Beyond maddening here.

Whoever, if anyone, was prepping her for these appearances should be shot.

It's very frustrating and a clear warning to "grass roots" folk everywhere they need to be prepared to have an answer to this question for the Glen Beck's of the world. Say what you want about Jesse Ventura, but he would have given Beck a good dressing down if he had used the Medina tactics and questioning. Also remember Beck steamrolled Paul then warmed up to him and in the process changed his tune to sound more libertarian. I can easily see how the next person, unfortunately Medina, allowed their guard to be down and got ambushed. I said it then that Beck's ambush would likely work and she would spend the rest of her campaign defending her statement and then having to go back and re-define it over and over again. She did all that and finally stuck her foot in her mouth. And if none of that had worked, the final nail in her coffin was delivered the second the plane hit the IRS building in Austin. The media has had a field day with the anti-tax and limited government movement with this and they don't have to say Medina's name in order for that broad brush to paint her with it.

It's really unfortunate because Texas will be shackled with the slime bag Perry or the war criminal Hutchinson. As painful as her words were regarding 9/11, I would still support her and I would encourage others in Texas to let the emotion of the situation die down for a day or two before withdrawing support through votes and/or dollars. Flame away and make whatever opinions you want out of that, but that's my position on the matter and I'm not likley moving from it.

Jones is really letting Medina have it here during the last 10 minutes of his show.

Very entertaining to listen to this, although it didn't have to be this way, Debra.

A. noone is a lady and agree or disagree your language brands you as anything but a gentleman.

B. You are out of order and over the top.

Agreement and disagreement do not have to be expressed in tasteless displays of vulgarity. Sometimes it is handy for getting people's attention but then it is a device rather than a childish temper tantrum.

I suppose you would like to assert your own perfection, but for some reason you would seem to fall short. How shocking.

Agree.

Who knows if she's seen any of Ventura's Conspiracy tv shows, or seen any of the videos that many of us have seen?

She surely could have turned the table on her tormentors by asking if they weren't for finding out the truth about any situation or problem in our country, and let it go at that.

She could have capitalized on the massive distrust of career politicians and .gov in general much more than she did (which is the reason she had gathered so much support and attention).

Prior to the Federal Reserve Act, no political dreamer was ever wild enough to think of breaking down the lines which separate the States, and of compounding the American People into one common mass of slaves. Yet, this is exactly what has happened under Social Security, by creating a revenue base for the collection of interest on a fictitious national debt owed to the Federal Reserve banks, in other words, slavery to the national debt under the so-called 14th Amendment.

But Medina's detractors -- as well as several independent analysts -- say she may have self-destructed in a Feb. 11 interview with conservative commentator Glenn Beck by not immediately disavowing a theory that the U.S. government may have played a role in the 9-11 terrorist attacks.

The former Wharton County Republican chairwoman quickly sought to repair the damage, saying there was no doubt that Muslim terrorists flew the hijacked planes on 9-11. Medina now says she believes the incident may have strengthened her candidacy by galvanizing supporters, positioning her for a strong showing against her two Republican rivals.

If she believes that is true, she is riding the Titanic.

A. I doubt she believes it. Her campaign is now dead, over, washed up, through. It may be that she was intimidated into compliance, bought into compliance, or was stupid enough to believe what her new team of Intel Operators was telling her she believed.

B. This is more PsyOps i.e., the main thrust of the media comment is to reinforce that it is not allowed to question the 911 Scriptures and that regardless of how many contradictions appear one is required to believe as a condition of Public Office - or be eviscerated in public by the controlled mediawhores.

I still hold out hope for local and state offices and I cling to any glimmer of hope with the national ones.

I would hope she's learned her lesson though it is too late for her. I think she has been given some bad advise and talking points. Take a step back for a moment. Most people want a decent paying job, spend time with their family, live in peace and get the government off their back. We're a mobile society and for better or worse, people don't take or don't have the time to really question and research events. Take Medina's first comments on Beck and those sound a bit extreme. Now combine that with her recent remarks and she's gone to the other extreme. She was probably told she had alienated a lot of people with her first response and on recent comments she's managed to alienate the other spectrum. There are any number of ways she should have handled this from the first event, but jumping from one pole to the other has given Perry, Hutchinson and their acolytes nothing but continuous canon fodder to not only ruin her shot but damage the limited government and taxation cause as well. Most people are going to see a flip flop on such a hot button issue and then move on to decide between Perry or Hutchinson.

I don't understand the disconnect with Alex here. Ron Paul has denied a lot of Truther claims on 9/11 and Jones gives him a pass. Has Alex ever sat down with Ron Paul to address specific 9/11 questions? I don't think he has. So I don't understand the pass with Paul and continuing to press Medina on it. Alex could have just let it be and hammer away on limited government and taxation in an effort to revitalize her campaign.

Medina may have been good for the citizens of Texas.

First commandment of the New judeo Century: Thou shalt not allow anything that benefits the citizens.

The tribe's excuse for attacking Medina was because she ran afoul of the tribe's official 911 cover story.

She tried to backtrack and climb into bed with the tribe.

Then the tribe finished her off. End of story.

Texas and America lose again. Better luck next time!

Ron Paul didn't flipflop nor did he say that those who hold truther beliefs are despicable. Ron Paul did say though, IIRC, that 9/11 truthers sure weren't helping him. AJ said several times that it wasn't Medina's own 911 position that troubled him, it was that she flipflopped and, in the process, threw all those who have questions that supported her, under the bus.

One must have the capacity to believe in many impossible things to believe the establishment's insane conspiracy theory about 9/11.

It comes down to a variety of factors.

1. People who believe things to be true which are in fact false. Someone operating off of false information will draw false conclusions. Almost daily I recognize another angle to the Psychiatrically planned information and perception management memes in place. To a greater or lesser degree this includes anyone who regularly reads or watches a major media outlet. The major media at this point (ABCNNBCBSFOX) AND the large Newspapers and Magazines e.g., Slime, Snoozeweek, US NEWS AND WORLD DISTORTS, the New York Slimes, COSMOPOLITAN, Lady's Home Urinal, US, THEM, PIMPLE, etc., .... They are outlets all owned and controlled by a very small group of megamedia control companies which in turn are owned, indirectly, by the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, and vassals to the Rothschilds and Rockefellers. There are other players, but those two are the biggest and the top is all basically allied in their desire to establish a totalitarian system with themselves in charge.

2. When presented with contradictory data people are unwilling or unable to sort through the information and draw a sound conclusion. The Skool Systum not only no longer teaches reading properly, but history, and as important as reading - logic and sound reasoning.

3. And some are simply moral cowards who are afraid that the people running the World Crime Operation will make things uncomfortable for them or simply too afraid or too stupid to look

Tsk, tsk. Such a temper. Do you feel like you are changing opinions by being vulgar and tasteless?

You are of course. You leave people with a definite impression of yourself. So, any intelligent analysis you might offer is buried under the tasteless language and personal epithets.

However, I do believe in freedom of speech so if you wish to be crass, tasteless, boorish, assinine, graceless, and coarse please feel free.

As for bozo I don't use it - ever. It is kind of like Menckens comment - "why do people go to zoos?"

I still have to wonder if she was forced to recant? Probably will never find out but the people who want to keep 911, and people's perceptions, under control are probably very worried at this point. I suspect there are some tight feeling collars in some quarters. So, the enforcement of the Official Fairy Tale among the political class becomes paramount.

How the hell does that sound to you, my fellow Truth-seekers?

It is absolutely amazing to me how people are so quick to throw someone under the bus.

Do you really think that Debra thinks that "truthers" are despicable? Especially after all she's said about it recently?

I will freely admit that she screwed up on this one. I told Penny, her Campaign Manager, that she has to come out with a sincere, 'from the heart' statement and apology. Debra got caught up in the "politics" of it all and agreed to something that she doesn't feel.

You guys have no idea of the pressure that she's constantly under... no idea!

It seems to me that people expect her to be perfect and say all the right things and make all the right decisions so that they can feel better about themselves.

I appreciate all of you out there who have enough discernment and thinking- skills to see this as it is.

It'll be interesting to see what Debra does.

I'll be working towards getting her elected Governor of Texas just like I was yesterday.
