The report is discussing apathy among the French and German people to their countries' involvement in the war in Afghanistan, but the same is true to the apathy of Americans towards the Iraq and other wars as well. But keep in mind the apathy stems from the failure of educators and media to explain the nature of politics, especially in a democracy which interest groups can readily infiltrate to select and fund candidates who will do their bidding even if its contrary to the wishes of voting masses. When Americans voted for Democratic candidates under the impression they would bring troops home little did they know that these candidates were beholden to the Israeli lobby to keep the Afghan and Iraq wars going so Israel could continue its dominance in the Middle East and keep stealing Palestinian lands to enlarge that illegal state. Not only does MSM not explain the backroom nature of politics but Organized Jewry which controls media through ownership and advertising hammers any reporter or any teachers who tries to explain its sinister motives in using American military and other resources to support Israel's precarious, illegal position in the Middle East and its territorial acquisition of Palestinian land by armed force, contrary to international law. So blatantly subversive has been Organized Jewry's influence on American foreign policy that a couple of Republican congressmen have said most Repbublicans in Washington now believe the Iraq war was a mistake and more than half of the Party's caucus "believe the way in which the US entered the Afghan war was also a mistake." http://rawstory.com/2010/03/gop-iraq-war-horrible-mistake/ But the Democrats are continuing the wars Republican administrations started as if continuing a mistake will somehow rectify it.
Let some "leaker" report the names and addresses for front companies ... and let damage control become a way of life.
