It makes me wonder why human pilots would be necessary.

We know that we can remote control the planes from take-off to landing, so why bother?

It's getting kinda scary on a certain level.

The transition has already started to pilotless but will take years to complete.

Wait til you fly airlines with no pilot.

We probably have remote controlled fighter drones. The stuff they show you is usually 20+ years old; think Stealth Fighter, SR-71 and all the other stuff that was kept secret for decades.

I've noticed a lot of recent race music making use of vocoders. That crap got old back in the 80's, but as long as sales are strong who am I to rock the boat?

Frampton was using a talkbox, and actually playing guitar.

Vocoders are just simple scrambling devices used to make voices sound like robots, like I said it got old after Neil Young released Trans...

Lynyrd Skynyrd as a group could probably take Neil in a tag team match unless they all start singing about needles and damage.
