most people who call me whom I know complain because I don't answer my phone mainly because I don't carry it on my person (see point one), I just filter through my missed calls and decide from there.

and while we are on the subject of cell phones...

Sorry to be a twit, but you're displaying road "negativity." This is one of the stages of road rage, and it's a reportable offense. It's a citizens duty to act on the information you provided.

10. Negativity: When learning to drive, we don't just learn to manipulate the vehicle; we also acquire an overly critical attitude toward other drivers. As children we're exposed to the judgmental behavior of our parents and other adults as they drive us around. It's also reinforced in movies portraying drivers behaving badly. This culture of mutual hostility among motorists promotes an active and negative emotional life behind the wheel.
