Absolutely. Everything he says and covers is, I have no doubt, carefully scripted and planned in advance. His function is manipulation and to communicate disinformation in a convincing manner.
The key to successful disinformation, and Rush Limbaugh follows this carefully, is to tell the truth MOST of the time. Which is another way of saying that to get the disinformation accepted it has to first be set up by repeating and telling people things that are true in order to create a level of credibility and thus acceptance for the times when the disinformation and misleading conclusions are slid in.
I pick on the FreepTards® because they epitomize the perihelion of the gullible sucker class that never picks up on how they are being manipulated.
