Poster Comment: I debated putting this on 4UM but thought everyone should have the opportunity to view it and judge for themselves. I have been thinking for a long time that there is something HUGE being kept from the human race. I think Hoggard has uncovered it. This video takes off 14 minutes in.

This video made me consider that our DNA is being fucked with through food, Codex, Airport Scanners, and maybe even these chemtrails, for a purpose. Inter-racial breeding is promoted and white people are being portrayed as either beasts or idiots. Are we being 'prepped" for a DNA Change ?
