Tragedy and Hope

The Anglo-American Establishment

Someone uploaded these two books by Carroll Quigley to the Archive.

Accurate? True? I don't know as I have neither in hardcopy.

But, it's there since August 2009 for the taking.

Poster Comment:

PDF files. Bill Clinton mentioned Quigley as a mentor in his inauguration speech.

Carroll Quigley died in 1977.

Hmm...

Strange that Quigley provides the "conspiracy" and few are interested.

Oh well.

I have the hardcopy of Tragedy and Hope. Quigley exposes the conspiracy - a good read for about 50 pages.

Such a shame that a history of the United States by one recognized as a most faithful historian gets a "oh, hum."

I admit that my history classes were bunk until a mention by my sophmore teacher that the book that he was using wasn't accurate. That raised a number of flags for me.

So, Quigley bores you. ok. Go back to sleep, sheep.

I was referring to the 50 (or so) pages where he talks about the 'establishment' and their goals. Go to page 950.

No, I was never a history major. I have about 20 books to read now. Since I spend so much time reading on the internet, I have trouble working them in. There is plenty of current historical events to keep me busy.
