Title: The Democrat Party is beyond corrupt, it's also evil.

The Democrat Party is beyond corrupt, [i]t's also evil.

And what is this evil that triumphs when good men do nothing? What are we really talking about here and is it worth fighting for? Is it worth turning our heads and allowing evil to continue on while we do nothing? (and I count voting for a third party candidate when knowing that he has absolutely no chance of defeating the Democrat, and worse, actually planning and hoping to knock out the Republican candidate who otherwise might have defeated the Democrat, as doing nothing).

Corruption is accepting campaign cash from the Chinese in exchange for military hardware. Corruption is accepting campaign cash as bribes from Indonesian power brokers, from Buddhist Monks, from corrupt corporate moguls. Corruption is defined by the myriad criminal acts and practices of the Clintons and the Gores and their corrupt Democrat minions.

Corruption is the land grabs, the power grabs, the gun grabs, the bribery, the shady deals, the high crimes and treason. Corruption is the theft of campaign dollars through forced labor union deductions. Corruption is the systematic indoctrination of several generations of our youth with socialist dogma via government school systems. Corruption is the removal of God from public life and substituting in the evil homosexual/feminist agenda and the destruction of moral society. Corruption is lying to the public about global warming and the selling of the Kyoto treaty. Corruption is giving up our national sovereignty to the United Nations. Corruption is the abuses of office, obstruction of justice, lying, perjury and subornation of perjury. Poster Comment:

"Bush Bashing" seems to be the daily sport of choice here on 4um and it too often takes the form of published lies, slurs and exaggerations. This current FreeRepublic repost by Jim Robinson is intended as a partial antidote reminding us that the Democrat alternative may be worse, although I do not share JimRob's "evil-Democrat" vehemence. He's right on the facts. I resigned FR a year and a half ago because JimRob would not allow exploration there of voting for a Democrat as way to straighten out the Republican Party and set the nation back on a path toward small-government conservatism. The two-party system is now, however, utterly beyond hope IMO ...

IMHO the country was in better shape after 8 years of Clinton than it is now after 5 years of Bush.

I might add that the problems that we are now facing, i.e., the war, the upcoming consumer debt crises, the loss of liberty due to the patriot act, the destruction of our emergency management forces, the outsourcing of jobs, etc. All seem to be a direct result of Bush's policies.

Your Freeper chant of "Democrats are doing unspecified evil things to the country" rings a little hollow in these circumstances.

Personally, I would trade the world of 1998 for the current day in a second.

If you really want to shill for Bush by using vague, non-specific smears, why don't you publish a screed saying that Hillary Clinton caused hurricane Katrina with her HAARP ray?

You could fool some of the goobers with this and it least it would be funny.

The NRO style unsupported ramblings you published above are just tedious.

You might check into why the silent majority of this country don't like Bush. The 65% of the country that has now turned their backs on Bush, a good portion of this being the educated and well informed portion of the population, might just have a point.

Remember, Rush and Hannity don't have your best interests at heart when they are filling your head up with their garbage. They work for Bush and his corporate elite buddies. Things go best for this group when they can get goobers like you to buy into their bullshit.

The last thing that your information sources want is for you to get the whole story - you wouldn't shill for them if you had this.

Corruption is the systematic indoctrination of several generations of our youth with socialist dogma via government school systems.

Here I assume you're speaking of the propaganda put out by Fox News, Hannity, Rush, Newsmax, the Washington Times, the Clear Channel Radio network and the rest of Ailes' sleazy tabloid publications.

I think Phaedrus and his buddies are a little uncomfortable with the Brown matter. Bush appoints his incompetent friend to head his new disaster recovery program, they guy is unfit for the job and thousands die as a result. Bush must them fire the guy (admit to a mistake) in full view of the nation.

I don't think Phaedrus and his pals want us discussing this. I think they would prefer to have us arguing about Clinton right now.

What you have is a shill with an agenda. The agenda is to keep rational discussion of Bush off the board during this tough period. Notice how Phaedrus dodges all the rational responses to his position? Notice how every effort past the original post is directed towards inciting childish bickering? Read through the posts above and count how many factual and/or rational responses have been made to the original article. Now count how many factual replies Phaedrus has made - precisely zero.

If people are aguing about Clinton they are not discussing stuff that is extremely harmful to Bush.

Go over to POAC and take a look at this morning's Republican Talking points. Poac gets them. All discussion of Brown is to be discouraged.

Good point and I agree it's a possibility he's here to squelch discussion..

However, his actions may have a more strategic value.

I've seen a tactic like this before. Consider:

You get some flaming douchebag (No offense, Phaedrus) to come on and post something inciteful.. and to be reasonably polite. He does this over and over, trolling.

Now, before long the heterosexuals become upset over the repeat trolling and scold him.. All is well, right? Well here's the good part.

Then the polesmoking troll's friends (No offense, Phaedrus) start Pm'ing and decrying the lack of "civility" the "personal attacks" etc, etc, etc..

Bush's favorability rating is now lower than Nixon's during Watergate.

Many here once posted on FreeRepublic.

Then we watched JR ban anyone who brought up a 3rd party around the 2000 election.

Then we watched him ban anyone who spoke out against what is passing for "free trade".

Then we watched him ban anyone who spoke out against this administration's open border policies.

(BTW, JR and his brother have a business in Mexico. They complained once about not being able to get enough labor because by their own explanation, all the Mexicans had gone north - a link was posted on LP).

Many of us left FR for LP. When Neil left, Goldi began banning people she disagreed with and allowing disruptive posters stay who agreed with her. There are/were many examples of how unevenly she moderated.

This is a more open forum. A great many ideas are allowed and explored here. This makes some people uncomfortable.

It shouldn't, it has always been the right of every American to speak his or her mind about politics and the govt. "Bashing" the current administration has been going on FOR 200 YEARS and counting.

The "bashing" here is the result of analysis of the facts and current events. Except for Katrina, MSM and Congress are not doing this, so it is left to the alternative media to be more objective. This forum is not Fox News, to be sure.
