There is a case that was brought before the US Supreme Court: Chrysler vs Brown.

I can't find any transcript . Help if you can.

Case was brought in 1979 and showed that the IRS was a corporation.

Since then, the IRS has not provided any info as to yea or ney.

Yeah, I've reviewed a bunch of decisions of the IRS and the bottom line is YOUR A SLAVE to the IRS.

So, anyone have a transcript to Chrysler vs Brown?

The case you named is Chrysler Corp. v. Brown, Sec. of Defense (April 18, 1979) 441 U.S. 281, 60 L.Ed.2d 208, 99 S.Ct. 1705 ... but it dealt with the Freedom of Information Act against other laws requiring agencies to keep certain proprietary information secret. Chrysler was suing the Pentagon to keep it from revealing to others certain details about Chrysler's working conditions, a topic that the Pentagon, by law, was supposed to consider when awarding or supervising govt contracts. The case is a rather difficult discussion of the FOIA and related laws.

But the only mention of the IRS is a paragraph devoted to the earliest history of the IRS, back when it was the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and laws were passed to keep a taxpayer's records confidential. Nothing about the IRS being a corporation.

And, by the way, no other court case ever said the IRS was a corporation. It is a subdivision of the Dept of Treasury, but Congress did not authorize either the Treasury or the IRS to sue or be sued in their own name, so a lawsuit brought by or against the IRS is done in the name of the "United States".
