Medical Tourism is HUGE biz in CR. Get your new tits, your face done, your fat sucked out and/or maybe a little more bumper...then relax (out of the sun but it's still all good I'm sure) by the beach at one of the resorts. Too bad it's COSTA RICA...goofy people just elected laURa chichilla (asscar arias' handpicked suckcessor) in as la primera presidenta. Talk about a railroad selection. Oh well, it's Latin ameriKa for crying out loud...these nations just climbed out of the jungles-hills about a century ago FAIAP.
It will become huge here too, IMO. It really amounts to a medical travel agency with coordination at the destination points. One drawback, you'd have to open shop in a major city.
I'm waiting for the turf wars to begin after they announce the "War on Vitamins".
