This was a piece of the Spike Lee movie, C.S.A., which envisioned an America in which the South had won the Civil War. Throughout the movie (which is couched as a TV documentary), there are fake commercials for various products with racist names ... and at the end of the movie they demonstrate that similar names were used on similar products before (and sometimes after) 1930.
Wax on, wax off.
