Not to me either. Look at how steep the roof is, which indicates higher elevation than Tahoe (better to keep snow from causing a cave in collapse). The rocks are all wrong too. Not to mention the beetle killed trees in the stand are more likely to mean that is in a forest farther north than there.
There are many Swiss chalet style houses up there with the same sort of roof. The most popular structure on and around the Lake is a basic A Frame with roofs as steep as this little stone structure.
