An oldie, but a goodie. I think Medina probably got a few more percentage points than was counted for her, but in reality, Bilderberg Rick was NEVER in danger of having to go through an honest election here.

Particularly WITHIN a GOPer primary, there is STRICTLY an ILLUSION of CHOICE. The most amazing development of recent years to me is that GOPers have apparently temporarily LOST the capability of rigging elections on a national scale. But in their own primary, there is no doubt these folks are handpicked (poor choice of words — I should say "computer-rigged"; no hand counts involved anymore).

Tea Party activists coming up short in Texas Legislature races

To me, this is more prima facie evidence that the game is rigged in the GOPer primary, although there was one incumbent, Tommy Merritt of Longview, in this part of the state who lost to a Tea Party challenger. Merritt, like Perry, spent a great deal of his career as a Dem first. The difference is that he failed to become as right-wing in his politics as Perry has.
