The System (Also Known As Babylon) Is the system oppressing you? Do you feel that the system is oppressive? Is the system "unfair"? Do you feel that the system need to be "overhauled" or "destroyed"? Is the system inherently "evil"? These are valid questions that most people should be wondering about from time to time. I know I wondered for years, about how we could support a system that is so oppressive and evil. At least that is how I have felt in the past. And I have wondered to myself many times how is it that people completely support the system and keep supporting it, despite knowing how detrimental it is to their lives. Every hippy, anarchist, and freethinker I have ever known has brought about the idea that money is inherently evil, that the system needs to be "abondoned" and we need to develop entirely new systems that allow us to be free. Most people I know that are well researched have put forth the proposition that the Federal Reserve is the source of and heart of the problem. Fractional reserve banking and it's resulting inflation and devaluation of the dollar, are the causes that most learned economists argue, are at the heart of the problem here in America. That may be true, and I used to believe that, but I'm not so sure I can agree completely any more. New information that has been confirmed through sources in the area of Banking, and including, but not limited to sources within the US Treasury and IRS, gives us reason to believe that there may be nothing wrong at all with the system. That's right, that's what I said. There may be NOTHING wrong with the system at all. We may in fact, have the PERFECT SYSTEM in place already here in America, and perhaps globally as well. By now you must be wondering what on Earth i'm talking about and how could I possibly arrive at this conclusions, right? Well, I will answer that. What if, instead of the system being screwed up, it was US instead who were screwed up? Like you and me and the rest of society, individually? What if we were so dumbed down that it was impossible to see how the system could possibly benefit us, because of our complete lack of understanding of how things within the system work. What if we were only looking at each cog in the wheel individually, and saw this great machine in front of us, all built up, and being used to destroy lives of innocent people? Would that make the machine inherently evil? Or would it say something about the machine? Would it say it could ONLY be used for evil purposes? Well, it would look that way to anyone viewing it from a limited perspective. Correct? But that would not mean the machine could not be used for other purposes, correct? What if the machine were only understood by a few people who were in control of it and running it, and it was THEM who were evil, and not the machine? What if we were so stupid from our public educational process, that we only lacked the understanding of how to run the machine and use it for ourselves? What if it were THAT simple? Would you learn how to use the machine? If you understood on a deeply spiritual, and psychic level, and saw the machine in all it's glory, for all it's uses and potential, and capabilities, and saw how it was being used to hurt innocent people? And what if you understood profoundly that it was very simple how it workeed, but people needed to be taught and ot be helped to understand it for what it can do for the benefit of the people? Would you learn how to use it? Would you learn how to harness it's powers and uses for YOUR purposes? Would you be determined enough to learn how it works, so that you could wrestle the power away from the individuals using it for evil purposes and redirect it's uses for beneficial purposes? What if all you needed to do was learn how to play Monopoly again? But learn it backwards? What I am suggesting here, is that we need to learn a lot about our history and money, and freedom, but in the end, we need to understand Redemption. The system is nothing more than a tool, similar to a hammer. It can be used to build things or to smash people over the head. It's very simple, actually. The system I am referring to here is a system that only a few people really understand, and it's mostly the Sovereigns that deserve the credit here. The Freemasonic System of Admiralty Law and International Commerce. That is precisely what I am referring to. There is a system in place that has kept the rich, rich, and the poor, poor, but not because it's evil, only because there are very few people who truly understand how to use it. People in the know, refer to them as the International Bankers. The Merchants of the Temple would be another name for them. The Knights Templars, the Temple Banks, and the whole conceot of banking in general came from the Templars. Why would you need a bank to protect your money, especially an international Temple Bank? Well, because if you don't let them control it, they will take it away from you anyways...what's why. They used to do that in the old days. Now they still do, they just call it something different. Pirate booty of the high seas is now called "Asset Seizure and Forfeiture" by the IRS. It is all done in Admiralty Proceedings. Just like on the High Seas. How is it that an Agency of the Government we the People created, could take anyything away from us that they want to? Isn't that more akin to Communism? Well, the Illuminati, Jesuits, Freemasons, International Banksters, One World Mafia Criminal Extortion Gang of Dragon Families have decided that America would become the centralized nation for law merchant to rule THROUGH law statutes of dejure Government. (I believe I phrased that accurately) So, what did they do? In America, and now internationally, they have catipulted the economies of the world into a fictional atmospheric hot air bubble. We have the Common Law, and Constitutional Law. We have Roman Civil Law, and Merchant Law, in Admiralty Maritime. And we now have local and global corporations, and before we had multinational, and now we have transnational corporations. We have the United Nation, NAFTA, GATT, and Global Treaties with a host of countries that are party to one treaty, but not party to another, and one constitutional government, being influneced by international and foreign jurisdictions....how does it all come together one must ask? All these systems everywhere, fictional corporations, assumptions of power left and right, presumptions of innocence , guilt, etc..... It appears to be a spiders web that only the most intelligent spider could use to trap it's prey....... That's what I thought, in the past...but now I live to see a brighter day. The web of manipulation is becoming easier and easier to unravel each and every day. The lines of the Matrix are becoming more and more clear, and all of the illusion is about to be wiped away. Who is alive? Who is real? Who is a living and breathing flesh and blood entity? Who has rights? Who has the right to contract? YOU DO (Blessed You in all your Glory, as a living breathing, flesh and blood human being, endowed with life by the creator, the almighty. (Thank you God/dess) Who created the corporations, the dead, fictional, lifeless entities? Living, breathing, flesh and blood people like you and me. That's who created them. Do lifeless, fictional, dead, corpse entities have control over the flesh and blood real living people of the Earth? OF COURSE NOT !!!!!!! But, if the real, living, flesh and blood, people are so dumbed down, and asleep on their rights, and completely fogetting they are alive, and have power, then yes, dead corporations can say and do anything they want to....why? Because they have your consent! That's why! Where does money come from? Only the living, breathing, flesh and blood human being can give value to something, and value comes after "consideration" is given. Consideration requires thought faculties that corporations are not capable of giving, of themselves. Fictional entities cannot entertain "thought" or consideration. Unless they are endowed with that ability, and corporations have the right to contract, just as living breathing, flesh and blood people do. But it takes a living, breathing, flesh and blood person, to SIGN for that corporation to come into existence. It required the thought and consideration of a real. live, flesh and blood human being, to breath life into the corporation. So, in order for any corporation to exist, there had to be a living, breathing, flesh and blood person, who created it, by SIGNING something. So, if a signature can create a corporation, what else can a signature do? Can a signature Create money? Who has the right to contract? (if you need a little hint here >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> YOU DO !!!!!!!!!) WHO has the right to use their signature to create "debt" / "wealth" ??? (Hint : Any living, breathing, flesh and blood human being on God/dess's Green Earth, that's WHO.) -- And yes, that's YOU! Do you truly want to be free? Were the French revolutionaries, Jesuitical influences truly "Tyrants"? Or were they "tyrants who wanted to truly be free?" -- And if they were truly tyrants who truly wanted to be free, then how could it come to be that they would become the oppressors themselves throughout history? Ponder these questions for a moment. Please. Freedom goes so far, as long as it does not oppress others. When freedom goes further, and it becomes the freedom to oppress others, then it is either done by consent or by direct force. And it changes from freedom to tyranny again. Back into it's own vicious cycle. The cycle of Freedom and Tyranny. This is what mankind is at constant dilemma to harness and understand and manipulate. It is also the heart within our hearts. The beating that we all feel. We all want to be free, but some people have a completely different idea of what freedom really is. When freedom goes so far that it resrtricts another's freedom by force, then that freedom needs to be kept in check. So, in our system we have the system of what we call "checks" and "balances". For every "check" there must be a "balance". The "balance is actually where we want to be. That is where freedom lies. Within "Balance". Our economy is naturally based on a system that goes way back before the founding of the country. The laws of merchants and high seas were around long before the establishing of any settlements on American soil. And our economy is an extension of the direct inter-relations of countries in trans-atlantic and -pacific agreements. Everything that makes up the fabric of our society has at it's roots, commerce and "expansion" of the colonies in the Americas. The great "expansion" of civilization is made possible by agreements and contracts that do not necessarily include money as a medium of exchange, or at least what we percieve and view commonly, to be money. The "expansion" of civilization has been made possible by the "extension of credit" internationally. Who has been extending that credit? Well, that is important, is it not? That means we owe to them a great deal, do we not? Whoever, constructed the roadway we call and live by, the economic highway, would be a group of masterful geniuses by and large, would they not be? Well, we as humanity have been going down along this road we call the economic highway, "commerce" for short, and it's ruled by a set of laws called the Law Merchant. The laws of commerce passed down for centuries, basically, the blueprint of babylon, if you will...... Well, there have always been outlaws, right? There have always been those who did not want to play by the rules, so an entirely NEW set of rules needed to come into existance, because those are the only rules the outlaws go by, in order to show a common respect for each other, so they don't kill each other, as individual Sovereignties out there on the frontier. That is the law of Pirates or the Law of the High Seas. Take what you want, and fuckem if they don't like it. Well, if they really, REALLY don't like it, they'll kill you for screwing them, right? But not if if was done with your consent, over time, and engrained on your children down through generations and generations. Then it would not matter the level of censent, because there would be consent through , passive aquiescence. This is the way it has been done to us by the outlaw pirates, folks...wake up folks, wake up, right now, we have been tricked by a small group of criminal pirate worldwide gangster dragon families. We live under the law of Pirates now here in the United States, it's called the Law Admiralty/ Maritime Jurisdiction. And it's ruled by a set of laws. The law of the Pirates. Admiraly / Maritime International Law of Freemasonry. And it all boils down to simple contracts, folks. What governs the law of Contracts? If I was a Pirate and I want to steal your ship and all it's cargo and contents, etc., then in the old days, I would just come along and take it. But with Pirate formalities and such, as they are now a days, the UCC maintains that I must inform you of this siezure in advance, at least, in case you have any objection, or want to settle the claim somehow. Basically, if I wanted to make a siezure of your vessel, I would be making a claim of some kind, in fact. I would at least "claim" to own your vessel from this point on, right? So, its a form of a "claim". Well, if I am making a "claim" now there are courts for these matters, to hear them. So, I would bring my (or rather, your previous) vessel to court, in paper, at least, by Title, and show how I aquired my right, and if so, by what right did I aquire it, and was it done properly according to Pirate conduct. (Admiralty and Merchant). So, here we are in court, making claims, now, about who owns what, and for how long, and who it belonged to before that, and how did they aquire it, and was it done properly, and lawfully, and so on. This is where we find ourselves today, here in America, picking up the pieces and trying to figure out what we own, and who owns what, and who owes who, how much and for how long, and so on....... But, in the process of it all, we forgot who owns ourselves. We own ourselves. I own myself, and to no-one do I owe anything to. I owe nobody anything in this world. I owe it to myself to do the best I can. But I owe no-one any debt coming into this world. We are all born Free. Or at least we should be born Free, and have the right to be, and I realize that not all in this world are so fortunate. But nonetheless we owe nothing to anyone but ourselves, and nobody else own us, as individuals. People are Free in nature, and natural theory. So lets stop and ask ourselves something here. Wouldn't it be safe to assume that "if I was not aware of the process of the Uniform Commercial Code and if I was not even aware of it's existance until now", and taking into consideration how much influence it has on our lives, if you could say to yourself, "what if this has been controlling me all along, and my lack of understanding of how it all works", and if you could realize that all it takes is a determination to understand a new set of rules, a fairly simple set of rules, actually, that "wow I could actually be free in this world", wouldn;t you want to learn it as fast as you could, like the new game of monopoly? These are the rules of the new game. NO CONTRACTS CAN COME FORTH THAT CALL FOR PAYMENT IN SUBSTANCE.............PERIOD - ALL DEBTS MUST BE DISCHARGED -- (That means NOTHING is ever "PAID in FULL") LIKE FOR LIKE DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR SIGNATURE FOR SIGNATURE Now what do you want to do about it all? May I suggest to "take charge"? What does that mean? Take charge could be to become the leader, and take the lead. A conveneint way to "Take Charge" is to take control over the vessel, that belongs to YOU, the flesh and blood, living, breathing human being. This vessel has your name on it......in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS., called your "Dummy / Strawman" Corporation created for you, by your Birth Certificate, (Certifying a Value) which entered you into "commerce" when they Registered your Certificate with the "Department of Commerce", but it's floating around on the high seas (of commerce) without a navigator or a Captain at the helm. You may want to take control of that entity, because if you aren't controlling it, then someone else may be, and probably is. A UCC-1 and a Bond with Your Strawman, is one way to take control of the vessel. As a matter of fact, we have found evidence that our Birth Certificates and Social Security Numbers are being used by international traders on the marketplaces, and the TITLES to our "Vessels" (Our Bodies) are being traded back and forth by rogue slave traders, mostly rogue agents of the BEIC, I would imagine, since the BEIC became Washington DC, and anyone using the Titles without our express consent, would be a rogue agent. The next step to Freedom for any individual would be to set up their Account properly, as to give authorization for the use of the Account (Exemption), to the Treasury, who created it. If you are the Person who created a debt, you are also the person, who must give authorization in order to use your Account to Discharge the Obligation. So, one way to do this would be to Deposit a Certified Copy of Your Birth Certificate with the Treasury Department, as a Deposit and Chargeback. Until this is done, it is likely that someone has been using the Title to your Vessel to accrue all kinds of international debts, and likely you are being held accountable for these debts without even knowing it. (Take Charge, Then Chargeback) - And now that you have taken control of your Vessel, and you know nobody else is going to be using it, because YOU are now using it for your benefit, you can sail on your vessel in luxury, knowing you own it now, and you have the Priority Claim. You are now Primary Lienholder on your Vessel, and that says a lot. Your filing in the UCC is your evidence of your position in line, and first in line, is the first position. Your position is now on Record. Who can now make a claim? Well, what if someone comes in with a claim against your Vessel, (Strawman), and get's all hot and ancy with you? How about settling the claim by Accepting it For Value, giving "Value" to it with your signature, and directing the chargeback through the Treasury? Wouldn't the Treasury then liquidate the claim, using your Exemption for "Set-Off"? Isn't that the purpose of the Limited Liablity Insurance Policy Called Social Security Insurance, created right after the Bankruptcy of 1933? Now before you go out doing anything which may harm the "public", you may want to post a "bond" of some sort, like an Indemnity Bond on your Exemption, to indemnify, against all possible damages your ship may cause at Seas (US Commerce) to other vessels also at Sea. Thereby creating an insurance pool for those at risk. Now you can sail on merrily, Free as the wind and where it will take you on the sea. Uniform Commercial Code governs the law of contracts. The UCC is statutized in each state. Each state formally recognizes and adopts UCC standards.
Simple : HJR-192 - June 5, 1933 - One Simple Rule to Remember. All liabilities have been removed from the individual, and shifted to the corporate body politic. Social Security is YOUR Limited Liability Insurance Policy indemifying YOU personally from injuries due to the removal of money of "substance", i.e., gold, silver, from circulation. Your are personally EXEMPT from all liabilities incurred by virtue of your status of citizenship and birthright.
Many things, of course.
Take charge could be to Accept the Charge, and add it to your own portfolio.
Or take charge could be a way to assert control over your affairs, and your life, and take care of what you need to know for your own good. Like Learning the UCC and how "money" works.
If anyone does, are they going to be in first position?

Maybe that's what they want....problem, reaction...] =========== Perusing the headlines here the last couple of days, one might come to the conclusion the time is at hand....like when the Israelites had the Egyptian army at their back, and the Red Sea in front of them. Well, Christians are the second Israel, and America is her promised land [as I have said repeatedly. To make a long story short, see "The Enduring Legacy of the First Landing" at www.wnd.com (at Cape Henry, with a cross and a charter to spread the gospel/Micah 4:1-2/Psalm 2:6)]: =============== Exodus 14 - The Crossing of the Red Sea A. The pursuit of Pharaoh's armies. 1. (1-4) God draws Pharaoh to come out against Israel. Now the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: "Speak to the children of Israel, that they turn and camp before Pi Hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, opposite Baal Zephon; you shall camp before it by the sea. For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, 'They are bewildered by the land; the wilderness has closed them in.' Then I will harden Pharaoh's heart, so that he will pursue them; and I will gain honor over Pharaoh and over all his army, that the Egyptians may know that I am the Lord." And they did so. a. You shall camp before it by the sea: We could say that God set an ambush for Pharaoh. Even after the horror of the death of the firstborn, the change in Pharaoh's heart was only temporary. He was quick to strike at Israel when he had the chance. b. They are bewildered by the land: This was exactly what God wanted Pharaoh to believe. God told Moses to lead Israel in a way that looked confused. God told Moses and Israel to do something crazy because God knew how He could be glorified through it. 2. (5-9) Pharaoh decides to bring the children of Israel back. Now it was told the king of Egypt that the people had fled, and the heart of Pharaoh and his servants was turned against the people; and they said, "Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us?" So he made ready his chariot and took his people with him. Also, he took six hundred choice chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt with captains over every one of them. And the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued the children of Israel; and the children of Israel went out with boldness. So the Egyptians pursued them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, his horsemen and his army, and overtook them camping by the sea beside Pi Hahiroth, before Baal Zephon. a. Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us? This was a strange question for Pharaoh to ask. It isn't hard to think of at least ten good reasons - namely, ten powerful plagues - why Pharaoh let Israel go. i. This demonstrates how we are often quick to forget what God has done and what He has shown us. It is easy to quickly move from walking in the spirit to walking in the flesh. ii. Perhaps Pharaoh thought that the Lord had shot all His arrows and had no more "ammunition" against Egypt. After all, no more died after the plague of the firstborn; but God isn't short on resources. He had plenty of ammunition left. b. Six hundred choice chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt: Pharaoh was well equipped with the best military resources. Chariots were the most sophisticated military technology available at that time. Israel had nothing except the children of Israel went out with boldness. i. The idea behind the Hebrew words with boldness (ruwn yad) include the idea of rebellion against authority (1 Kings 11:26-27). The rebellious nature of Israel was good when it was against Pharaoh and all it stood for; it was bad when it was against the Lord, Moses, and all they stood for. The trouble with rebels is they rebel against the wrong things! ii. Psalm 106:7-12 describes this rebelliousness on the part of Israel at the Red Sea, also mentioned in Exodus 14:10-12: Our fathers in Egypt did not understand Your wonders; they did not remember the multitude of Your mercies, but rebelled by the sea; the Red Sea. Nevertheless He saved them for His name's sake, that He might make His mighty power known. He rebuked the Red Sea also, and it dried up; so He led them through the depths, as through the wilderness. He saved them from the hand of him who hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy. The waters covered their enemies; there was not one of them left. Then they believed His words; they sang His praise. 3. (10-12) The response of the children of Israel. And when Pharaoh drew near, the children of Israel lifted their eyes, and behold, the Egyptians marched after them. So they were very afraid, and the children of Israel cried out to the Lord. Then they said to Moses, "Because there were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you so dealt with us, to bring us up out of Egypt? Is this not the word that we told you in Egypt, saying, 'Let us alone that we may serve the Egyptians?' For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than that we should die in the wilderness." a. They were very afraid: It made sense for Israel to be afraid. According to all outward observation, Israel was in serious trouble with Pharaoh's armies on one side and the Red Sea on the other. They seemed to have no chance for escape. i. God led Israel right into a cul-de-sac. There was no was of escape except the way they had come in, and the Egyptian army had that path covered. ii. We sometimes think that Satan will let us go easily, or we think that that once we leave his kingdom he forgets about us. Yet just like Pharaoh after Israel, Satan pursues us, attempting to keep us at least on the fringes of his domain and hoping to destroy us if he can. b. The children of Israel cried out to the Lord: This was a good thing to do. When we find ourselves in dangerous places with no easy escape, we must cry out to God, because God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). c. Then they said to Moses: Their fear could be understood and their cry to the Lord made sense. Yet their words to Moses show a great lack of faith and loss of confidence in God. No reasonable mind could really think that Moses planned all this to lead the people of Israel to their death in the wilderness. i. They thought they could read the mind and heart of Moses. We are often wrong and always on dangerous ground when we claim we can read the intentions of other's hearts. Moses said nothing or did nothing that would support such a conspiracy theory, but the children of Israel still thought this way. d. Let us alone that we may serve the Egyptians: The children of Israel were not yet a week out of Egypt and they were already distorting the past, thinking that it was better for them in Egypt than it really was. 4. (13-14) Moses responds with great courage. And Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace." a. Do not be afraid: At this point, Moses could have no idea how God would come through in the situation. All he knew was God certainly would come through. In a sense, Moses knew he was in such a bad situation that God had to come through. i. When we see that our only help is God, we are more likely to trust Him. Sometimes it is the little things - the things we think we can do in our own strength - that get us down, not the big things that we know only God can do. b. Stand still: Moses told the people of Israel to stop. This is often the Lord's direction to the believer in a time of crisis. Despair will cast you down, keeping you from standing. Fear will tell you to retreat. Impatience will tell you to do something now. Presumption will tell you to jump into the Red Sea before it is parted. But as God told Israel He often tells us to simply stand still as He reveals His plan. c. See the salvation of the Lord: Moses didn't know what God would do. Yet he knew what the result would be. He knew that God would save His people and that the enemies of the Lord would be destroyed. He could say to Israel, "the Lord will fight for you." d. You shall see them no more forever: The idea behind this implies much more than at first look. Moses perhaps spoke in terms of eternity as well as their present time. B. God leads Israel across the Red Sea. 1. (15-18) God's instructions to Moses: stop praying and start doing. And the Lord said to Moses, "Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. And I indeed will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them. So I will gain honor over Pharaoh and over all his army, his chariots, and his horsemen. Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I have gained honor for Myself over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen." a. Why do you cry to Me? Before the people, Moses was full of faith. But before God he cried out in desperate prayer. This was good because Moses had to show confidence before the nation to encourage their faith. b. Why do you cry to Me? There is a time to pray, and a time to act. It can actually be against God's will to stop doing and to only pray in a particular situation. i. This is especially true when our prayer is not made unto God alone. Sometimes we pray out of the wrong motives and sometimes we pray to inform others who listen. We can use a call to prayer to actually control a situation or we can pray to avoid action or buy time. c. Lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand: These were simple instructions that resulted in a mighty miracle. In the same manner, the greatest miracle of salvation happens with simple actions on our part. d. Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord: God was not finished answering Pharaoh's question from Exodus 5:2, when Pharaoh asked "Who is the Lord, that I should obey His voice to let Israel go?" God used the miracle of the parting of the Red Sea to speak to Egypt as much as He used it to speak to Israel. i. This is an aspect of the spiritual life rarely reflected upon. When God delivers us from a temptation or crisis, it is as much a testimony to our invisible adversaries as it is to us. God uses each victory in our life to tell our unseen enemies of His power and ability to work in and through frail humanity. 2. (19-20) God neutralizes the Egyptian army with the fire. And the Angel of God, who went before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them; and the pillar of cloud went from before them and stood behind them. So it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel. Thus it was a cloud and darkness to the one, and it gave light by night to the other, so that the one did not come near the other all that night. a. The pillar of cloud went from before them and stood behind them: The pillar previously mentioned in Exodus 13:21-22 was now positioned as a barrier between the attacking Egyptians and the children of Israel. God protected Israel from the Egyptian attack until a way was made through the Red Sea. i. We often have little idea how much God does to protect us from the attacks of our unseen enemies. We sometimes feel that we are overwhelmed in a present spiritual struggle, but we may not know what it would be like if the Lord pulled back His protection. b. It came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel: The Egyptians didn't know it, but the same pillar that prevented their pursuit of Israel also protected their lives. If they had submitted to the Lord who blocked their way with His presence, they would have been spared. c. Thus it was a cloud and darkness to the one, and it gave light by night to the other: The pillar was a source of darkness to the Egyptians but a source of light to Israel. This is a vivid picture of how the glory of God can be light to one person yet seem dark to another. 3. (21-22) The waters of the Red Sea are parted, and the children of Israel cross over safely on dry ground. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind [*** ATKHWDI Note: See Ezekiel 17:10! The first eagle (Ezekiel 17:1-6) is God (see John 15:1-2)...the second eagle was planted by Rothschild on the US Great Seal, and the Admiralty Law flag with gold fringe belonging to the current CEO of CorpUSA, President Obama. The TRUE vine in Ezekiel 17:1-6, is Jesus Christ. Ezekiel 17 is a RIDDLE for the house of Israel....which is the church....in the "wilderness" Ezekiel 20:33-38...AMERICA! Connect the dots!] all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided. So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left. a. Moses stretched out his hand over the sea: Other passages (such as Exodus 13:18 and 15:14 identify this body of water as the Red Sea. The Hebrew phrase for Red Sea is yam suph, which clearly means "Reed Sea." Scholars and archeologists have attempted for years to positively identify this body of water. i. "The term aptly describes the lake region north of the Gulf of Suez comprising the Bitter Lakes and Lake Timsah. It is possible that the Israelites went along the narrow neck of land on which Baal-zephon stood and that the Biblical Sea of Reeds was modern Lake Sirbonis. We are certain that the crossing was in this area because the Israelites found themselves in the Wilderness of Shur after crossing the sea (Exod. 15:22)." (Pfeiffer) ii. We don't know exactly where the place was, and what the exact geography was. This is especially true because an area like this will change geography every flood or drought season. We do know there was enough water there to trap the Israelites and to later drown the Egyptians. We can surmise that this was perhaps 10 feet of water or so. We also can surmise that there was enough width in the crossing for the large group of Israelites to cross over in one night - perhaps a mile wide stretch. b. The Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided: Some believe this is simply an ancient legend and did not actually happen. However, modern research has demonstrated that it was completely plausible, according to a Los Angeles Times article by Thomas H. Maugh titled "Research Supports Bible's Account of Red Sea Parting" (3/14/92): i. "Sophisticated computer calculations indicate that the biblical parting of the Red Sea, said to have allowed Moses and the Israelites to escape from bondage in Egypt, could have occurred precisely as the Bible describes it. Because of the peculiar geography of the northern end of the Red Sea, researchers report Sunday in the Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society, a moderate wind blowing constantly for about 10 hours could have caused the sea to recede about a mile and the water level to drop 10 feet, leaving dry land in the area where many biblical scholars believe the crossing occurred." c. The waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left: Psalm 77:16-20 gives more detail in the description of the course of events during the Red Sea crossing: The waters saw You, O God; the waters saw You, they were afraid; the depths also trembled. The clouds poured out water; the skies sent out a sound; Your arrows also flashed about. The voice of Your thunder was in the whirlwind; The lightnings lit up the world; the earth trembled and shook. Your way was in the sea, Your path in the great waters, and Your footsteps were not known. You led Your people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron. 4. (23-28) God troubles the Egyptian army, and they are drowned. And the Egyptians pursued and went after them into the midst of the sea, all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots, and his horsemen. Now it came to pass, in the morning watch, that the Lord looked down upon the army of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and cloud, and He troubled the army of the Egyptians. And He took off their chariot wheels, so that they drove them with difficulty; and the Egyptians said, "Let us flee from the face of Israel, for the Lord fights for them against the Egyptians." Then the Lord said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand over the sea, that the waters may come back upon the Egyptians, on their chariots, and on their horsemen." And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and when the morning appeared, the sea returned to its full depth, while the Egyptians were fleeing into it. So the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. Then the waters returned and covered the chariots, the horsemen, and all the army of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them. Not so much as one of them remained. [ATKHWDI Note: The British Monarchy CLAIMS to be of the tribe of Judah AND THE TRIBE OF EPHRAIM: Zechariah 9:10 I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim. Do a search on Ephraim in the Concordance. Ephraim was the name of one of Joseph's sons. It was Jeroboam, of Ephraim, along with the tribe of Dan, and a Levite, who led Israel into idolatry. Ephraim was born to Joseph in EGYPT. Ephraim was also another name for the whole house of Israel, the Northern 10 tribes. It was also one of the names of Christ. The whole house of Ephraim was cut off from Israel for idolatry. Their only hope is in Christ.] a. He took off their chariot wheels: God miraculously worked on the side of Israel against the Egyptians. He troubled the army of the Egyptians until Israel had crossed over the Red Sea. Only then did He allow the Egyptian army to continue their pursuit through the parted waters. b. So the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea: Though some also regard this as simply an ancient legend, modern research again shows it is completely possible. Thomas H. Maugh continued in his Los Angeles Times article: i. "An abrupt change in the wind would have allowed the waters to come crashing back into the area in a few moments, a phenomenon that the Bible says inundated the Israelites' pursuers." c. Stretch out your hand over the sea, that the waters may come back upon the Egyptians: God told Moses to do something with his hand connected with the motion of the sea. We know that it was not really the power of Moses' hand that held back the sea or allowed it to come crashing back upon the Egyptian army. It was the power of God at work. i. God could have performed this miracle just as easily without Moses' cooperation. Yet, God delights in using human agents to take part in His miraculous works. We can say that many miraculous works of God are yet to be done because no human agent has stepped forth to be the one who will "stretch out their hand." ii. In addition, this was God's vindication of Moses. Israel previously accused him of the lowest of motivations, and the most evil state of heart (Exodus 14:10-12). Through this work through Moses God showed the whole nation that Moses was their chosen leader. d. Not so much as one of them remained: The deliverance at the Red Sea became a turning point in Israel's history. In this era of Israel's history they had many troubles ahead but Pharaoh and the Egyptians never troubled them again. 5. (29-31) Summary: another act of redemption on Israel's behalf. But the children of Israel had walked on dry land in the midst of the sea, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left. So the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore. Thus Israel saw the great work which the Lord had done in Egypt; so the people feared the Lord, and believed the Lord and His servant Moses. a. Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore: This was confirmation to Israel that their deliverance from Egypt was real and complete. An oppressed people are slow to believe they are free while their tyrant still lives. God wanted Israel to know that their oppressors were dead. [ATKHWDI NOTE: Jesus: You shall know the truth and the truth will make you free..If the Son has made you free, you will be free indeed....Galatians 4:21-31 We are not the children of the bondwoman but of the free...Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and be not entangled again with a yoke of bondage.] i. "Somehow the sight of those dead bodies was the concrete sign that salvation and a new life for Israel were now assured." (Cole). b. So the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians: God delivered Israel in seemingly impossible circumstances. He demonstrated His faithfulness to Israel and to all His people. i. Spurgeon told the story of an old saint who lay on her deathbed and declared that Jesus would never forsake her, because He had promised so. Someone asked her, "But suppose that He did not keep His promise, and you were to be lost?" She answered, "Then He would be the greater loser than I. It is true I would lose my soul, but God would lose all His honor and glory if He were not true." God's motive for delivering us is not only His love for us, but also a desire to guard His own glory and honor. ii. "Brethren, if we have trusted in God, and have come out of the Egypt of the world through his grace, and have left all its sins behind us, if we were left to die in the wilderness, the Lord Jesus Christ would lose his glory as a Saviour, the divine Father would lose his name for immutable faithfulness, and the Holy Ghost would lose his honour for perseverance in completing every work which he undertakes." (Spurgeon). c. The people feared the Lord, and believed the Lord and His servant Moses: This was just the result God intended. Sadly for Israel they did not stay in this place of respect and faith toward the Lord. This was probably more a circumstance of feelings than it was of true faith, because they left this place of respect for the Lord and Moses quickly. i. We can say that the deliverance of Passover and the miracle of the Red Sea go together. If not for the victory won at the Red Sea, the redemption at Passover would have meant nothing. But they would have never made it to the Red Sea without the miracle of God's redemption at Passover. In the same way, the redemption of the cross would mean nothing without the miracle of the resurrection. God brings us into straits, that he may bring us to our knees. Others cried out against Moses; fear set them murmuring as if God were not still able to work miracles. They quarrel with Moses for bringing them out of Egypt; and so were angry with God for the greatest kindness ever done them; thus gross are the absurdities of unbelief. Moses says, Fear ye not. It is always our duty and interest, when we cannot get out of troubles, yet to get above our fears; let them quicken our prayers and endeavours, but not silence our faith and hope. Stand still, think not to save yourselves either by fighting or flying; wait God's orders, and observe them. Compose yourselves, by confidence in God, into peaceful thoughts of the great salvation God is about to work for you. If God brings his people into straits, he will find a way to bring them out. However, in a "mala prohibita" [regulatory] case some elements of the "offense" are determined by the court based on the administrative record. Let me give you an example. For years I've heard that "banking" is a sure way to get nailed as being liable for income tax. The people who espouse this view, do so based on the fact that in many tax trials, part of the case file [part of the agency's "official record"] put together by the CID investigators is your bank signature card. Somehow this has been construed as the document that really nails your coffin closed. These folks are a little off base. Most Americans do not know that a section of the bank's signature card is a "substitute W-9". Ironically, the words, "substitute W-9", actually appear on the signature card! No one seems to notice. A W-9 is a federal tax form. It is to be used only by taxpayers. Nontaxpayers shouldn't sign federal tax forms - at least if they want to remain nontaxpayers. When a person places his "tax number" (whether SSN, EIN, or ITIN) in that space, and then signs the signature card (above which appears the perjury clause), he is declaring, under penalty of perjury, that he is a taxpayer and that the account he is opening is related to his taxpayer activities. The government is going to take you at your word. In fact, given the opportunity, they're going to ram those words down your throat! We can now see that the bank's signature is not the problem, per se. It is the account holder affixing his government provided taxpayer number to the account and signing it under penalty of perjury. Now do you understand why the bank's signature card often appears in the IRS' official record? In this way the agency is quietly informing the judge that YOU SAID that you're a taxpayer - and you said it under penalty of perjury. This is the same reasons that they will often request a copy of your W-4 from your employer, or ask a lender for a copy of the W-9 you signed when applying for a mortgage. These documents are used to show that you slit your own throat - voluntarily (or so the argument goes). Now comes the poor defendant (aka: government victim). The defendant demands that the prosecutor produce the law that makes him liable. The deep dark secret that no one tells the poor defendant is that government's perspective is that since you already swore under penalty of perjury that you're a taxpayer, there is no longer any requirement to "prove" that you're a taxpayer by producing a statute. After all, you must know better than the prosecutor and the court what tax you're liable for because you provided the government's tax number (that identifies you) on various financial documents, and then signed them under penalty of perjury. It's damn odd that you'd want to declare yourself to be a taxpayer under penalty of perjury and then try to shift the burden of proof onto the government....." The way I understand it, the bank account of a Sovereign is in the name of the STRAWMAN, and thus any taxes owed can be discharged. This could give breathing room, while the republic [where every person is a king] is taken back, and the government is brought back under Godly rule, peacefully, and without bloodshed. Paying a debt with debt instruments (I.E. Federal Reserve Notes) is like running a car on gas, which pollutes the air, but a bond is like running the same car on hydrogen, which actually cleans the dirty air it draws into the motor. You are killing two birds with one stone with a bond, first you are eliminating your debts and second you are reducing the national deficit....." America Can Be Free - How It Works
In the Redemption program, you can discharge debts of many sorts and become the Sovereign you are meant to be, which is the ruler of your world rather than be the slave of another's world. I.E. The Government. A Sovereign is free to do as one pleases without causing harm to another living man or woman. The legal system has no more jurisdiction or control over you. First, you have to fill out and file several documents such as a UCC1 and the attaching addendum with the secretary of state. Then fill out and file a security agreement between the living man or woman and the fictional character, then a POA Power Of Attorney needs to be filed with the county recorder along with a Copyright on the fictional name that sounds like your name but is spelled in all capitol letters like JOHN DOE. After these are done and you have your UCC1 back from the secretary of state, you need to open your contract trust with the United States Treasury, which requires your UCC1 filing number. Then you file the forms provided with the secretary of the United States treasury to complete the process of setting up your contract trust account.
