Since they haven't been able to get poeple to bite on "Internet II" they have co-opted and threatened ISPs into compliance. Realize that the hellthcare area is where they are pushing the most right now. There are several reasons for this: 1. Control. By controlling hellthcare they control the flow of health information and they type of care you do or do not get. This is aimed at forcing people to use ONLY toxic pharmaceuticals - among other things. 2. The elimination of supplements and alternatives is aimed at herding people into the Big Pharma (read distributor of mass kill toxins) and thus forcing people to help pay for their own execution. Much like China requiring the family to pay for the bullet that executed their loved one. 3. The aim is tighter totalitarian control BUT the main game is to set up a situation where the elimination of larger and larger numbers of people to reach their depopulation goals are met. This is part of the control paradigm as a smaller population is easier to control than a large and diverse population. Thus the constant PsyOps on the planet being overcrowded, as well as the implantation of racist memes to get people to acquiesce willingly to mass kill off of the Third World. Ultimately this all aids their control grid by keeping people frightened, easily herded, and reduced to scratching out mere survival. That is also one of the reasons for ever higher taxes - control. People who are economically stressed just trying to pay the ever higher taxes do not have time to look at the world and analyze what is actually going on. As well the Tee Bee PsyOps labeling every revelation of the actual state of affairs as a shudddddddder "conspiracy theory" keeps people from looking. Combine that with the sabotage of education and you develop over time a compliant population (that is why they hate home schoolers - they are outside the dumbing down of the sheeple). Discussion: Most of the Third World can actually be eliminated very quickly through the introduction of ethnic specific bio-toxins (disease developed and aimed at specific racial population groups - the technology, don't kid yourself, already exists). However, they cannot do the same with caucasians as they belong to the same genotype and a race specific release into that population group would affect them as well. So, the elimination of healthful food and beneficial alternatives to their toxic pharmaceuticals is needed to soften us up for other kill-off approaches. Over and over again the blueprint, which the controlled press will not cover, has been published in the open. Agenda 21 is the one most people are familiar with and the Codex Alimentarius is just an implementation tactic to prepare for the controlled release of bio-weapons to reduce OUR population. The end game being to reduce world population down to about 15 percent of its current level with the survivors herded into enclaves (called cities) where they can be kept under tight 24/7 control (translation: Kill 80 to 90 percent of the planetary population - thus the need for the Seed Bank funded by the Gates Foundation - there are lots of threads to this which can be bundled together). Of course all Alphas not part of their group, meaning us, will be exterminated so that a pliable population of worker bees doing as their masters program via their Psychiatrists is established. Unfortunately the 24/7 PsyOp bombardent has taken its toll and most people are unaware and unable to see where this runaway freight is headed - and the abyss is rapidly approaching. We live in the terminal age. Either the darkness is now pushed back or it will, for a time, engulf us all. In the end their society would collapse, but the elites are too stupid and psychotic to understand that. If one were to deign to read this little ditty they would likely laugh as like all psychotics they have a sense of infallibility. It goes with their psychoses. However, the type of society they envision is inherently unstable and subject to long term degradation and ultimate collapse - if they don't get a slave revolt somewhere along the way. Preventing the last is one of their reasons for controlling, or attempting to control, all venues of communication. Even that won't work in the long run but the interim period would be one of literal HELL on earth - and that, if anything, is an understatement.
