I listen to everybody, including terrestrial radio, and read as much as I can. Frankly it's the guests on these shows who deliver the information and provide the entertainment for me.
He is OWNED. He does what his masters tell him to do. He is NOT relevant. He is a puppet, and if anyone actually believes he isn't, shame on you for not using the brain God gave you. Exactly. Surely a man as successful and as high profile as Jones would be so big a threat to the elites as to fall foul of a fabricated scandal, if not and 'accident'? Some, yes. Many others? No. I disagree with you on that. They exchanged one set of leaders for another set. You can see it here on this thread from some people. They are more worried about unity, which means they want us unified under their leader, namely Jones, because they wont see a resistance without him. Jones didn't start the resistance. He just benefits from it.

A likely motive is to maximize advertising dollars. Greed and fear of getting too close to the truth are powerful motivators for someone in his position. Controlled opposition is unlikely at his small fry level. The PTB just don't care what someone off the mainstream media has to say. Cable/satellite TV and large circulation newspapers, plus research grant funding is where most of the control is exerted. However, we do hear rumblings that unstructured media like the Internet could be coming under more rigid control. This too, I doubt. The real control is built in to our culture, and that's been under development for more than a thousand years. The extent that it's intentional is really a side issue. We change our culture or we lose. It's that simple. One Alex Jones or a David Icke screaming about a laboratory-based flu epidemic or claiming that the 'Illuminati' are demon-worshiping global controllers with lizard DNA is hardly enough to make any difference. It's more entertainment than anything else. People taking advantage of mass society's vulnerability to central control could care less about these guys. They already have the public schools, the churches, the state and local governments, the main stream media conglomerates, and the scholars under strict control. That's all they need. And it was easy. If you think I'm pessimistic, I am. But if more people realize just how easy it was to take central control over our opinion-shaping institutions, and why, we could begin to change. So far, the "freemarketeers" are missing the point. Meanwhile, I say freedom and good living start inside of each of us and spread outward one person at a time. The central communications mechanisms are full of death and oppression, spread through incited fear and loathing. On our own we can do otherwise. It's a choice we all have to make.

We are the audience. The difference they make is to us, to distract us into looking into fables. THink of all that wasted energy going into looking into total bullshit that would otherwise go into practical solutions. Jones and his minions are going to be just as responsible for the bloodshed as our "leaders" are. If you think I'm pessimistic, I am. I'm optimistic. When you're honest there is a strength in that. Lie, and you're weak and will fail. We'll win. I never said it will be easy. On our own we can do otherwise. It's a choice we all have to make. Agreed. I just don't look to make any converts. All I'm saying is that with the marketplace of ideas as locked up as it is by safe thought leaders, the powers that be can pretty much let history take its course. They don't really need COINTELPRO and agents provocateur at this point. When Americans were schooled in less centrally managed institutions just 50 years ago, it might have been required. Maybe not directly - a backlash too likely. But, I see in the Internet a trend that has happened and is happening in other sectors - gradual control by a handful of companies. Google the dominant search engine, Facebook seems to have it tentacles in most websites - note the frequency of Facebook links now on other websites. Youtube will eventually swallow up or crush other video hosting sites, and their censorship has been noted.

I hope there is, at least, a heightened curiosity from the general public - Truther Jim Corr (of the band, The Corrs) appeared on an Irish chat show last night - and a subtle effort to discredit him was made by the host by bringing up HAARP and the Haiti earthquake. Typical strawman tactic of course - pick out the crazier theories floating round. BUT! I went to visit Jim Corr's website, jimcorr.com, straight after - I could not access it, it must have been inundated with hits! At least it shows the Irish public want to know more.

No, I am making inferences. An inference is a conclusion based on the comparison of known data to incomplete or circumstantial data and then drawing a logical conclusion therefrom. An inference may then, with more complete data, be proven valid or invalid. However, it is a bit more refined that simple speculation. The other possibility is that Icke is simply another good looking huckster who enjoys milking rich women.

No. If some have been traced back to some .gov organization, then I want to see that proof. Otherwise, you are doing what those in Jonestown do. Anyone that disagrees with them is therefore a COINTELPRO shill. Just because someone has a differing opinion does not mean they are suspect. Yes, I already know this. We have yet another communication breakdown here. I never said those programs don't exist. It is one think to know that people do this. It's quite another to accuse someone of SPECIFICALLY posting things like this without proof. Notice I said already that having a different opinion than the group does, doesn't mean that a person is working for someone. Jones and his ilk pull that crap all the time. The data is NOT there, at least that I have ever seen. There are only accusations. Website logs tell the story. There is nothing top secret about a fucking log. A person that has access to these logs, and makes that accusation without providing the proof, is blowing smoke. The only way to stop it is to expose it.
