US is considering storage of military equipment from Iraq in Israel after troops pull out at the end of next year. Some will likely be left in Iraq for its security and additional supplies will go to Afghanistan and possibly Jordan, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Israel might receive ammunition, vehicles and specially-designed rapid cannon -- C-RAM -- that can intercept small projectiles such as mortars. Separate from this the Pentagon earlier decided to store $800-million of military supplies, including missiles and armored vehicles, in Israel.

How about this... How about we keep all of that Chinese made ammunition for ourselves? After all, it was our tax dollars that pumped BILLIONS of dollars into the Chinese manufacturing sector. I am so fricking sick of this idiotic government betraying us at every damned turn.

I agree with you. Israel does not deserve another penny from us. All they have done since their nation's birth is demonstrate how little they deserve statehood.

Actually, I'd say we've been in the cradle of all human civilization as far back as we can find. Ancient Sumeria was between the Tigris and Euphrates, and is as far as we can tell, the first real civilization with a written language. Of course I'm sure there will be others discovered over time, but this is where all of it supposedly began, and thousands of years later we are acting no differently than we did thousands of years ago. Wars for things that other people have, at the behest of those who already have the most.
