I'm filing a civilian complaint. Nothing I have read asks that a citizen has to be present at the scene to file a complaint. On the strength of the YouTube alone, I think anyone is entitled to object to this obscenity.
After viewing this YouTube I feel obligated to file a formal complaint with the SDPD. The arrest of this citizen for cheering at a football game is disgraceful. At a minimum, the officers involved should be sanctioned for what appears to be a blatant abuse of authority. Needless to say, San Diego is not a town I ever plan on visiting.
it looked like the one SD fan got the gf's contact information. it was encouraging to hear the outrage of the surrounding fans. i hope the SDPD gets lots of complaints and that the man files a suit against the OFFENDERS.
the cops always act like its a big deal when one of em gets offed, but at the same time, they all maintain their little gay code of silence deal when they know their co-pigs are breaking the law.
