Whatever the congress does is irrelevant. The congress is as powerless as the supreme ct. because the power is held by the commandant in chief. And that's irrelevant too because America as a so-called big power is bound to shrink and join Russia into the club of "dangerously well armed with nukes but economically impotent states".

That could be construed two ways.

One...Is the office of the Presidency now a dictator in fact? Yes.

Two...Could the Congress as a "UNIT" stop this evil government???? Yes they could.

But they wont.

Lincoln got away with arresting people and throwing them in jail just because they disagreed with him. Would a current time President do that???? Yes.
