Medical Tourism is HUGE biz in CR.

Get your new tits, your face done, your fat sucked out and/or maybe a little more bumper...then relax (out of the sun but it's still all good I'm sure) by the beach at one of the resorts.

Too bad it's COSTA RICA...goofy people just elected laURa chichilla (asscar arias' handpicked suckcessor) in as la primera presidenta. Talk about a railroad selection.

Medical Tourism is HUGE biz in CR.

It will become huge here too, IMO. It really amounts to a medical travel agency with coordination at the destination points. One drawback, you'd have to open shop in a major city.
