Title: Radical Anti-tax Groups Growing Threat, Say Law Enforcement (Here comes the backlash)

Joseph Stack, the 53-year-old software engineer who crashed his small plane into a seven-story office building in Austin, Texas, was part of a growing, violent anti-tax and anti-government movement that has become increasingly alarming to law enforcement agencies.

Stack, who torched his home Thursday morning before setting out on his suicide flight, was fueled by his hatred of the Internal Revenue Service, which had offices and employed nearly 200 workers in the building.

In his wake he left a rambling and lengthy online manifesto in which he railed against big government, bank bailouts and the IRS and revealed his decades-long involvement in the anti-tax movement and the evolution of his beliefs.

Experts are pointing to the incident as further evidence of what they say is a proliferation of anti-government militia groups.

"There is a real rage out there, and this terrible attack may be a reflection of that," Mark Potok, the director of the Southern Poverty Law Center's Intelligence Project, said in a statement to FOXNews.com. The SPLC has been studying the resurgence in anti-government militias and groups, which it attributes to a perfect storm of economic, political and social factors.

"There's been an explosive growth of anti-government militias and so-called Patriot groups over the past year, and the central idea of many of them is that taxes are completely illegitimate," Potok said.

There was an immediate response to Stack's violent act on anti-government and anti-tax blogs, and on Facebook, where multiple fan pages attracted hundreds of followers within hours of the plane crash.

"Half of them are making this guy into a hero, that's scary stuff. The other half is saying that this guy's a victim," said J.J. MacNab, a Maryland-based insurance analyst who has testified before Congress on the anti-tax movement and is writing a book on the subject.

She said anti-tax, anti-government protesters did not condone Stack setting his house on fire, "but the tax protest movement is not condemning him."

Tax protesters have a history of violence against the IRS, MacNab said. But she said Stack's method of attack - a suicide mission - was unusual. The anti-tax protester's favorite weapon, she said, is a bomb.

"He is not your typical tax protester, but he got angry like the rest of them," MacNab told FOXNews.com. "He's had lots and lots of tax problems, spanning back to the mid-1980s."

According to the SPLC, there were five domestic terrorist plots against the IRS between 1995 and 2009; an IRS building in Austin was the target of a plot 15 years ago.

"In the 1990s, the combustible mix of rising antigovernment anger and the growth in militias was a recipe for disaster that ultimately resulted in the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building by Timothy McVeigh, who was motivated by antigovernment hatred," read a blog post on SPLC's Web site after Stack's attack.

Stack's manifesto offers insight into his personal journey as a tax protester - and into the large and growing movement that attracted him.

Passages of Stack's manifesto suggest that he was involved in a notorious home church scheme that was popular in the part of California where he lived before he moved to Texas, MacNab said.

Stack wrote that he was part of a group who held tax code readings and "zeroed in on a section relating to the wonderful 'exemptions' that make institutions like the vulgar, corrupt Catholic Church so incredibly wealthy."

He said they had "the best high-paid experienced tax lawyers in the business."

MacNab said Stack likely was referring to a notorious scheme run by lawyers William Drexler and Jerome Daly. It was based on the idea that citizens could establish themselves as a church and gain the same tax exemptions afforded to religious institutions.

The scheme didn't work, and Drexler and Daly were disbarred and imprisoned. If this was the operation Stack was referring to, it may have been a turning point in his life. He wrote:

"That little lesson in patriotism cost me $40,000+, 10 years of my life, and set my retirement plans back to 0. It made me realize for the first time that I live in a country with an ideology that is based on a total and complete lie."

This inspired him to take action, write to politicians and meet with likeminded anti-tax protesters. He wrote: "I spent countless hours on the L.A. freeways driving to meetings and any and all of the disorganized professional groups who were attempting to mount a campaign against this atrocity."

His anti-tax and anti-government beliefs may also have been fueled by Section 1706, an obscure and relatively unknown change in the tax code that focused on his industry and went into effect in 1986. Section 1706 essentially removed technical workers like software engineers from a safe haven classification of "self-employed consultant," making it easier for the IRS to challenge how Information Technology companies classified their employers.

An association of IT companies and industry professionals, now called TechServe Alliance, was created to protest the changes in tax law that it says singled out the industry.

"It made the whole business riskier for people using independent contractors because it favored the so-called employment business model," Mark Roberts, TechServe CEO, told FoxNews.com. "It created havoc on a number of folks."

Roberts was quick to condemned Stack's behavior as "an act of a very, very sick individual."

"I don't see a long-term lasting effect, just a troubled wayward person acting in response to a legitimate issue. But I don't think that actually impacts the issue," Roberts said.

Noting that Section 1706 was passed years ago, he added: "We still resent the fact that it singles out the industry, but folks have basically learned to adapt. It's kind of been awhile since this was a burning issue in the industry."

Interesting find and a valid speculation.

I would suspect the former rather than the latter simply because of past events.

The next question that comes to mind is was he under Psychiatric "care" of some kind? That seems to be a common element. Dylan and Cliebold, of Columbine fame, were both seeing the same government connected Pych.

Timothy McVeigh appears to have been "handled" by one as well.

New "and improved" taxes are mounting because of the corrupt spending practices by public officials that have no reason to slow down since the public is always ready to "ADAPT" ie., BEND OVER !!!

Prior to the Federal Reserve Act, no political dreamer was ever wild enough to think of breaking down the lines which separate the States, and of compounding the American People into one common mass of slaves. Yet, this is exactly what has happened under Social Security, by creating a revenue base for the collection of interest on a fictitious national debt owed to the Federal Reserve banks, in other words, slavery to the national debt under the so-called 14th Amendment.

I read it was taken down from his web site by the ISP at the request of the FBI.

It's always cute how the "I" in FBI stands for something that involves controlling public access to information. They've done this before.

If it were me, I'd have declined their request and left it up, of course. At least as long as the site was paid for.

Southern Poverty Law Center's Intelligence Project

SPLC and "Intelligence" are words that should never appear together in the same sentence.

Victim of Smear Campaign Gets Even With Morris Dees

By James P. Tucker Jr.

Morris Dees, who makes a lucrative career out of smearing many decent U.S. organizations, was visibly shaken at what he expected to be a "sweetheart" event when a pro-Southern group on his hit list challenged him on his lurid past, The Times Examiner of Greenville, S.C., reports.

Dees spoke at the University of South Carolina's "Carolina Productions Lecture Series," a student-run campus organization, on Feb. 27. An estimated 300 people, including more than 30 law enforcement personnel, attended. Some professors ordered students to attend; some gave extra credit for attending. Considering how embarrassing it proved for Dees, his faculty cheerleaders probably regret such pressure.

Dees labeled the League of the South as "racist" and "terrorist" in publications put out by his Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and public statements.

But the League is "racially neutral with members of different races," said Lexington attorney Larry Salley, a member of the board.

H.K. Edgetton of Black Mountain, a black man noted for supporting southern heritage, called Dees a "poverty pimp" during the question-and-answer period.

But it was Salley who had the most fun with Dees.

"Salley prepared and passed out a well-documented brochure that appeared to be the official program, featuring Dees's photograph and the statement 'With Justice for All' on the cover," The Times Examiner reported.

Inside, after the anticipated Dees-friendly words, the brochure transitioned into the harsh facts with footnotes citing the source of the material. Dees disciples, in blissful ignorance, helped hand out the brochures.

One of the 14 documented statements is from Harper's magazine:

"The cover story of Harper's magazine's November 2000 issue exposed the SPLC's alarmist fund-raising tactics with which it raises large sums that are not used to help those it purports to serve. The Southern Center for Human Rights' Stephen Bright charged that [Dees] is a fraud who has milked a lot of very wonderful, well-intentioned people. If it's got headlines, Morris is there."

Quoting from the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, CIV2114 (1979), the brochure says:

"Of all the damning indictments against Morris Dees, the worst comes from his closest connection. He was sued by his ex-wife, Maureene Bass Dees, who alleged that he had committed incest with his stepdaughter and future daughter-in-law."

"When Dees saw the program he was visibly shaken," the paper quotes Salley. "I stood up and asked him why 55 percent of the SPLC's income went into his pocket, and he tried to shout me down. Then other members of our group tried to ask him similar questions, and they shut down the question-and-answer period."

Carolina Productions "is taxpayer funded and in the past they have had groups such as transvestite exotic dancers," Salley said.

The following night Dees spoke at Western Carolina University where about 200 attendees received the same brochure.

Dees refused to comment on the well-deserved roasting he took.

I thought it was well written and anything but rambling. All they do is add fuel to the fire with the fight with activists.

Of course they know this and hate that, but they weighed the ploy and figured the value of keeping others from reading it was the important consideration.

He played a role, a minor one. No way that any anfo bomb did the damage that was done to the Murrah Building. A retired government agent, appearing on Nightline, disguised and with his voice altered, said that what did the damage to the Murrah Building was a "pineapple bomb" and that there were only about a dozen people in the US who could make, or build, one of those. And he didn't seem to think McVeigh was one of them (besides which they were planted on interior columns of the building).

Do you think that abandoning your child is the act of a good person?

Not your call pecker breath.

Being railroaded by the feral reserve extortion-enforcement system is no picnic for children of the railroaded, either.

The last friend I had that allowed himself to be taken into feral custody was bounced around from feral prison to feral prison, never got to see his family again (they couldn't even find him) and was essentially murdered in custody (they wouldn't treat a heart condition that arised from the abuse).

So, while not the perfect solution, this one was a good offering from a man that was already sentenced to death, in effect, by the feral reserve.

Too bad he didn't nail the State of the Union gathering...and I say this as a domestic terrorist that doesn't have a suicidal bone in his body.

"Capital must protect itself in every way, through combination and through legislation. Debts must be collected and loans and mortgages foreclosed as soon as possible. When through a process of law the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and more easily governed by the strong arm of the law, applied by the central power of wealth, under control of leading financiers. People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. This is well known among our principal men now engaged in forming an imperialism of capital to govern the world. By dividing the people we can get them to expand their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us except as teachers of the common herd. Thus by discreet action we can secure for ourselves what has been generally planned and successfully accomplished."

Jerome Daly: The Man Who Humbled the Federal Reserve
Mar 21, 2009 ... (NaturalNews) Jerome Daly is one of the few men to take on the might of the Federal Reserve in the courts and win. 40 years ago, a Minnesota a Minnesota bank attempted to foreclose on Daly`s mortgage but he humiliated them, thanks to his profound knowledge of Fractional Reserve Banking and a courageous, scrupulously honest judge. The judge delivered a dynamite decision that blasted the Federal Reserve and National Banks as unconstitutional and fraudulent. Understandably, the bankers have tried to bury this case and keep the controversial decree from public knowledge....

Less than 6 months later, in June, 1969, Justice Martin V. Mahoney died in a mysterious boating accident. Those close to him say his body was heavily poisoned.

Justice Mahoney`s decree still stands and has not been challenged or overturned to this very day.

We owe it to the memory of this brave man to get his audacious milestone judgment out into mainstream public awareness.

Some citizens, facing foreclosure, have quoted this case as a precedent but ended up losing their cases. Not every judge in America possesses the integrity and decency of Judge Mahoney. Isn`t it time to stamp out this fraud and corruption that is so endemic in the legal, business, and political institutions of our world today?.... ... ... http://www.counterthink.com/025687.html

Judge Mahoney, Jerome Daly, and the Credit River Decision [the truth will make you free] :

Mahoney was murdered 6 months after he entered the Credit River Decision on the books of the Court, why the case was never legally overturned, nor can it be." http://discharge-debt.com/id52.htm

"....SPECIAL NOTATION. Justice Mahoney denied the use of Federal Reserve Notes, since they represent debt instruments, not true money, from being used to pay for the appeal process itself. In order to get this overturned, since the bank's appeal without the payment being recognized was out of time, it would have required that the Bank of Montgomery, Minnesota bring a Title 42, Section 1983 action against the judicial act of Justice Mahoney for a violation of the Constitution of the United States under color of law or authority, and if successful, have the case remanded back to him to either retry the case or allow the appeal to go through. But the corrupt individuals behind the bank(s) were unable to ever elicit such a decision from any federal court due to the fact that because of their vile hatred for him and what he had done to them and their little Queen's Scheme, had him murdered (same as them murdering him) just about 6 months later. And so, the case stands, just as it was. Amazingly, if they hadn't been so arrogant about the value of their federal reserve notes and paid the Justice just 2 measly silver dollars, or else 4 measly half dollars, or else 8 measly quarters, or else 20 measly dimes, or else 40 measly nickels, or else 200 measly pennies, they could have had their appeal and would not have had to get blood on their hands.

As it is, they are now known for their bloody ways, and the day will come when the American people will reap vengeance upon them for such a heinous and villainous act. Amen." http://discharge-debt.com/id55.htm

I was not aware that Daly was involved in that as well. Churches are AUTOMATICALLY afforded tax exemption in this country, according to the IRS, and all Christians are automatically CHURCHES, ESTABLISHED by God, Himself, according to the Bible.

However, so that we don't offend them..." - Matthew 17:25-27 (ISV)...." http://whatistaxed.com/who_would_jesus_tax.htm

Christian Americans are the children of God living in the Kingdom of God, and they are not to be taxed.

If you go to the ADL archives, you will find in their EXTREMIST GROUPS 2008-2009, references to, among other things, such as militias and SOVEREIGN CITIZENS, Church groups who believe they are exempt from paying taxes and following Babylonian UCC Code/Regulations because they believe rightly, that they are NOT under Jewish CorpUSA's JURISDICTION. America was founded with a cross, and a charter to spread the gospel, because this is the land God ordained as fulfillment of Micah 4:1-2. This is a supreme threat to those who have succeeded in pulling the wool over the eyes of the sheeple for over 400 years, because until they accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, they are not the sheep of His [this] sheepfold, and the mandate was that they would not be heir with God's Son, but would be cast out.

This is what these heathens are afraid of: bible.cc/micah/4-13.htm

and I know, Mike, you do not believe a word of this.

Jerome Daly: The Man Who Humbled the Federal Reserve Mar 21, 2009 ...

Obviously failing that, the next best thing would be to send a warning shot across the uppity public's bow, as in bible.cc/isaiah/10-24.htm [ bible.cc/exodus/8-1.htm ].

Hi Boys & Girls,

See P.H.'s blurb on the subject matter of the 16th amendment and nexus to 14th amendment citizens below:

First observe Black's Law definition of "person" as the instant matter relates to most Americans. Then review Government finding on the subject matter of the16th Amendment.

Affiant believes that the 1040 IRC (subtitle 26) personal jurisdiction claim is exclusive to “persons” ergo 14th Amendment citizens as Citizens of a State and Natural Persons are not referenced.

Person. In general usage, a human being (i.e. natural person), though by statute term may include labor organizations, partnerships, associations, corporations, legal representatives, trustees, trustees in bankruptcy, or receivers. See e.g. National Labor Relations Act, § 2(1), 29 U.S.C.A. § 152; Uniform Partnership Act, § 2. Scope and delineation of term is necessary for deter-mining those to whom Fourteenth Amendment of Constitution affords protection since this Amendment ex¬pressly applies to "person." Aliens. Aliens are "persons" within meaning of Fourteenth Amendment and are thus protected by equal protection clause against discriminatory state action. Foley v. Connelie, D.C.N.Y., 419 F.Supp. 889, 891. Bankruptcy Code. "Person" includes individual, part-nership, and corporation, but not governmental unit. 11 U.S.C.A. § 101. Commercial law. An individual or organization. U.C.C. § 1-201(30).

Corporation. A corporation is a "person" within mean¬ing of Fourteenth Amendment equal protection and due process provisions of United States Constitution. Metro¬politan Life Ins. Co. v. Ward, Ala., 470 U.S. 869, 105 S.Ct. 1676, 1683, 84 L.Ed.2d 751. The term "persons" in statute relating to conspiracy to commit offense against United States, or to defraud United States, or any agen¬cy, includes corporation. Alamo Fence Co. of Houston v. U.S., C.A.Tex., 240 F.2d 179, 181. In corporate law, "person" includes individual and entity. Rev.Model Bus.Corp.Act, § 1.40. Foreign government. Foreign governments otherwise eligible to sue in U.S. courts are "persons" entitled to bring treble-damage suit for alleged antitrust violations under Clayton Act, Section 4. Pfizer, Inc. v. Govern¬II-lent of India, C.A.Minn., 550 F.2d 396.

Illegitimate child. Illegitimate children are "persons" within meaning of the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, Levy v. Louisiana, 391 U.S. 68, 88 S.Ct. 1509, 1511, 20 L.Ed.2d 436; and scope of wrong¬ful death statute, Jordan v. Delta Drilling Co., Wyo., 541 P.2d 39, 48. Labor unions. Labor unions are "persons" under the Sherman Act and the Clayton Act, Casey v. F.T.C., C.A.Wash., 578 F.2d 793, 797, and also under Bankrupt¬cy Code, Highway and City Freight Drivers, Dockmen and Helpers, Local Union No. 600 v. Gordon Transports, Inc., C.A.Mo., 576 F.2d 1285, 1287.

Minors. Minors are "persons" under the United States Constitution, possessed of rights that governments must respect. In re Scott K., 24 C.3d 395, 155 Cal.Rptr. 671, 674, 595 P.2d 105.

Municipalities. Municipalities and other government units are "persons" within meaning of 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983. Local government officials sued in their official capacities are "persons" for purposes of Section 1983 in those cases in which a local government would be suable in its own name. Monell v. N. Y. City Department of Social Services, 436 U.S. 658, 98 S.Ct. 2018, 2035, 56 L.Ed.2d 611. See Color of law.-Black’s Law 6th edition (1142)

Now let's review what glorious Fed Gov. has to say regarding the 16th ( http://www.gpoaccess.gov/constitution/html/amdt16.html):

Income Subject to Taxation

Building upon definitions formulated in cases construing the Corporation Tax Act of 1909,14 the Court initially described income as the ``gain derived from capital, from labor, or from both combined,'' inclusive of the ``profit gained through a sale or conversion of capital assets'';15 in the following array of factual situations it

[[Page 1955]] subsequently applied this definition to achieve results that have been productive of extended controversy.

14Stratton's Independence v. Howbert, 231 U.S. 399 (1913); Doyle v. Mitchell Bros. Co., 247 U.S. 179 (1918). 15Eisner v. Macomber, 252 U.S. 189 (1920); Bowers v. Kerbaugh- Empire Co., 271 U.S. 170 (1926).

Do natural human beings or Citizens of a State have "income as the ``gain derived from capital, from labor, or from both combined,'' inclusive of the ``profit gained through a sale or conversion of capital" when working with their own two hands and exchange their labor at an equal rate of enumeration? Absolutely not. No gain is possible if one's labor or fruit of his efforts (one's own property) is exchanged for an equal amount of cash. Ergo, no income, no income tax.

It is also important to note that if one uses a Social Security #, then the presumption is that one is operating with a "Corporate Legal Personality" and is "Subject to the Jurisdiction thereof". No number, no 1040 tax due.

Yours in Observing Citizens of a State & Natural Persons not Eligible for SS#s,

P.H.

In effect, it’s (The Holacaust Inc.) become like a grotesque doll wielded by witch doctors, used to keep individuals from asking too many questions, from thinking for themselves and stepping out of line.

#26. To: All, J Allen Stack Manifesto (#0)

"I saw it written once that the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over and expecting the outcome to suddenly be different. I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well."

If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt asking yourself, “Why did this have to happen?” The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time. The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn’t enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken. Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it. I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless… especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head. Exactly what is therapeutic about that I’m not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

We are all taught as children that without laws there would be no society, only anarchy. Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service, our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to lay our lives down for the noble principals represented by its founding fathers. Remember? One of these was “no taxation without representation”. I have spent the total years of my adulthood unlearning that crap from only a few years of my childhood. These days anyone who really stands up for that principal is promptly labeled a “crackpot”, traitor and worse.

While very few working people would say they haven’t had their fair share of taxes (as can I), in my lifetime I can say with a great degree of certainty that there has never been a politician cast a vote on any matter with the likes of me or my interests in mind. Nor, for that matter, are they the least bit interested in me or anything I have to say.

Why is it that a handful of thugs and plunderers can commit unthinkable atrocities (and in the case of the GM executives, for scores of years) and when it’s time for their gravy train to crash under the weight of their gluttony and overwhelming stupidity, the force of the full federal government has no difficulty coming to their aid within days if not hours? Yet at the same time, the joke we call the American medical system, including the drug and insurance companies, are murdering tens of thousands of people a year and stealing from the corpses and victims they cripple, and this country’s leaders don’t see this as important as bailing out a few of their vile, rich cronies. Yet, the political “representatives” (thieves, liars, and self-serving scumbags is far more accurate) have endless time to sit around for year after year and debate the state of the “terrible health care problem”. It’s clear they see no crisis as long as the dead people don’t get in the way of their corporate profits rolling in.

And justice? You’ve got to be kidding!

How can any rational individual explain that white elephant conundrum in the middle of our tax system and, indeed, our entire legal system? Here we have a system that is, by far, too complicated for the brightest of the master scholars to understand. Yet, it mercilessly “holds accountable” its victims, claiming that they’re responsible for fully complying with laws not even the experts understand. The law “requires” a signature on the bottom of a tax filing; yet no one can say truthfully that they understand what they are signing; if that’s not “duress” than what is. If this is not the measure of a totalitarian regime, nothing is.

How did I get here?

My introduction to the real American nightmare starts back in the early ‘80s. Unfortunately after more than 16 years of school, somewhere along the line I picked up the absurd, pompous notion that I could read and understand plain English. Some friends introduced me to a group of people who were having ‘tax code’ readings and discussions. In particular, zeroed in on a section relating to the wonderful “exemptions” that make institutions like the vulgar, corrupt Catholic Church so incredibly wealthy. We carefully studied the law (with the help of some of the “best”, high-paid, experienced tax lawyers in the business), and then began to do exactly what the “big boys” were doing (except that we weren’t steeling from our congregation or lying to the government about our massive profits in the name of God). We took a great deal of care to make it all visible, following all of the rules, exactly the way the law said it was to be done.

The intent of this exercise and our efforts was to bring about a much-needed re- evaluation of the laws that allow the monsters of organized religion to make such a mockery of people who earn an honest living. However, this is where I learned that there are two “interpretations” for every law; one for the very rich, and one for the rest of us… Oh, and the monsters are the very ones making and enforcing the laws; the inquisition is still alive and well today in this country.

That little lesson in patriotism cost me $40,000+, 10 years of my life, and set my retirement plans back to 0. It made me realize for the first time that I live in a country with an ideology that is based on a total and complete lie. It also made me realize, not only how naive I had been, but also the incredible stupidity of the American public; that they buy, hook, line, and sinker, the crap about their “freedom”… and that they continue to do so with eyes closed in the face of overwhelming evidence and all that keeps happening in front of them.

Before even having to make a shaky recovery from the sting of the first lesson on what justice really means in this country (around 1984 after making my way through engineering school and still another five years of “paying my dues”), I felt I finally had to take a chance of launching my dream of becoming an independent engineer.

On the subjects of engineers and dreams of independence, I should digress somewhat to say that I’m sure that I inherited the fascination for creative problem solving from my father. I realized this at a very young age.

The significance of independence, however, came much later during my early years of college; at the age of 18 or 19 when I was living on my own as student in an apartment in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. My neighbor was an elderly retired woman (80+ seemed ancient to me at that age) who was the widowed wife of a retired steel worker. Her husband had worked all his life in the steel mills of central Pennsylvania with promises from big business and the union that, for his 30 years of service, he would have a pension and medical care to look forward to in his retirement. Instead he was one of the thousands who got nothing because the incompetent mill management and corrupt union (not to mention the government) raided their pension funds and stole their retirement. All she had was social security to live on.

In retrospect, the situation was laughable because here I was living on peanut butter and bread (or Ritz crackers when I could afford to splurge) for months at a time. When I got to know this poor figure and heard her story I felt worse for her plight than for my own (I, after all, I thought I had everything to in front of me). I was genuinely appalled at one point, as we exchanged stories and commiserated with each other over our situations, when she in her grandmotherly fashion tried to convince me that I would be “healthier” eating cat food (like her) rather than trying to get all my substance from peanut butter and bread. I couldn’t quite go there, but the impression was made. I decided that I didn’t trust big business to take care of me, and that I would take responsibility for my own future and myself.

Return to the early ‘80s, and here I was off to a terrifying start as a ‘wet- behind-the-ears’ contract software engineer… and two years later, thanks to the fine backroom, midnight effort by the sleazy executives of Arthur Andersen (the very same folks who later brought us Enron and other such calamities) and an equally sleazy New York Senator (Patrick Moynihan), we saw the passage of 1986 tax reform act with its section 1706.

For you who are unfamiliar, here is the core text of the IRS Section 1706, defining the treatment of workers (such as contract engineers) for tax purposes. Visit this link for a conference committee report ( http://www.synergistech.com/1706.shtml#ConferenceCommitteeReport ) regarding the intended interpretation of Section 1706 and the relevant parts of Section 530, as amended. For information on how these laws affect technical services workers and their clients, read our discussion here ( http://www.synergistech.com/ic-taxlaw.shtml ).

SEC. 1706. TREATMENT OF CERTAIN TECHNICAL PERSONNEL.

(a) IN GENERAL - Section 530 of the Revenue Act of 1978 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection:

(d) EXCEPTION. - This section shall not apply in the case of an individual who pursuant to an arrangement between the taxpayer and another person, provides services for such other person as an engineer, designer, drafter, computer programmer, systems analyst, or other similarly skilled worker engaged in a similar line of work.

(b) EFFECTIVE DATE. - The amendment made by this section shall apply to remuneration paid and services rendered after December 31, 1986.

Note:

· “another person” is the client in the traditional job-shop relationship.

· “taxpayer” is the recruiter, broker, agency, or job shop.

· “individual”, “employee”, or “worker” is you.

Admittedly, you need to read the treatment to understand what it is saying but it’s not very complicated. The bottom line is that they may as well have put my name right in the text of section (d). Moreover, they could only have been more blunt if they would have came out and directly declared me a criminal and non- citizen slave. Twenty years later, I still can’t believe my eyes.

During 1987, I spent close to $5000 of my ‘pocket change’, and at least 1000 hours of my time writing, printing, and mailing to any senator, congressman, governor, or slug that might listen; none did, and they universally treated me as if I was wasting their time. I spent countless hours on the L.A. freeways driving to meetings and any and all of the disorganized professional groups who were attempting to mount a campaign against this atrocity. This, only to discover that our efforts were being easily derailed by a few moles from the brokers who were just beginning to enjoy the windfall from the new declaration of their “freedom”. Oh, and don’t forget, for all of the time I was spending on this, I was loosing income that I couldn’t bill clients.

After months of struggling it had clearly gotten to be a futile exercise. The best we could get for all of our trouble is a pronouncement from an IRS mouthpiece that they weren’t going to enforce that provision (read harass engineers and scientists). This immediately proved to be a lie, and the mere existence of the regulation began to have its impact on my bottom line; this, of course, was the intended effect.

Again, rewind my retirement plans back to 0 and shift them into idle. If I had any sense, I clearly should have left abandoned engineering and never looked back.

Instead I got busy working 100-hour workweeks. Then came the L.A. depression of the early 1990s. Our leaders decided that they didn’t need the all of those extra Air Force bases they had in Southern California, so they were closed; just like that. The result was economic devastation in the region that rivaled the widely publicized Texas S&L fiasco. However, because the government caused it, no one gave a [expletive] about all of the young families who lost their homes or street after street of boarded up houses abandoned to the wealthy loan companies who received government funds to “shore up” their windfall. Again, I lost my retirement.

Years later, after weathering a divorce and the constant struggle trying to build some momentum with my business, I find myself once again beginning to finally pick up some speed. Then came the .COM bust and the 911 nightmare. Our leaders decided that all aircraft were grounded for what seemed like an eternity; and long after that, ‘special’ facilities like San Francisco were on security alert for months. This made access to my customers prohibitively expensive. Ironically, after what they had done the Government came to the aid of the airlines with billions of our tax dollars … as usual they left me to rot and die while they bailed out their rich, incompetent cronies WITH MY MONEY! After these events, there went my business but not quite yet all of my retirement and savings.

By this time, I’m thinking that it might be good for a change. Bye to California, I’ll try Austin for a while. So I moved, only to find out that this is a place with a highly inflated sense of self-importance and where damn little real engineering work is done. I’ve never experienced such a hard time finding work. The rates are 1/3 of what I was earning before the crash, because pay rates here are fixed by the three or four large companies in the area who are in collusion to drive down prices and wages… and this happens because the justice department is all on the take and doesn’t give a [expletive] about serving anyone or anything but themselves and their rich buddies.

To survive, I was forced to cannibalize my savings and retirement, the last of which was a small IRA. This came in a year with mammoth expenses and not a single dollar of income. I filed no return that year thinking that because I didn’t have any income there was no need. The sleazy government decided that they disagreed. But they didn’t notify me in time for me to launch a legal objection so when I attempted to get a protest filed with the court I was told I was no longer entitled to due process because the time to file ran out. Bend over for another $10,000 helping of justice.

So now we come to the present. After my experience with the CPA world, following the business crash I swore that I’d never enter another accountant’s office again. But here I am with a new marriage and a boatload of undocumented income, not to mention an expensive new business asset, a piano, which I had no idea how to handle. After considerable thought I decided that it would be irresponsible NOT to get professional help; a very big mistake.

When we received the forms back I was very optimistic that they were in order. I had taken all of the years information to Bill Ross, and he came back with results very similar to what I was expecting. Except that he had neglected to include the contents of Sheryl’s unreported income; $12,700 worth of it. To make matters worse, Ross knew all along this was missing and I didn’t have a clue until he pointed it out in the middle of the audit. By that time it had become brutally evident that he was representing himself and not me.

This left me stuck in the middle of this disaster trying to defend transactions that have no relationship to anything tax-related (at least the tax-related transactions were poorly documented). Things I never knew anything about and things my wife had no clue would ever matter to anyone. The end result is… well, just look around.

I remember reading about the stock market crash before the “great” depression and how there were wealthy bankers and businessmen jumping out of windows when they realized they screwed up and lost everything. Isn’t it ironic how far we’ve come in 60 years in this country that they now know how to fix that little economic problem; they just steal from the middle class (who doesn’t have any say in it, elections are a joke) to cover their asses and it’s “business-as-usual”. Now when the wealthy [expletive] up, the poor get to die for the mistakes… isn’t that a clever, tidy solution.

As government agencies go, the FAA is often justifiably referred to as a tombstone agency, though they are hardly alone. The recent presidential puppet GW Bush and his cronies in their eight years certainly reinforced for all of us that this criticism rings equally true for all of the government. Nothing changes unless there is a body count (unless it is in the interest of the wealthy sows at the government trough). In a government full of hypocrites from top to bottom, life is as cheap as their lies and their self-serving laws.

I know I’m hardly the first one to decide I have had all I can stand. It has always been a myth that people have stopped dying for their freedom in this country, and it isn’t limited to the blacks, and poor immigrants. I know there have been countless before me and there are sure to be as many after. But I also know that by not adding my body to the count, I insure nothing will change. I choose to not keep looking over my shoulder at “big brother” while he strips my carcass, I choose not to ignore what is going on all around me, I choose not to pretend that business as usual won’t continue; I have just had enough.

I can only hope that the numbers quickly get too big to be white washed and ignored that the American zombies wake up and revolt; it will take nothing less. I would only hope that by striking a nerve that stimulates the inevitable double standard, knee-jerk government reaction that results in more stupid draconian restrictions people wake up and begin to see the pompous political thugs and their mindless minions for what they are. Sadly, though I spent my entire life trying to believe it wasn’t so, but violence not only is the answer, it is the only answer. The cruel joke is that the really big chunks of [expletive] at the top have known this all along and have been laughing, at and using this awareness against, fools like me all along.

I saw it written once that the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over and expecting the outcome to suddenly be different. I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well.

The communist creed: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

Justice Mahoney`s decree still stands and has not been challenged or overturned to this very day.

Justice Mahoney's ruling in that case was one of the best I ever read. But I believe that if the bank had wanted to appeal his ruling they would have had to pay for the appeal in actual money (gold and silver coins) and it could not have been appealed with any number of nickels or pennies.

Being railroaded by the feral reserve extortion-enforcement system is no picnic for children of the railroaded, either.

Having a weak loser of a father who wants to chicken out on life only makes it worse I suppose.

SPECIAL NOTATION....And so, the case stands, just as it was.

Interesting point! I don't know the answer to that...had not heard of that one or thought about it in that way.

Judge Mahoney was a real stickler for the Constitution and its actual wording. He would not have allowed any subway tokens, slugs, or copper blanks to be used in place of money.

Judge Mahoney sounded like a wonderful man. I am not sure if any of those articles I linked told how this was the first jury trial he had handled, how he had to spend two hours shoveling out his car, and then helped get the woodstove going in the general store [I think] where the trial was held. His immortal words when he heard the banks created money out of thin air: "It sounds like FRAUD to me," as the jury nodded.

May he rest in peace.

I don't remember now if it was Judge Mahoney or the associate justice in the case who said that if licensed lawyers were to buck the banking system that they would have the life expectancy of a toad under a harrow or a grasshopper in a chicken coop. But I thought it was good "wordsmithing."

I saw that the other day right after reading the following [might as well put them together on this relevant thread]:

Laws Governing People Exist In An Imaginary Reality

Posted in Draconian Laws, Legal System, World Rulers, absolute power, extortion by whitewraithe on January 26, 2010

It’ a Fiction!

The world's rulers only have the power that we gave them!

(Editor’s Note: I don’t pretend to understand this information but many people I respect have been saying similar things. I welcome additional explanations from informed readers.)

What if I told you, you did not live in a country, nor do you have a true name, a true birth date and you did not have to file taxes or follow any laws? As many of you scoff, stop for a moment and examine these facts.

If you look at the definitions of your Country/State/Province/City etc. you will find in the Constitution or the Interpretations Act that they are not legally defined as being on the earth. Canada, for example,is defined as the land under the water according to the Interpretations Act section 35(1), “Canada”, for greater certainty, includes the internal waters of Canada and the territorial sea of Canada;

http://www.solon.org/Constitutio...atutes/I-21-RSC-1985.html

Nowhere in any act will you find any mention of the earth. To further this, Canada is a Corporation registered on the Security Exchange Commission in Washington D.C. Here is the link:

http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/brows...ny&CIK=0000230098&owner=i nclude&count=40#Canada

Simply put, we live on a planet we call earth and not in Countries. In fact Countries are not land under the real system of law, they are imaginary Seas, upon which Admiralty Law applies and the NAMES you use are imaginary ships floating on the Sea, where Piracy reigns as the system of Commerce, between your and all the other imaginary ships.

But because you are not imaginary, they have to give you a play piece in the game. This is called a PERSON and its attributes are a NAME and BIRTH DATE. The Game is rigged from the start. The pirates simply set up laws and wait for you to break one so that they can plunder your wealth and freedom.

A name is an imaginary thing you are given, typically when you were born. However, a name is simply hearsay; you do not know what your true name is, no one does. [ bible.cc/revelation/2-17.htm ???] The other attribute of a person, a Birth Date, is hearsay because no one can say when exactly the Universe was created and making use of an event such as Jesus’ Death, hence A.D., is only hearsay. Further Jesus was Crucified and died in the spring during Passover so the Calendar should actually start its new year in the spring.

What they have done is to overlay an imaginary world over the earth and make you believe that it is real, when in fact it is simply fiction. So if you do not exist in their imaginary world, how is it that you must follow their laws and pay taxes? You are not responsible for paying taxes and following their laws, and their laws even say so! Again using Canada for example:

The BNA Act Section 2 dealt with the Succession of the Queen heirs ruling over Canada. It was removed from the Act in 1897. When Queen Victoria died in 1901, all executive power seized in Canada as per Section 9 states all executive power is vested in the Queen. It is reported that two days after the Queen died the Bankers in The City of London, claimed salvage rights on the ship adrift at sea called Canada.

The UK Parliament did nothing to stop them. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms section 32 states that the application of the Charter only applies to Government and Section 52 of the Constitutional Act 1982, states that all laws in Canada must be compared against the Charter or they have no force or effect. Thus all laws in Canada only apply to the Government, I am paraphrasing this for brevity, look it up! This is because the Bankers own Canada and the Queen has nothing to do with Canada as there was no succession of power put into the Constitution.

http://www.solon.org/Constitutio...nada/English/ca_1982.html

This is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of Canada. For the USA, the Constitution there starts off with, “We the People…” Pick up any law dictionary and see if it defines people as human beings, persons or men and women created by God. It doesn’t. It is so ambiguous it is ridiculous.

All laws only apply to PERSONS. If you open the King James Bible and look in Genesis Chapter 1, you will see very clearly that God did not create us as persons. None of the US State Constitutions define any State as being on the earth and neither does the USA Constitution describe the USA being on the earth. It is all imaginary.

Now for those of you who still think that law applies to you , take a look at the address of the court house and the documents that come from the court house.

You will notice that especially in Canada that they change the province name to a two letter abbreviation and in all cases they leave Canada off the address.

Look up the Address for the Supreme Court of Canada; they left Canada out of the address.

www.scc-csc.gc.ca/contact/index-eng.asp [ www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/brows...ny&CIK=0000230098&owner=i ]

This is because the Courts are the Bankers Courts and not the People’s courts. The laws have no executive power behind them from the people. Executive power means the ability to enforce and make law. So yes, since Queen Victoria died, all laws made since in Canada have no executive power or state authority behind them.

So you want out? Well read my book, The Extortion System of the Ruling Elite

There is a solution.

Robert Hay () graduated in Telecommunication Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton. From there, he dedicated 5 years of his life to learning the spiritual healing arts and discovered a completely different take on life. He became quite concerned over massive injustices and began to fight back over paying taxes. He discovered that all laws reside within a fiction. After spending a few years gathering information and successfully preventing the Tax Man from taking him to court over unpaid taxes, he wrote a book called, The Extortion System of the Ruling Elite. It is a free download off his website.

Read the case here:

In the transcript of the Oral Argument:

He (Chief Justice Rhenquist) and the United States attorney (Kent Jones) admit there is NO statute (LAW) that makes it a crime for "failure to file" an income tax return!

QUOTE: "I'm not familiar with a statute that makes that a crime by itself" ..."but the fact that you didn't file...frankly...it's my impression that that would not by itself be a crime".

..then it says on pg. 6 lines 20-25 of the transcript, Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court William Rhenquist said:

"We'd better not let the word get out"..."We'll keep it just among ourselves"... and they have the nerve to laugh about it! The attorney then defers all Title 18 (??) questions to Justice Kennedy........"

Ergo, no income, no income tax.

here's another one to look up:

[FEDERAL RESERVE] NOTES OF DEBT ARE NOT INCOME.

I have been telling this to anyone who will listen for something like 25 years now. When you write letters to the editor explaining this scam it sure gets the CPA's panties all twisted up, at least it did one that I used to know.

Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end.

note to self:

Revelation 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

"...we shall reign on the earth-This is a new feature added to Re 1:6. Aleph, Vulgate, and Coptic read, "They shall reign." A and B read, "They reign." Alford takes this reading and explains it of the Church EVEN NOW, in Christ her Head, reigning on the earth: "all things are being put under her feet, as under His; her kingly office and rank are asserted, even in the midst of persecution....."

"Greyhound therapy."

"Diesel Therapy" or Dieseling is what I have heard it called.

Further evidence that Fox is just another SPLC/ADL/B'ani B'rith front.

Murdoch is no champion of liberty. Compare to Ted Turner, who got edged out of CNN's leadership:

Hotair distorts what he's saying to mean the entire process of fighting against terrorism against Americans.
