Editorial See other Editorial Articles Title: White Flight, Why It Happens. My wife and I bought a house in a neighborhood that apparently lacked a token white family on it's block. We got a generous payment from the city to buy this house. I now understand why. Since we've been here I've watched an attempted car jacking, 3 domestic assaults, had 3 kids try to take my watch, watched a Swat Team deliver a no-knock warrant on my neighbors, had a family group of idiots try to tear down my fence, and the latest event was that they stole the security lights off my garage. What kind of neighborhood do I live in? Apparently it's predominantly black. I have behind me some white neighbors who say nothing to us, and keep to themselves. I have some Hispanic neighbors behind me that are friendly. I have Hmong neighbors who apparently have no adult supervision, and a family group of at least 3 brood mares who have at least 15 kids playing next door at any given time. On the opposite corner from me, are a couple of white women who apparently are shacked up with with a couple of African Americans, who beat them and treat them poorly, and on the corner of my side of the street is an apartment building with a bunch of druggies who can't pay the rent. Needless to say, this area didn't look bad at all in January when we bought. Of course, the criminal element hates the cold. I was paid a visit by my Hispanic neighbors across the street, who was desperately trying to win my confidence, which immediately told me that there could be some problems in the future. Nobody goes out of their way to seem friendly without there being an agenda. We're stuck here for 7 years, because of the money we got from the city. Unless we want to pay that back, we have to stay. I'd like to keep that money and ride it out, but we're only 2 months into this thing, and we're seeing shit in our area that I hadn't seen before. We're installing a surveillance system today, because in all honesty I don't think I can trust anyone here not to be breaking into my house, and stealing my stuff, let alone harm my family. We have a beautiful home, but it's the denizens around us, not citizens that make us wonder what we were thinking. Which is why White Flight happens. White people have no comprehension of what other subcultures live like. If you take a white person and put them out of their element, they find themselves confused. Why steal security lights off a garage? They're not valuable. Unless you plan to break in, in the middle of the night. Why throw trash in your neighbors yard? To see if they'll pick it up? It's about respect, and these mongrels have none. People ask me why I'm racially intolerant. It's because if you treat these people with compassion or kindness, in their eyes you are weak. Yesterday I showed anger, and that immediately changed their behavior. Only because I addressed one of them with animosity. If you show any kind of compassion or decency, you are weak. Which is why white people are literally driven out of areas because they are victimized. Not only are they victimized, but they aid those who victimize them by being kind to them. I have since changed my behavior in light of the theft of my property and am indifferent to the feelings of those surrounding me. The neighbor whose landlord actually stole the security lights, was given the cold shoulder and she wanted to know why. When I told her, she seemed like I was out of line. What utter nonsense. This is what I live with now after only 2 months? I can't wait to see what happens this summer when the high heat, will bring out the crazy in my neighborhood.

Te money isn't a problem anymore. Last night the wife noticed a kid by our fence trying the gate, and then thinking of jumping over. When he noticed us noticing him, he started walking away. We followed him to of course... The local fucking half-way house that is up the street. The half way house that the real estate agent didn't disclose to us, nor is a publicly known facility. Oddly enough I made a discovery. From my second floor windows I can see how they know when we're home and when we're not. My house is in line of sight of theirs. Which would make sniping them much easier than first thought.
what a terrible situation, Tommy. i'd do as Lod suggested and get the hell out asap. your and your family's safety is at stake here. the stress and worry alone isn't worth it. this is a real life example of why "racism" is totally defensible.
