PART 6

The people must bond together in agreement to be free.

The World is being held hostage by an international terrorist organization best described as INTERNATIONAL (JEWISH) BANKERS. Their willing accomplices in government and media should swing from the rope just like the banking elites.

We have far more people ready to unite against the usurpers. The time is NOW.

This guy (Schaeffer Cox) lives in Alaska and has learned self sufficiency. He uses an unexpected wilderness event where he was alone and without any expectation that he would be rescued, and the temp was at times -50 degrees.

This example gives one pause to consider just how spoiled we have become, but that's over. The Piper is here to collect and the time to gather strength in organized numbers is NOW, before the collapse and associated confusion.

This guy's one of the few I've heard talk about how the Government is ramming itself into the ground which is the solution. I like it.

His is a calm application of an alternative system to be in place when the current fraud collapses.

Good people are still the majority in this country. We need to let the others go and begin to build our own means of surviving the fallout.

"When all government...shall be drawn to Washington as the center of all power, it will render powerless the checks provided... and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated."

The Liberty Bell System and Common Law Courts are great ways to start building, imo, so I am posting the next three videos in the series about that:

Second Amendment Task Force leader Schaeffer Cox arrested on weapons charge

FAIRBANKS — A local gun-rights advocate was arrested on a weapons charge on Wednesday night after Fairbanks police say he failed to notify an officer he was carrying a concealed pistol.

Schaeffer Cox was contacted by officers while monitoring the scene of a police search at an Eighth Avenue house at about 8 p.m. The 26-year-old carpenter and business owner is part of a “Liberty Bell” network that sends out mass notifications when someone believes their rights are being violated. The owner of the home had contacted him to complain that police were making an unauthorized search of her property.

While Cox was standing outside the home taking notes, police say he failed to tell them he was carrying a concealed .38-caliber pistol. He was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree weapons misconduct, a misdemeanor.

Sgt. Gary Yamamoto said Alaska statute requires that people immediately tell law enforcement officials about the presence of a concealed weapon after being contacted.

“We want everyone to be safe when we’re dealing with people,” he said.

It’s the second arrest this month for Cox, who was charged with felony assault on March 2, a week after Alaska State Troopers accused him of choking his wife during a trip to Anchorage. Cox, who didn’t have a previous criminal record, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of misdemeanor reckless endangerment on March 5 and received a suspended sentence.

Cox is the leader of the local Second Amendment Task Force, which formed last year to support gun rights and organize several open-carry days, and is the founder of a grass-roots militia group. He became well-known two years ago after unsuccessfully challenging Rep. Mike Kelly in the House District 7 Republican primary.

Cox and Yamamoto, who contacted him at the scene, had different versions of the events leading up to Wednesday night’s arrest.

Cox said he questions the constitutionality of the notification requirement but that he complied with it. He said after Yamamoto contacted him and seized a small folding knife — its clip was visible in his pants pocket — he raised his arms and said that he was carrying a pistol. He said the notification occurred “within a matter of seconds” of contact between the two men.

“I don’t want to aggravate anything,” Cox said.

Yamamoto said he had already taken the knife from Cox and noted that Cox was wearing a bulletproof vest. When Cox headed toward the house that had two police officers inside, Yamamoto said he decided to check to see if Cox had a firearm.

Cox notified police he was carrying a weapon at the same time the concealed pistol was discovered during a search, Yamamoto said. The two men had talked earlier, he said, and the presence of the weapon never came up.

“There was more than one contact,” Yamamoto said. “He had more than one opportunity to tell me he had the gun.”

Yamamoto said arrests for failing to notify police about concealed weapons happen “fairly frequently,” although they usually take place during traffic stops, not encounters on the street.

Cox was the first person to arrive at the home after the owner complained that police were searching her home without permission. Cox said there are about 7,000 people in the area who are part of the Liberty Bell network, which was formed to monitor possible constitutional abuses by authorities.

Cox said that police interest in conducting a warrant-less search at the home diminished after a few people arrived to make sure the residence was being searched properly.

Police say they responded to the home after receiving a 911 hang-up call at 7 p.m. Yamamoto said a walk-through of a home is allowed under such circumstances to make sure that no one has been harmed.

Yamamoto said police saw an undetermined amount of marijuana growing in the home while making the safety check but that they aren’t allowed to seize it or make a drug arrest during a safety walk-through.

Yamamoto said a subsequent request for a search permit to look for drugs at the house was denied.

Cox wasn’t critical of police actions in the incident and said officers were probably acting out of an abundance of caution. He’s hopeful the issue will be resolved before formal charges are filed by prosecutors.

“They were trying to do the right thing, but I didn’t like getting arrested,” Cox said.

Cox is scheduled for a court arraignment on the weapons charge this morning.

1st off Cox is my kind of guy so I'm biased. He showed up first, armed and wearing a bullet proof vest. (A true Boy Scout, prepared.)

Evidently Cox was arrested at the end of March for failing to notify the cops that he was carrying a legally concealed weapon though it is noted in the article that he (COX) promotes "OPEN CARRY" ... something that shouldn't even need to be promoted as it is a right (IMHO) to bear arms openly.

The warrant-less police action is also questionable. It appears that Fairbanks still has a few fair judges since they refused to give the cops a warrant to search for drugs after the cops reported sighting some marijuana while "doing a safety walk through". (I think marijuana is legal in Alaska, but not certain).

One day citizen witnesses will be forced to fire on rogue cops, it's inevitable. Maybe the killing of several rogue cops beating a woman at a protest, or attacking a wheel-chair bound citizen, or shooting someone's dog, or tasering a person repeatedly ... or whatever bullshit cops think they should be allowed to get away with ... will provoke retaliation in defense of a fellow citizen from unlawful brutality that will alert cops that we the people have had enough of their macho horseshit.

The cops don't like what Cox has done to prevent the illegal acts conducted by cops on such a regular basis that the program was necessary in the 1st place. He has organized a large group of people that will respond to cops violating the people's rights and their own oaths. Every community should employ similar preventative tactics.

Police say they responded to the home after receiving a 911 hang-up call at 7 p.m. Yamamoto said a walk-through of a home is allowed under such circumstances to make sure that no one has been harmed.

If I had a nickel for every claim of an anonymous tip made by cops without warrants I'd have been asked to bail out the banks. This event is alleged to have occurred upon a 9-11 hang up call. Without clear probable cause or reasonable suspicion (that can be articulated) that an illegal act has taken place the cops have no right to enter upon the property. The claim of a dropped 9-11 call is suspicious to me.

Cox’s wife told Alaska State Troopers that the couple and their young son were on their way to Anchorage Thursday when they began to argue. The argument escalated, and Cox punched the woman in the arm, according to a criminal complaint filed in court.

It was unclear if Cox was driving or pulled over at the time of the alleged assault.

She told Cox that if he ever touched her like that again, she would leave him and take their son. Cox then reached over, grabbed her by the throat and pinned her up against the vehicle door, court documents allege.

The woman fought him off, and Cox stopped choking her a few moments later and continued to drive to Anchorage with his wife and child, the report stated.

She contacted authorities the next day.

Leader of Fairbanks 2nd Amendment Task Force Schaeffer Cox choked wife, court documents say fairbanks daily newsminer

here's how the system works: you get a pass on one of these things, it goes on your record, all is forgiven, and the record sort of disappears itself.

so you proceed on with your campaign, and if you rise high enough to be a factor in some situation or other, then you have to start toeing a party line, because, if you dont, your history as a wife-choker will miraculously reappear itself.

The system (judicial, ie., family courts) has been corrupted to the point wherein even a completely innocent man accused of spousal abuse will (ignorantly) plead out rather than forfeit a $10,000 retainer to some pettifogger to fight the charge. I know this from personal experience.

Secondly, the charge against Cox was an unwitnessed claim made by an irate and threatening spouse. (This too is an assault).

There was never a case against Cox until he admitted guilt by pleading out.

And you're exactly right about the charge and plea following him forever.

so the guy is vulnerable, got this big handle sticking out of himself, and we should... do what with him?

so far, he hasnt demonstrated very sound judgment, but he's young, so he should get a chance to redeem himself...

on the other hand, i wouldnt want to be subject to his rule when he's got that big handle sticking out of him.

it'd be like sarah palin being president while bill kristol's got video of her wandering the streets of wasilla wearing gumboots and a mattress.

so the guy is vulnerable

He has compromised himself to a degree but that doesn't reduce his right to defend himself or others, though it may reduce his ability to lead a group publicly.

Here's the relevant point. When the system itself is corrupted to the point that it no longer is just, violating the law is not only inevitable it's necessary to bring about the necessary and appropriate change.

People will always suffer the consequences of enlarged police powers and unlawful "immunity" that the system ordains itself with in an ever increasing manner.

In the end, when the people weary of the treatment they receive from thugs at every level of government intercourse ... they'll say "fuck it" !
