In the first video, observe the guy in the blue shirt walking behind Jones at 2:23 into the video. At 2:28 he breaks left from Jone's entourage and heads discreetly into the crowd.

a guy just called alex and thanked him for organizing the event yesterday and alex didn't give tribute to the real organizers. his only comment was that it was wonderful the number of people who showed up. that call gave him the opportunity to set the record straight and to apologize. the fact that he didn't says it all. :/

Well that pretty much seals it then.

One other interesting point is that he's apparently launched his army of disciples onto these YouTube videos, siding with him and blasting the actual organizers as "posers".
