George Ure & Clif High presented predictions about the economy, and U.S. and world events for the summer of 2010 and beyond. Their predictions are based on High's Web Bot technology which gives archetype descriptors of future events by tracking language pattern changes within (300,000)Internet discussions forums. Here are some of the highlights of what they see coming:

*

No warfare between Israel and Iran, at least not until November.

*

Six very large earthquakes are yet to come during the rest of 2010.

*

A major tipping point will occur between November 8th – 11th, 2010, followed by a 2-3 month release period. This tipping point appears to be US-centric, and then spreads around the planet, from a US spark, or international...might be a false flag; could be a dramatic world-changing event like 9-11 that will have rippling after-effects.

Ure: There's a chance it (Israel-Iran attack) could occur as part of July 8th...

Clif: It's a very low order of probability.

Ure: But if that's the case, November turns into a global nuclear end of the game.

Clif: The powers that be would certainly engineer towards that, certainly.

The collapse of the dollar might occur in November.

*

From July 8th, 2010 onward, civil unrest will take place, possibly driven by food prices skyrocketing, and the devaluation of the dollar.

*

A second depression, triggered by mass layoffs, bankruptcies, and the popping of the "derivatives bubble," will see people moving out of cities.

*

After March 2011, the revolution wave will settle down into a period of reformation.

*

A "data gap" has been found between early 2012 running through May 2013. One explanation is that "our civilization gets knocked back to a pre-electronic state," such as brought about by devastating solar activity.

*

A new benign form of capitalism will emerge during 2017-2020.

From Wiki:

Web Bot, or the Web Bot Project, refers to an Internet bot software program that is claimed to be able to predict future events by tracking keywords entered on the Internet. It was created in 1997, originally to predict stock market trends.[1] The creator of the Web Bot Project, Clif High, along with his associate George Ure, who call themselves "The Time Monks"[2], keep the technology and algorithms largely secret and sell the predictions via the website halfpasthuman.com.

High and Ure say that the Web Bot works by using a form of the Wisdom of Crowds, with spiders that search the internet for about 300,000 keywords with emotional context[3] and record the preceding and following words to create a "snapshot." Through this, the technology is claimed to be able to examine the collective unconscious of the world as a whole. It is thus said to be able to predict catastrophic events 60 to 90 days in advance.

Predictions [edit] Claimed hits The Web Bot is claimed to have predicted several events prior to them occurring, most notably the September 11 attacks and the 2003 Northeastern United States blackout.[4] However, many believe the predictions are vague and, at best, pseudoscientific.[5]

September 11 attacks - In June 2001 Web Bot predicted that a catastrophic event would occur within the next 60–90 days.[6]
American Airlines Flight 587[7]
Space Shuttle Columbia disaster[8]
Northeast Blackout of 2003 - [8][9]
2004 Indian Ocean earthquake[6][9]
Hurricane Katrina and its devastation[10][9]
Dick Cheney hunting incident[8]
[edit] Misses

A massive earthquake in Vancouver and the Pacific Northwest was predicted to occur on 12 December 2008.[11]
A "global coastal event" in mid-2009, which Ure and High said that they recommended people to stay away from coastal areas.[11]
A complete collapse of the US dollar beginning in 2009.[12]
October 25, 2009 - A catastrophe starts on October 25, 2009. It could have been that the H1N1 flu virus reaches a level of extreme lethality, the US dollar completely collapses, or Israel bombs Iran. In reaction to this crisis, administration of U.S. President Barack Obama would have been thrown into major chaos ten days later.[2][13]
[edit] Future predictions

Major catastrophe in 2012 - The Web Bot has gained most of its notoriety for contributing to the 2012 phenomenon by predicting that a cataclysm will devastate the planet in the year 2012, possibly a reversing of Earth's magnetic poles or a small series of nuclear attacks leading up to a major attack during the year. The prediction does not necessarily call for a complete end of the world. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_Bot

That makes sense. Not too many boards say that 2012 is just like any other year. They go the other direction and think there is something to this Mayan calendar scenario.

OK, I picked one, entirely at random, from the Wiki references section. www.urbansurvival.com/bothit5.htm

DIRECT HIT

Power Blackout Fulfills Web Bot Predictions:  If you're still a skeptic of our web bot project, here's the verbatim from our July 2, 2003 "Urgent Web Bot Update" which has been posted since then at >www.urbansurvival.com/newbots.htm"> http://www.urbansurvival.com/newbots.htm: I have filled in comments in blue relative to the blackout in the Northeast  to show you the closeness of fit:

The [Wahabi] entity is seen as preparing an attack on a site with aspects of (South) [Niagara power flows where?] with specific references to a place where the (wood) in the (earth) {grows} {upward [perfect fit with the Falls] }. Near by will be an (energy) {plant} [bingo!]

filled with {tremendous} (effort/work) [Yup!]. The target chosen for the entity has associations with a (vertical wall/ascent) [more Falls refs] near which is a (low land) or (low lying area) [ the water flows this way] from which there rises (power) [no doubt about it] and (influence/confluence) [like the confluence of the disparate pieces of the river at the Falls?] . This latter may suggest a site where a power plant sits at the base of a cliff or naturally occurring wall [ You're kidding, can we be any more precise than this?} that has the power lines rising to it. Further, there is a form of a (departure) {to the south} close by which suggests some form of transportation hub [the river was a transportation artery historically] with a main focus to the south which lies close to the chosen target [which we assume to be NYC] . Other details suggest that near to the chosen target, is a place where (heaps) of {small things} (rise upward) to some height.  The number of both aspects and attributes which related to wood, and woods, and copse, suggest that there is some form of natural woodland setting near to the target. [Yes, it's a generally woody area!] This woodland is near an area where (rivers) {congregate}[Direct hit!] and the (earth) {waters} (flow together) which suggests an estuarine environment [Clear enough?]. There are also references indicating a (waste) {flow} or disposal is nearby [Turbine waste gates?] . This (waste) aspect has the attributes of {dismal} and {abysmal} as well as attributes indicating a {great} (stink/smell) [At about 10PM EDT  CBC News reported cities were dumping untreated sewage into rivers in the affected area due to the power outage!].

From the article: "You're kidding, can we be any more precise than this?"

Yes, you could.

I'm not impressed. JMO. If Niagara Falls had been mentioned, or words used that would remove all doubt that the Falls were predicted, and not going back with 20-20 hindsight and attaching the Falls to what they predicted by using somewhat dubious stretches of the imagination (IMO), then it might be a different story.

I think there's even less to that than there was to Y2K.

Same here.

It will be considered by me to be a miracle if we even last to 1/1/12, much less 12/23/12.

But, 5 years ago I thought we were on the verge too. I thought the same thing when Klinton was selected.

I don't have a good track record when it comes to predicting when the shtf. Maybe I'm just impatient.

want to think for a minute about the function of shows like art bell's, noory's, rense's, alex jones', rivero's and the rest of the UFO, chemtrail, crop circle, abiotic oil, lizardly-alien-infiltration-of-the-gene-pool propaganda operations?

how does our being conditioned to accept horseshit like that condition us to accept cock-and-bull stories like the official 9/11 conspiracy theory?

The only show you list that I ever listened to complete programs of is C2C. It was a crapshoot on whether the topic would really be "out there" or not. Sometimes it was so bad I had to turn it off. Other times it was pretty good. The rest I don't know about. Just listening to a AJ clip takes supreme effort on my part. No way could I bear listening to an entire program.

Digging deeper takes effort, and people are lazy as a rule. So IMO they are more than happy to disregard these topics as being equal with reptilians and chemtrails and accept what the herd believes. I don't think it conditions "us", but the majority. Somehow we broke out of that conditioning. I haven't figured out how.

Just because we broke out of that conditioning doesn't mean that we have it all right. Finding the truth is not ever easy. Some have fallen for the alternative medias propaganda while fighting the MSM propaganda.

doesn't mean that we have it all right

Some have fallen for the alternative medias propaganda while fighting the MSM propaganda.

you got to look for motive, means, opportunity, character and prior convictions... and compile a suspect list... and then you have to have access to the evidence before it's shipped off to japan to become fenders on toyotas.

you dont have to be right, in fact, you dont even make a call until you've compiled the suspect list and completed the investigation, you dont have to do anything but figure out who, according to the suspects' own lights, would benefit from committing the crime, then investigate.

.

anyhow, if you're gonna find criticism of the official conspiracy theory of 9/11, you'll find it on the loony fringes, but meanwhile, the loony fringes are so loaded down with other crap that they discredit themselves... deliberately?

for instance, you tell somebody...

"there's lots of things that dont add up about 9/11."

and the somebody asks, "oh...? like what?" ...and you tell them.

and they say, "hmm... where'd you hear that?"

and you say "art bell."

and that's the end of that, and you've just destroyed any chance you ever had to get that person to listen to you... you are guilty of lunacy by association with art bell, or noory, or jones or any of the rest of them, because their shtick includes so much outright horsepucky.

so, first, the loons destroy your mind with nitwitted stories, then your credibility is destroyed when you use them as a reference... at least when you use them as a reference in conversations with normal people who dont stay up all night listening to lunatics.

nobody has been allowed to put the whole 9-11/israel/israeli control of america/peak oil/GWOT operation together in any logical sequence because these people in the media, all of them, are the front line of defense when it comes to fucking up people's heads.

Hey! I was normal! ;)

I just preferred to drive at night. Listening to lunatics kept me alert and entertained.

Same basic idea, though. You just stated it differently, and maybe better, than I did. There's a lot of controlled opposition out there.

@buckeroo

Thanks

Same here. I didn't like him either. I just couldn't figure out why. He just rubbed me the wrong way, constantly. It was as if he was just playing a game with people, stringing them along, feigning interest.

Noorey is a much better host IMO. For better or worse, he lets people say their piece.

If Punnet(sp?) is still a host, he improved over time too. I still remember the "Is Jesus buried in Japan" fiasco that he hosted. That was years ago.

I dont know who Bell worked for. Some say the masons, others say other things. Does that still reflect on the show? .
