James D. Manning is a preacher of African-American extraction. The "Honorable" and the "Ph.D." appear to be his own invention. He is a mouthy critic of Obama -- possibly jealous that another black man is more influential than he is.

I don't quite get his angle. He seems to be saying that Obama is being backed somehow by the Arabs/Mulims. With Israel playing him like a fiddle, it doesn't make any sense. The white folk need to rise up with frustration and take out the media? He seemed to be looking for volunteers.
