Ohhh, I love the idea of lots of youtube clips of Census Takers replying to a few choice questions? Don't you?

Reward JerryDay by subscribing to his youtube channel then, pass this 4um link along to everyone on your list, specifically asking them to also pass it along... please. Let's run up some numbers while waking up some folks to a great way to deal with the feds when they come a knockin.'

Don't open the door but, if you must, have a tripod and video camera already running. Hell, practice how you will handle the whole scene. Or, just flip your digital camera to video and catch what you can. They are coming and they want your voluntary cooperation.

Don't volunteer, for God's sake. Ask a few questions of your own and catch them on video making fools of themselves. I Love It. You can use the video option of your digital camera as well. Hold it steady.

I will make a DVD for the project which contains this clip and the best clips of these folks at the front door. Oh, baby, this could wake up some folks

Already have my plans laid out.

The reason why they are collecting all that data, is that they sell it. Another reason why they are collecting GPS Data, is for your property. The reason why they're doing that, is because in the very near future, China will likely be collecting on that debt we owe, and are going to want deeds to that land.

A very good friend of my father (both are now deceased) that was a member of the 442nd REGIMENTAL COMBAT TEAM had to remove his Army uniform with 2 Purple Hearts and Bronze Star to visit his parents (Americans of Japanese ancestry) who were prisoners at an internment camp in Arkansas. They were identified by their voluntary giving the information to the census takers. Constitutionally, all we have to give them is the number of people residing at a given address. Give them any more information at your own peril!

See Give Me Liberty's #3. It may be that the penalties for answering questions incorrectly are much worse than refusing to answer any questions at all. That should tell you something about the stakes involved. We are seeing evidence of government's unstoppable growth with the new census process, so citizen resistance — perhaps considered a form of civil disobedience — is a given. Video recording of any interactions could be helpful in stirring up opposition to the changes, but one might want to consider heeding the rules of common courtesy.

I recommend listening to Jerry Day's list of unanswered questions. In the eyes of this citizen, the Census as practiced today is unconstitutional. It may also be driven out of fear of demographic changes. There must be a perceived need on government's part to try to understand the impact of open immigration.

Incorrect. Look at the various lawmaker summary sites for details. But since when have American laws had to be actually legal as in clearly constitutional? The empire needs this. And so it is.

I know you're doing tremendous work with your DVD project. I agree: most Americans think it's good citizenship to do whatever the nice Feds say when they come around. We need to show our fellow countrymen that it's wrong on American principle to think that way. Maybe your DVDs are doing more than most of the rest of us in that regard.

I think one of the confusions on the Census is that the Constitution mandates that one be taken every ten years.

The additional questions "Christmas Tree'd" onto the Census raise valid concerns. The Census has valid purposes, as do the questions, as regards American civil society. However, like any information collection the government ends up going overboard and there are valid concerns over some of what is asked.

Just remember that the poor sucker knocking on your door was hired to collect data and likely has very little real knowledge of what is done with it. Census Enumerators, as they are called, are temps hired just for the one and only purpose of collecting the data. Once that portion of the Census is done it is back to the unemployment line.

So, if it upsets you take it out on your Congresscritter not the poor sap just trying to pay the rent and buy some groceries.

TRIANGLE RESEARCH ... hehehehehehehe !!!

Prior to the Federal Reserve Act, no political dreamer was ever wild enough to think of breaking down the lines which separate the States, and of compounding the American People into one common mass of slaves. Yet, this is exactly what has happened under Social Security, by creating a revenue base for the collection of interest on a fictitious national debt owed to the Federal Reserve banks, in other words, slavery to the national debt under the so-called 14th Amendment.

14. What will be the effect upon me if I should choose to not answer any part or all of these questions?

Absolutely none. One of their people came to our house last time around and I told him how many people lived at that address and that is ALL I told him. He asked me if I wouldn't answer the rest of the questions and I told him I would not, that the census was for the purpose of determining the number of people and that was all. And he already had that. Never heard anything more about it.

There would seem to be no penalties whatsoever for refusing to answer any question they might have beyond telling them the number of people who live at that particular residence. That is all I told them and they never sent anyone else or anything in the mail and it has been about ten years I guess.

I don't know whether they are considered Agents or not but I do recall reading that it is an offense to lie on a Census Form. So, whatever you do don't sleep on one. Other than that last time around they sent me the long form, and so I filled out the short form portion and sent it back. When they sent someone to knock on my door I was very polite but voiced my objections to the snoopy questions and declined to answer. Eventually she gave up.

Here is my personal copy of the Constitution, please, show where your authority comes cause' all I find in the document is a head count every ten years.

The first census counted the following categories: Free White males of 16 years and upward (to assess the country’s industrial and military potential), free White males under 16 years, free White females, all other free persons (by sex and color), and slaves.

The only real problem anti-immigration types have with the non-whites already here is that they won't adopt Haitians.

They "refuse to assimilate." Their "culture is incompatible."

THAT is not our problem.
